Pros:
+A variety of download format options
+Site search function
+Advanced search tools for searching by categories/tags
+Expansive upcoming DVDs (wish they would use the layout on this page on the rest of the site)
+3 month package deal at ~22% off ($70 for 3 months, vs $90 at the monthly rate)
+Content is so good that AdultBouncer licenses it, although there is a two way street here. Vixeo seems to have licensed content from AdultBouncer I've found from time to time. Very odd.
+Ability to stream scenes online (for the newer content, at least)
+Allows rating of movies
+All movies include super HQ images of the front and back covers.
+All movies list their PRODUCTION DATE, something you rarely see with a DVD site.
Cons:
-Poor job with cast lists. Most movies have no listed cast.
-Movies don't list their addition date
-I hate when you search for a name and if it doesn't exist instead of getting a blank page you get a list of random DVDs which makes you THINK you got results when you actually didn't. The failed search text is rather subtle.
-Not a fan of their means of organization. They use 1 column of movies, and you see 6 movies per page. Compare this to VideoBox/VideosZ/DVDBox/etc. where you get a page of rows and columns where you can see 15-25 movies on a page.
-The search function is not great, although this is mainly due to their poor job with cast lists
-No way to browse their whole archive. Newest DVD page shows only 68 movies. Compare this to other DVD sites where you can browse through all the movies on the site, page by page.
-Videos are watermarked
-Lots of old movies offered as split files
-Lots of old movies where there are insufficient screencaps. Newer movies do not have this problem
Bottom Line:
Bottom line is that you probably don't need this site for your porn enjoyment. Besides the fact that the site is hard to find stuff you want (thanks to poor care taken to providing incomplete or missing cast lists for a high percentage of their films), there is a rather high overlap with other sites such as VideoBox (another con I could not fit because of character limits), and for $23/mo you don't need to waste your money. It is very hard to determine their rate of new additions. I see their new additions page, but I never visited often enough to measure the rate of additions (nor should I have to do that for any quality porn site) and one thing that you expect to be paying for with porn sites is a regular update schedule, and for all I know they don't update at all. They really could use some work on providing information that would lead you to believe that they are actively updating their site with fresh content.
One other minor qualm I have is that even after you successfully login to the site you feel like you never logged in at all. The image which says "AS LOW AS $0.77 PER DAY" still remains, the LOGIN button remains, the JOIN NOW button remains, etc. Seriously, you couldn't take the time to make a members-only looking page like the other 99% of porn sites out there? This is one of the things you see on a cheaply made porn site where little or no effort is put into development of the site. Makes me feel like Vixeo is really a second, or maybe even a third rate site.

+ Movie cutter tool available for newer movies.
+ Movies available in three or four levels of quality and three formats.

Cons:
- Web site navigation seems awkward.
- Pages take too much time to load. Can become tiresome while browsing content.
- Web page width too narrow. It looks like a sliver down the middle of my wide screen monitor.
- Models not identified in individual clips.
- This is subjective but I find the models typically only OK looking and the movie production boring and predictable
Bottom Line:
My one month membership to the Vixeo site is coming to an end and I probably be renewing anytime soon.
I've been a member of several DVD porn sites and like many of you have been spoiled by Video Box. I expect to have powerful tools to browse and filter the video clips and find what I want, when I want it. Vixeo falls short in this department.
I have also been disappointed with the quality of the models in the movie clips I've downloaded so far. Maybe I just haven't been able to find the good ones because of the sub par site navigation. lol.

Pros:
- Excellent collection of hard to get European porn. This is the main selling point of this site.
- Low price $14.95/month
Cons:
- Slow download speed. I get 150K to 350K on the average download speed. Usually 350K
- You can only download 2 clips at a time. Coupled with slow download speed. This makes for a lot of time on the computer
- You get booted after about 2 hours and need to relog.
- You cannot use an autolog program as you have to enter special digits that change every time you log on.
- No support
- Some clips are broken down to 2 to 7 segments, grrrr...
- Most movies do not show porn stars or allow name searches
- Navigation is slow, say there are 38 pages in the "German line" you can only click on the first six, then the next few and so on. It's slow.
-Many of the good films are not available in DVD quality, the next quality is only okay to below average.
Bottom Line:
There are many frustration with this site. The longer I am on it, the more frustrated I get. BUT the collection of hard to get fetish films make this place worth while. This site could be improved a lot and I would be willing to pay more if it were

- Huge DVD collection
- Some rare niches (like anime)
- Two updates a day
- Kinkier than VideoBox
- Some hot European content from Germany, France, Spain and England
- Video files are usually offered in multiple resolutions
Cons:
- The Updates can't match VideoBox
- A large percentage of the DVD scenes don't have any description and/or the names of the involved pornstars
- More expensive than VideoBox
- Their log-in system is annoying. You have to insert your credentials every time the Web session ends.
Bottom Line:
Paying for a membership in Vixeo was a tough decision, being a -happy- member of VideoBox for some years now. But I finally did it. Vixeo offers some nice niches VideoBox lacks, like anime and more kinky stuff (from Europe mostly). Of course there are many DVD titles that are common to both VB and Vixeo (careful what you download, it may be already in your collection!)
A nice touch is the DVD's front and back cover that you can download as med-res images (that does not apply to all DVDs but to most).
Being a member for three months now, the neverending question "should I stay, or should I go?" is starting to pop up from time to time. I like Vixeo a lot, but can I afford paying for two almost-identical sites? Oh, well. We shall see...

Pros:
- They have over 2,000 DVDs
- Excellent TBP price of $14.95
- I believe only Videobox has more quanity than Vixeo, one thing that should be noted, those 2,000+ DVDs only consist of maybe 20 gay/tranny, so they have over 2,000 of either b/g, g/g or group.
- Quality is good for the most part. They are still saying DVD quality is 640x480 and that is what these clips are.
- Also has the best download speeds of any of the DVD sites I have been on.
Cons:
- Some of the very oldest scenes are cut into clips.
- Navigation still can't match Videobox, but it really doesn't look like anyone can match VB in that regard.
Bottom Line:
This is #2 behind Videobox for me. I've been a member on Vixeo, 3 times in the last 6 months. They are delivering 2 updates per day, which doesn't compare with Videobox, but you also don't get a lot of filler DVDs that no one will want either. I believe one of the best ways to pick a DVD site is write down your favorite 10 models that are usually in DVDs, check the # of videos they have of each one. Usually if a site has 20 plus clips of the top models, you can bet it is a pretty good site.
You will rarely see a video on Vixeo that has under "stars" "unknown". Vixeo surprised me the first time I joined it. Which I did because of a couple of my favorites, Eva Angelina and Nautica Thorn had several movies that I hadn't seen before.
DVD sites for me have hit their peak. Very few of these sites will ever be able to offer all of their content on HD, mainly because of space limitations, could you imagine having 2,000 HD dvds? Talk about server crashes!
Also, I am finding less new talent coming into the DVD porn world, and instead, going to solo sites, to release their own stuff.
If you get tired of Videobox, try Vixeo out, I believe it is the next best, with Pornstarxs and DVDbox following a step behind. They have 3 pages, 6 full DVDs on each with Eva for example and even two full pages of Kayla Marie which is I believe the most out of the DVD sites for Kayla. It is a good value no doubt, recommeded!

Bottom Line:
I do see videos here that you don't see elsewhere and you don't get a bunch of videos here that most people don't enjoy. This is what Porn should be like for most people. These people have done an excellent job with their website, it is easy to get around to what you want to see here. I would recommend it to everyone that enjoys porn videos.

Bottom Line:
This is one large selection of videos that should not be overlooked simply because there are less available movies than other sites. Vixeo has created a collection that eliminates many of the movies shared by larger sites, and offers fresh content larger sites do not carry. The smaller collection is more user friendly and manageble offering the user the ability to truly feel connected to the content available. This is a do not miss for lovers of varied video content.
