I believe that your problem had to do with a hack of 1000's of usernames & passwords from Brazzers. Because of this hack, they seem to have shut down access to the related sites until customers let them know that they are the real owners of those usernames & passwords. I have always found their live chat to be the best way to resolve problems, so when I ran into problems - the same day as you did - I contacted them via live chat, they confirmed that I was the rightful owner of the account and they opened it back up right away.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
They are at it again!!! How can you send out an email with the wrong login details - but that is exactly what they do time and again AFTER they have taken your money. Then, to correct THEIR mistake, they expect you to take THE 5TH DEGREE in questions & answers BEFORE they will give you access. They are the pits + the site is not nearly as good as it used to be = not worth the candle!

I did contact their support site as well as their membership agents. The good news is that they have NOW refunded the fee.
But it is still worrying that they can treat an incomplete membership form as an actual application.
