Give your opinion so we can build the best site out there.Please Hey Guys and gals really glad I found this site and wish to thank you all in advanced. We are on the verges of producing content and launching a web domain/muti sites and wish to gather the thoughts of the masses on what you want in a good site and would be willing to join as members for.We want to give you the best experience possible and offer clips both free and paid for web,cell and i pod/pad /android,as well as pay per view and live cam also dvd sells along with a store for toys etc.Would also like a socialization area(forum,chat room). We will more than likely use some existing affiliate sites and need some input on those that you prefer we will also offer our exclusively produced content in the members area.Looking for suggestions and information so we can give you the best out there.Please be free with suggestions as this is a chance to help custom design what you truly want and would gladly pay for.It's a win win for all.Together we can build the best. We're going to allow you a little latitude here but be aware, once you have a site we'll have to switch your account to a webmaster acct. BTW, you'd be well served to spend some time browsing back threads and past poll questions. There are a ton of suggestions there. 100% agree. It would be useful for JB Heart to not only read through the forum, but also to comment on/ask questions about the suggestions already discussed in detail. We PU members have a lot of ideas, issues, etc. that JB can learn from and generally seem to be the sort that would love to respond to specific new ideas. | |

I would say a long time pet peeve is directors talking. If a person opens a site and I hear that in scenes I wont rejoin. To many men are wanting to be players in these films and are swamping the industry with same ole same ole bad boy screws hot chick. its been done to death the last few years along with the guy talking his ass off during he whole thing. Exactly. It reads like you are just going to be offering more of what is already out there. If you are to be successful, you really need to have a niche or at least a theme. Cap'n. I appreciate all of your opinions and this is exactly what I wanted ......I have been working for years on making this happen ..i.e. I Have worked hard and now own the equipment(2 pro hd cams,lighting packages ,high end still cameras, grip gear ect.). I also have gone to a university film school and have learned extensively.I have also worked many feature movies,this is my profession.This is not only a business but a dream to produce content that is wanted not the same old grind. I wish to supply content and a site that is wanted.I have gone through the forum and other sites as well and I have a few niches that are in mind and short supply but wish not to express them yet and have the idea scooped up.So it is important for me to have feedback from you.Please think of it as an early xmas present that i wish to deliver to all. When you get your site up and running, be sure and work out a deal with TBP for a discount. You will need all the publicity you can get. Ilike niche sites with unusual content and I know many here do also. | |

He's an idea for you, its unique but could work, Get 20 beauties signed up, along the caliber of lezcuties girls and have them have sex in groups lesbian orgies, lesbian anal, lots of beautiful older women to have sex with them two. Lots of kissing and if they are foreign chicks, use subtitles. Girlfriend films use as a huge influence as they really know how to film lesbian sex. Then have a straight site with them in boy/girl scenes and orgy scenes. And a third site for the solo fans. Mix lots of genres in there with your updates on your straght site, keep things interesting and really sell your girls with good profiles and interviews perhaps. If you have the money have them all pretend they live in a big house and they all sleep in big beds of 4 or 5, lol now I'm getting carried away, it would be just a dream site for me with all that and if I had the money that's exactly what I'd do. Most people don't mind paying for quality, I certainly don't , give an incentive to make people join. 2, Offer some freebies to longtermers, think creative. Even offer a movie or set a week (if you produce a few updates a week)or a free movie or set a month. 3, Make your site more of a community and get the models involved, people love that. Have an active forum where members can participate in plots and ideas for scenes, polls, behind the scenes, model interviews, auctions of underwear and competitions, I don't know think outside the box. 4, Send out a newsletter with free material to people who sign up for it on your site. Show them that you are unique and you want to reward people who are members to keep them getting this email and all the top updates, even to those that no longer are a member cause of financial reasons, its an incentive to get them back when they see a email of an update that interests them and they might join again. 5, Marketing is of cause the main thing, get on forums like this and connect with people who may of never heard of your site, get the word of mouth thing buzzing that spreads through a blog and models blogs. 6, Sounds mad but forget the leachers, people on here are right most of the time these leachers wouldn't pay for porn anyway, you are not loosing their money as they were never going to give it in the first place. Target those honest people that like porn and respect that the owners and their models have to live to see more quality porn. 7, Offer them a 5 dollar discount if they re-subscribe within 3 months, things like that. So yeah giving freebies really works on the creating interest, I've seen lots of sites do this and go from relatively unknown to very popular with people flocking every week to see what the freebie is, yeah some won't sign up but it creates an interest and people will talk about it and you'll soon see people joining to see more.Once you've hooked them they will pay a price to get more believe me.
