Videos as shot are of high quality, although the download versions are compressed rather heavily, and exhibit the artifacts of too much compression in places. |

Support is absolutely rubbish. The only contact info given on the site is to the third party payment processor. There is no way of contacting the people who run the site.
Requests for support to the third party go unanswered for a long time. If they are answered at all. There is a significant download problem with the site - downloads of the largest files, i.e. 1080 resolution videos, will abruptly terminate before the complete file has been downloaded. This happens about 80% of the time. I have tried various browsers, e.g. IE, Chrome and Firefox - same result. This isn't a problem with my ISP or PC - I regularly download large files from other sites with no problems at all. |

If you want to waste a lot of your time and bandwidth attempting to download files which their server abruptly terminates part way through, and if you enjoy wasting your time writing emails to support which they never answer, then go ahead and join this site. |
