They sign you up to a completely separate website which you have to log into and cancel separately if you miss the tiny opt-out button. Then customer service won't help. The trial is worthless and not as advertised, it's just a scam hoping you'll forget to cancel within the 24hr window or you won't notice you've been signed up to multiple websites. AVOID.
