I do hate to always be the wet blanket with these "impromptu" contest, but ... The PU Raffle tickets are non-transferable, thus, if you win then only you can claim the prize awarded. If you decide to transfer the prize to another user after you've won it, then that's kinda your business but it could prove problematic unless you just pass an Amazon gift certificate to the other user. In other words, we can't (won't) take your Amazon win and transfer it to an eBay win if that happens to be the preference the other user has set. As a rule, it's best that you run any kind of contest by the PornUsers.com admins before you announce it. While this is generally an issue for webmasters, it could equally apply to users. It was common, once upon a time, for one of our childhood idols to appear in a nude scene at some point in their career. It usually was later in their lives. Maybe it was a way to recapture their waning popularity or they just didn't think it was appropriate. I don't think we can say this about most of todays rising stars. We had Jessica Biel doing semi-nude photos while still being on 7th Heaven, Christina or Britney did some revealing stuff, Alyssa of course, Madeline Zima, Lindsay Lohan, and I could keep going. I'm sitting here writing this and wondering how long before there is a sex video with Miley Cirus. Well in the US there is absolutely no doubt that the director would be prosecuted and most likely sentenced to jail time - certainly he/she would end up with a record. The US is still quite conservative about such things and has some very fierce sexual offender laws. For example, in New York State a sex offender can be convicted of a crime - say rape - and serve their prison sentence. Then, they can be pulled back into court and if deemed dangerous by the judge and jury the can be sent to a Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP). There are several medium security facilities placed around the state that are classified as hospitals so they are governed by the Office of Mental Health rather than the State Correctional System. The prisoners, now called patients, can be held there indefinitely until doctors deem that they are healthy enough to return to society - and that may still be in small, careful steps, like group homes and then state run apartments and so on. The courts tend to rule in favor of more treatment, but not always - still, the US is not a place to edge the law. You have to be heavily certified to legal carry anything deemed as child pornography in most states - I think there are less than 100 people in New York State (that number might be off, but that is what my memory says). In case people are curious, the only reason I know most of this information is that I'm friends with someone who is a top administrator at of one of New York's SOTP facilities. So, yeah - be careful with what you dload and keep on your hard drive if you are in the US. Even the cartoon stuff can be prosecuted on - though it is vastly safer. Anyway - teen sex is pretty high - as it has been for a while, so teen celebrities photograph themselves naked or get pregnant - not a huge surprise. They are still stupid kids - sometimes very fucked up in the head because of the insane lifestyle, but they are still kids and so they'll do stupid kid things like that. People seem to forget that kids are legally minors until they are 18 because they do stupid stuff and need leniency because of it. I don't understand why people think it is OK to try a 14 year old as an adult - sure I might have technically know right from wrong at that age, but I can't say had the life experience to make judgments as well as I do now.
