Cons:
All of the sets are older.
Site sometimes makes you log in again.
Kind of pricey for what you get.
Not all models are fully nude.
Most sets are not very explicit.
Downloads are very, very slow.
Sets are not dated, just numbered.
No original shoot dates.
Bottom Line:
Glamour.CZ is a fairly well done site overall, similar to the photographer-centric sites in the Met Art network, probably most similar to Arrotica Archives. The models are familiar and most are OMG beautiful, Iveta, Little Caprice, Monika Vesela (104 sets!), even a bunch (33 sets) from Marketa Bolonova(which is why I joined). But although the sets are generally very good to excellent, they are older material. Monika and Marketa have not been modeling for at least 8 years, probably more like 10+.
The overall format of the site is model-centric, so if you go to a model page, you will see a listing of all o the sets and some thumbnails. Click on a set and you will see thumbnails of every image in that set.
Most of the sets are not very explicit, although the models do look pretty amazing just posing. Monika Vesela, who is known for relatively explicit sets elsewhere, is for the most part just standing around in most of her 104 sets here. She is quite young in several sets, but they are not in any kind of order. All of Marketa's sets are from later in her career and when she was no longer very explicit. This is well done glam stuff mostly.
This is an image-only site and images come in small and large. Large is 4000x2666. No idea what small is. Downloads are very, very, VERY slow. A 145MB zip file takes about 12 minutes to download. Images take painfully long to display. I can almost hear the modem crackle.
Sets are between 25 and 45 images each and it is fair to say that they break up sets a little....well...a lot.
Overall, this isn't a bad site, especially if you fancy some of the models that they seem to have a lot of. Go browse through the model directory in the free section. If there is anyone there that you lust over, go ahead and sign up.

Pros:
Seriously hot models. There's a couple of well-known faces - Marketa Belonoha, Iveta Vodáková, Caprice and Monika Vesela for example. But most of the models are nowhere else. When the makers of this site hit the mark, they hit it well and there's some very sexy, stylish photography to be had.
Cons:
The site is a bit of a chameleon - as stated in the name it's glamour photography. Much of it is 'sexy' only e.g. swimsuit and the model leaves it on. So it's primarily a softcore 'nudish' site. This is really the paradox of the site: on the one hand, there's so much good, free porn and 'art nude' photography out there, you might wonder about paying for a site where much of the content is topless-only. But not all of it is - which means it can be a bit annoying if you'd like to see one model in particular undress completely, or if you're browsing there's no easy filter to just go for nude content. But this does force you to appreciate the non-nude for what it is, and some of it is still seriously hot. One con is that there's photos which appear in the banner of the site or even the update thumbnail, which aren't then available in the sets themselves.
Bottom Line:
It's hard to know what to conclude about Glamour.cz. There's something endearing and erotic about their photography style, and I've been a member twice now. They've just updated their site design and are posting content regularly. If anything, as the site has gone on it seems to be getting more nude-friendly, with the completely non-nude content mainly older, and much topless-only or 'down to knickers only' content in both new and old content. Some models don't get nude at all, a lot do topless only, but some models reveal all and there's also some explicit pussy shots. So it's a real mix; just be aware that's what you're signing up to and you shouldn't be disappointed. It's almost all studio photography, with only a couple of outdoor sets. I signed up out of curiosity that models like Iveta were on here and was pleasantly surprised at the other models and unique content offer. I hope they continue. I do like their approach overall and have plenty of time for enjoying the sight of a beautiful woman photographed well, without needing to see her naked. But the lack of nudity at times can be frustrating and feel like a tease, and that's the dilemma of the site really. So if you're okay with being teased by some hot Czech women, who occasionally might take it all off for you, then fire away.
