There is a thread on another adult video site that seems to have been started by Bang Bros itself where they ask members to give them suggestions as to how to improve their site. I haven't read anything on the thread in a while but when I last read it there were maybe ten pages of comments and I was really surprised to see that not one reply mentioned their questionable billing practices. I've said this before, but with a network this large and the porn this good I wonder why they have these kinds of practices. I'm sure a fairly high percentage of PU members have their own stories of BB scams. I know I do...

On the PU page for BangBros there are several complaints about their billing practices. I suggest that PU/Rabbits look into the possibility of not doing business with them or at least have a talk about this possibility.

Hi mbaya,
Thanks for your comments. There has been an uptick in reader complaints, especially since they have changed the layout of their members' area.
We have been in discussion with them about these issues and they have been quick and steadfast in providing our readers with fast customer service.
It is something we take seriously and if it wasn't for their willingness to work with us, we would have probably removed the reviews completely. We did punish them on RabbitsReviews and removed all additional scores and discounts because of this.

Most of us, including me, have run into deceptive or fraud billing practices. I generally make one attempt to resolve a problem with the site, which generally works. On those occasions when it doesn't or there's no one to contact, I dispute the charge with my bank. I've always gotten my money back. I'm confused why everyone doesn't do this.

Disputing a charge using your bank may get you on a list of problem members. You may get refused when you go to join a new site. However you resolve it, whether you do so yourself or you use PU, it is never a good idea to get your bank involved. Mike C at Rabbits can get you some leverage if you fail in your own efforts.
