- A few other Japanese sites have started using subtitles and that evens the playing field out when compared to Zenra.
Bottom Line:
Subtitled Japanese porn was a surprise for me. I don’t even think I ever thought about subtitles until I joined Zenra, a few years ago. Once I watched scenes with subtitles, it started becoming clear to me how much creativity the subtitles give the producers of the scenes. It’s not like the subtitles have to really say whatever the model is saying in Japanese. Some would know, but they would be native Japanese speakers. The subtitles, alone, was enough to push my original score of Zenra to 100 and to become the first ever site I rated a 100. It was that different. It made the scenes more exciting and fun, even more intense.
Zenra does something rarely talked about. Japanese porn is scarce here in America and it’s either censored or in all Japanese with no subtitles. Making it less accessible to those of us who want to know what the models are saying or who hate the censored mosaic. They don’t stop with the subtitles. Zenra also uses very familiar and trusted billing processor CCBill and unlike many Japanese sites, Zenra has very good download and streaming speed. Which is a completely different form of making it accessible.
The different subscriptions are still making it less accessible. They have a streaming only option that is $29.95. They have a downloads and streaming option that is $39.95. But, there is only streaming access to their “VIP” scenes even if you pay $39.95 for downloads and streaming. Whether I can get around that or not, that should have been a 5 point deduction. If you want to download everything including the VIP scenes, you have to join the $39.95 option for 3 months. You then have to send an email to their customer service and request VIP access. To me, that’s just a bit much to go through while paying $109.95.
The quirkiness that makes Japanese porn unique is available in some of the scenes. You’re also going to get a full selection of some of the prettiest models from Japan. The newer DVDs have up to HD downloads and they are still updating with new DVDs. An oddity for a porn review and site is the site comes with relatively unbiased reviews of each DVD. How unbiased? One of the newer DVDs has these cons according to the Zenra staff, “Missing male moron classmate. Movie felt a bit quiet without one.” and “MIHINA NAGAI is pretty, but needs to stop the stuttering sex freak dialog. We apologize for the subtitling quirks of her scene.” That is at least honest and tells some of the things you may wonder about when watching a scene.
The different types of memberships are confusing even for someone who has joined it before. The exclusive DVDs are near 600 and that’s around 50% of all their DVDs, The only option for downloading those is joining for 3 months at $109.95.
Really, joining any of the memberships except the 3 month one. You’re going to miss out on way too many scenes you’re going to want to download.
I don’t regret scoring Zenra a 100 when I did. At that time, it was arguably the most unique site I had ever joined. It’s even still very unique, but a network like Japan HDV comes to mind, with subtitles and uncensored scenes too. If Zenra improved their subscription options and made those easeir to understand, the site would be a legitimate threat to score 100 but those problems stop it from being a perfect site.
It is a top of its class site. Japanese DVD sites are relatively rare, and even rarer to find one that has subtitles. The censoring doesn’t bother me any more but I know it may bother others. I have theorized why I believe the censoring mosaic requires the producers to be more creative and I do believe that. My last thought is I just wish they made joining the site as accessible as they have presented the content. You’re looking at a $109 membership to have downloads available of all the scenes. I would like to see them offer a 45 day downloads included membership for $55. The 3 months membership is longer than most of us porn fans join sites, but is required if you want those VIP downloads. Bottom Line:
I never thought I would see the day where words on the screen makes porn great. It does. For those of us who watched censored Japanese porn for years, we not only finally get some uncensored porn, but we now know what the models are saying. -Login sessions last for as long as the browser window is open - if you're downloading scenes and you close your browser (but leave your DL manager open) it's very likely your current and pending downloads will fail. Because a unique session id is part of the site URL, you can't close your browser and resume downloads in a later new login session as the site URL will have changed and the download URL will be invalid, so make sure you finish downloading before closing your browser window/tab that's open on this site.
-Photosets are presented as a gallery or can be downloaded as a ZIP file. Bottom Line:
The main reason I chose to re-review this site is I scored it very highly and thought maybe I was just having a moment of excitement at the uniqueness and newness of this content. I also am only reviewing the main site. Some of the add-ons in the network are also very good, but the subtitles are only on the scenes on the main site. There are three major strengths this site has going for it. #1 The subtitles. They are far from perfect, not that I speak Japanese but I know broken English when I see it. It still adds so much to the scenes. I have talked about the possibility of these sites with subtitles possibly using professional writers to make the models say better things than what they’re really saying. I don’t know if that’s true but it seems like a good idea to me. #2 I don’t mind the censor/mosaic but there was a time I wasn’t open to Japanese porn due to the censor/mosaic. All the scenes on the main site are uncensored. #3 the entire package you get with each scene. I haven’t even seen an American site do this. You get 1080p, 720p or 540p downloads on the videos, they have a zip for the “hard” pictures which is the regular photo shoot type pictures with full nudity and sex in them. They also offer gravure photo zips for each scene. Gravure is the more softcore, showing the model in her regular clothes. Back to the main site: There is very good navigation for a Japanese site. They have 22 categories ranging from “Ass Lick” to “Outdoor”. Bottom Line:
I wasn’t for sure about joining this network since I do like hardcore, but it seemed like the majority of their sites were similar (except the Gloryhole ones). The network does have 2 gay sites on it, 5 solo (one main woman) sites, 13 various hardcore sites and 3 sites of various scenes.
While I do miss the inclusion of any kind of setup or story, this site at least has enough debauchery in its scenes to make up for it -- mostly. They don’t, however, follow their site’s title. Bottom Line:
I still give it a 100. There are a few other Japanese sites that are doing the subtitles and even have higher technical quality videos but these have the very authentic feel to them. Most of the DVDs first scene sets up a story. It's kind of like watching Kung-Fu Theater, dark and mysterious. The subtitles are perfect. I don't mean I can understand Japanese and know what they're saying, I'm saying the subtitles take away all the annoying parts of American porn. Cons:
- I think the biggest con is the lacking subtitles. These are full DVDs from 2-4 hours, subtitles would help with the stories.
- Some people would probably prefer to download individual scenes but not me. I like the whole DVD in one file.
- Nitpicking, some of their DVDs are .MKV files, they play fine in VLC player. The format changes from one DVD to the next, some have WMV, MP4 and others have MKV. They all work on VLC or Media Player Classic, no points taken off for this one.
Bottom Line:
Talk about an impressive site. You should just go over there and go through the preview just to see how nice the layout is and how smoothly the site loads.

I have complained and bitched about DVD sites splitting the DVDs up into parts. It's nice to get the full DVD in one file, keeping in mind, I'm very obsessive so they just made my collecting and organizing so much easier.

I don't know if their model list is fully listed since they show around 1,200 models and have over 11,000 DVDs. I don't really know enough Japanese models to really care about that. I really like this site and would have scored it in the low 90s but for one serious and easily fixed flaw: it has an unreasonable download limit. I downloaded less than 10GB of data and was then throttled. I went from download speeds of 70MB/s to around 200KB/s. This lasted for 24 hours. Then the cycle started over. A 10GB limit in 24 hours in 2020 isn’t reasonable.
Streaming isn’t throttled at all. You can continue to stream when your downloads are throttled.

If you really want to see all the scenes where cum is used as lube to jerk other guys off you can do that. A model taking all the cumshots on her ass? You can sort those too.
There are currently 50 models on the site with 220+ scenes, with all but seven of them being Japanese. All of them are young, petite and beautiful. A new scene is added weekly.

TBP lists CC Bill and Vendo as the biller. I ended up with Vendo and have found them to be safe in the past.
I did use a download manager to queue downloads and it worked well until I hit the limit.
There is no TBP/PU discount and the site is relatively expensive. I prefer to buy memberships through TBP but I first went onto this site directly on a tablet and was offered a join price of $20 USD. I linked through the TBP page and was offered the $34 price listed there. I did a Google search using another browser and the cost was $40. I have no idea why I got a deal on my tablet. I didn’t use a referral, it was just a Google search.
The bottom line for me is mixed. I really like this site. The porn, the women, the sex and the cum play are all hot. The site is well organized and it updates regularly. Bottom Line:
I got off on the wrong foot with this site. I explained it in the cons. My account was locked for roughly 24 hours because I tried to sign in too soon after joining. No real harm but I was a little annoyed by it.

WARNING!!! This site bills through Centrobill, a biller that many of us here, me included, have had problems with in the past. The complaint is that memberships very difficult to cancel. I first started the cancellation process five days ago and have yet to be successful. It seems that the combination of this site and this biller causes problems. If you want to join this site use a pre-paid credit card and have insufficient balance on it when your renewal comes.
Im sure that most porn collectors know German Goo Girls whether or not they have any interest in the niche. The videos feature elements of hardcore sex, (vaginal and occasionally anal), bukkake, gokkun, cum play, snowballing, piss play, piss drinking and analingus. Many of the downloadable DVDs have two or three scenes on them and each scene features one, two, or more rarely, three women taking on multiple men. Its hard to peg this porn into a particular niche since it straddles so many, but suffice it to say that this is extreme hardcore.
The DVDs on the site fall into two broad categories, older and newer. Obviously there are technical differences but the older DVDs tend to lean more towards traditional bukkake or gokkun where the newer ones have more variety and seem to have more sex too. There is also a whole series of Best Of and casting DVDs. Some may criticize that there are too many best of DVDs when there could be more actual DVDs but I like best of in this context.

GGG has been around since 1997 though the oldest videos on the site were uploaded in 2003. There is no production date given so I dont know those. The site does appear to update with a new DVD being added approximately every two weeks. There are currently about 780 DVDs on the site. Part of me hopes it isn't because the porn is badly let down by some serious problems with the site.
The site itself has the look and feel of one designed 10-15 years ago. It isn't difficult to use or illogically laid out but its design has been surpassed by most other sites years ago.
Download speeds are inconsistent here. I regularly hit maximum download speeds on other porn sites of 40MB/s. On rare occasions here I saw speeds of about 20MB/s. It was much more common to see speeds below 10MB/s. But by far the most common speeds I saw were 2MB/s or lower. I tried on different days and at different times of the day over the time I used the membership but on average the speeds were less than a tenth of what I get with other sites
There isn't much consistency with scene resolutions either. Every DVD on the site lists availability in 1920x1080, 1280x720 and 852x480 but those dont always line up with what the actual file is, especially with the older videos. Its best to think of the options as high, medium and low. The file size is listed so you can make a good guess as to the resolution based on that and the DVD length.
I downloaded a few 1080p and they have a low bitrate of 4000kb/s but they look pretty good. I mostly downloaded the 720p files (2700kb/s) and found that some of those get a bit pixilated at times.
The site seems to allow download managers but I didnt queue-up any scenes simply because the download times for a 1GB file could take more than 20 minutes. I also had some issues with downloads failing in the middle of downloading.
Someone here recommended Legal Porno as a substitute for GGG. While the style of porn is quite different this suggestion has some merit: LP is extreme and features EE and Russian models but it also has a modern site, good download speeds and a good billing reputation.
My recommendation for GGG is very limited: if you collect specific scenes or are a fan of this specific niche then you still may want to join knowing the sites serious flaws. And if you do join and Centrobill is your biller, use a pre-paid card. For most porn collectors though, the combination of an outdated website, relatively low resolution scenes, frequently abysmal download speeds and a biller with a bad reputation probably make this site best to avoid.

While there are still not a ton of translated resources available, there is Zenra. For YEARS I have been wanting to join this site. Despite all of the warnings. When the holidays rolled around I got a membership for $5 which was a savings of 35$ off their normal price! It was a deal too good to pass up.

Zenra has a wide verity of categories. Most adult website subscriptions include either memberships to multiple sites and or multiple categories within a website. Zenra categories are different; on most websites each category consists of a single storyline repeated in the same or very similar location, and only the female actress is different in each video. Zenra categories each consists of numerous stories set in a verity of locations, both female and male actors are different, and the ages of the actors and actresses are different in each movie.
