Hustler just fucked their customers Both Hustler and barelylegal.com closed up shop with no prior notice. I was kicked off the site when clicking on a scene and got a site undergoing maintenance splash screen. The next day it just said site unreachable. I contacted epoch and they then referred me to hustlerunlimited.com which come to find out is there now merged sites. How ridiculous is it that the site doesn't even redirect to the new site! Surprise! My login doesn't work! Four emails to site support have gone unanswered and they are ignoring epoch now too. I tried met-art support and they replied (within 10 minutes! fuck you hustler!) that they are no longer affiliated with that company. So that epoch is being ignored and a note was included in my case says this is happening to more than just me. Didn't even get a week into my subscription. Just two logins and was closed down. And an even bigger kick in the nuts, the new site is streaming only! Yeah, yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should. Dude, that sucks ass! I had a similar experience with Reality Gang when it was a thing. Granted it was at the end of it's lifespan, but I was kicked out of that only to find that almost all of their scenes were lost to the ether. I'm also noticing a handful of site cropping up with the caveat of 'streaming only' and/or charging an arm and leg for downloads as a 'service.' At the very least, they SHOULD transfer your credentials over to the new site. It is absurd that they didn't and are not understanding what customer service means. | |

Almost three weeks now and still no response. I gave up trying to resolve this. If they're that hard-up for money that they have to steal it from their customers then they'll be out of business real fast. I wish I'd seen your note earlier. I had the same problem. My old passwords didn't work, they ignored my emails, and their current Terms and Conditions on Hustler Unlimited (sic) specifically say you can download. "you are authorized to view, play, print and download Content for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. I asked Epoch for a refund. let's see what they say. | |

I had epoch request a refund from them and never got it. I just let it go. They flat out took our money and got away with it.
