Southern Strokes has been around for a long time but this is the first time I have been a member. It features mostly young (18+) men and has a European flavor to it now. The boys are quite hot and cute and the content is exclusive.
The site itself takes a bit of time to get around as it isn't as easily set up as others. They do have a model and video index, but they only allow moving three pages at a time as most allow ten or more. The site also assigns a password as well as a username and has no place to go to change it. I could fill out an email to the support staff but it seems like a lot of work. Other sites allow you to use your own or to change theirs to your own. They also have it so you can now log in using an email which this site needs.
The library itself is fairly decent at over 400 videos. Later ones are at full HD with some claiming to be 4K. However, 4K videos take up a LOT of space and these take up half a gig. My old eyes can't really tell the difference when it comes to the higher definitions so it doesn't matter to me.
The cost for the site is $24.95 a month (recurring) which includes downloads. There are bargains as my cost is $14.95 a month recurring. They update once a week which is now the norm for a lot of sites these days. (I do think it is best to wait or look for a bargain these days as well when they only update weekly.)
The reason for the high rating is for the models themselves as well as the video quality. There are also photosets available for those who collect. How the models look and how many are available are a big factor in what sites I join these days.
As for ease of canceling, I have yet to find out. They do use a few well known paysites so it should be easy. (I can come back and change the review if I experience any problems.)
Bottom line: A decent site that for some reason stayed out of my gaydar. I have seen it before but never joined until now. What a pleasant surprise to find such a good site with cute models. A few navigational changes and this site could be perfect.

Bottom Line:
A sister site of Hard Brit Lads, this site is set up identical to the others. It is fairly easy to navigate although each video comes on quite loud as one can't mute the sound on all of them like some sites allow.
As for the models, most are "daddy" types teamed with younger models. They vary in looks but most have good physiques. I did notice a lot of shaving on this site which seems to defeat the purpose of being "manly".
It is also best to just pay the full month as the expensive preview costs $10 for 3 days and does not even allow for limited downloading. I thought this was going to change after the 3 days was over, but the site is streaming only although each video can be downloaded for an extra $10 each. Not worth it at all!
The good news is there are plenty of bondage type scenes as well as older models for fans of those types. This company seems to focus on them which is a nice change of pace for those who are tired of twinks.
Bottom line: Decent site for what it offers. If one is not a fan of the mature male model, it is best to go elsewhere. If one wants downloads it is best to avoid this site!

Bottom Line:
Hard Brit Lads offers what the title states: British men (both youthful and mature) showing off their hard-ons in solo along with some hardcore action. The site is relatively easy to navigate and download. They do offer each scene individually for sale at $10, but that's a bit high for me.
The videos themselves are of good quality, with the older ones being of lower resolution (as usual). There also are photosets which can be downloaded in a zip file.
The models themselves range from young college types to men well into their 30s and 40s. There also is a lot of mixing on the duo scenes showing young men with their "daddies". I prefer matching the models to someone close to their ages, but to each his own.
The quality of the models varies with many bordering on ugly. They do have decent bodies and many are rather well hung.
I have seen most of these models on other sites before. There are a few exclusive models here and there, but most are from other sites. Some of them shave which is odd for a site that wants to be manly for its customers. I do prefer the full natural pubes look myself.
Bottom line, this isn't a bad site for those into mature men. There are plenty of videos to choose from as well.
If one wants to download the videos, it is best to go for the full membership and skip the trial part as $10 for 3 days is a bit high priced for my liking.
The bonus videos are from other sites but the other sites do cost extra to join. It is a bit confusing at times as some may think joining this site allows access to the dozen sister sites.
PS: I purchased the 3 day preview and let it charge me the full charge so I can download the videos as there are download options available. However, each download costs an extra $10 a pop! Not worth it at all!
