Does anybody know how to cancel with this site? I just read the latest comment and that's scary. But I'm kind of experiencing the same thing. I took a stupid risk, the biller was listed as TransDollars when checking out, and my bank account says TreasureSupport. I've checked both of those sites out and no luck. They both looks shady af honestly. But I would hate to have to cancel my credit card because of this. Please let me know if you have had any luck cancelling with this site. I entered on a $10 offer, which was billed correctly, but watch out for the pre-checks. You get a site notification of the initial billing, without any billing company info. A couple days later I was billed for an additional $40, which my credit card blocked, and there was an additional $1 charge as well. The site has a customer service telephone number to an Asian country location, but the voice prompts do not work and you get cut off. I tried to use email and got an answer that didn't acknowledge the problem, so I had to cancel my credit card and get it replaced, so they can't do a rebill. In the future, I won't pay for any site that does not identify a billing company with a web site. Lesson learned.
