What I didnt know was that during the one day trial I would only be able to watch ONE freaking video! So I said screw it, Ill go ahead and purchase a one month membership, costed me about 30 bucks. No big deal. Upon entry of the site I was less than pleased. The content just wasn't my cup of tea. I decided I would go ahead and cancel my subscription. Figured it would take no more than two minutes. WRONG. The customer support link on their site says "click the "cancel membership" button at the bottom of the page". Okay, there's just one problem... There is no freaking cancel membership button!!! I went to their billing site and attempted to cancel but it was a no go. I emailed them and I received no response. I called their support line and they took their time answering the phone. Ridiculous! After no one answered my call I contacted my credit card and had them blocked from charging my card. It wasnt until after all of that that they responded via email and confirmed cancellation. This site is like quicksand, easy to get in hard to get out of. To top it all off I ended up being double billed. Steer clear of this site. You can find their stuff for free on just about any tube site. Save your money until they get their act together.
