ATK search engine problem? Hi everyone, I'm new here - I hope this is an appropriate place to post this question! Does anyone know what is up with the search engine at the ATK sites? It seems like it hasn't been updates in several weeks, and it also doesn't give full results. Have they discontinued the search capability? | |

I would suggest e-mailing whatever Support contacts there are at the ATK site(s) that you are a member of and see if there is any response. | |

What is it doing? I always found Galleria to be clunky at best. I just used the model list the last time I was on it, especially since they use common aliases and have as many as 25 girls listed with the same name. The search engine does not appear to have been updated since July 25, 2009. Also it is giving incomplete results (for example when searching for all updates in a given month) http://search.atkingdom.com/?site=galleria (You don't have to be a current member to run a search) I do agree that navigating the Galleria can be a bit clunky, but the search engine was very useful for tracking updates by date. | |

I'm currently subscribed to ATK Exotics, and it has the same kind of problem. If you search July 2009 for photosets, it only gives 20 results. Contrast that with June (126!). So it seems that they haven't been updating since early July. August is empty null as of yet. This is a problem for yours Truly-Drooly. I depend on that search engine to browse everything for an entire month. There was no where else that they had a complete, compiled list of all their niche material in one place. So I've been disappointed in this latest membership. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. | |

Okay, so this is a confirmed problem. I don't know why they haven't responded to my emails. Perhaps it's because I'm not currently a subscriber. But, the site has always been publicly accessible... The only other possibility I can think of is that maybe they switched over to a new members only search engine that is inside of the members areas. Any indication of a new search function at the Exotics site, Drooler? | |

No, there's no "new" search engine. I've looked around for it just the same. I'm a subscriber now, as I said, so one can even pay for having the problem. ;) Perhaps the "Search Engine Contractor" is on summer holiday? On strike? Down with grippe? Out of creative alternatives for that admin usepass? Who knows? I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. | |

I was able to find the content when I searched by the specific date just not the entire month, as you stated. Hi Melissa, The search engine is still only partially fixed. Try searching for all of the "Action" photosets in the month if "July 2009" at the Galleria... Do you handle all of the ATKingdom sites, or just the new ATKPetites site? | |

Actually I handle the new ATK movie site which is ATKMovies.com but I try and keep tabs on all of them. I have passed the problem on the to the tech team and they are researching the problem so hopefully we will have it fixed soon. Thank you for you patience while we work through this. The new movies site looks very interesting! Can you clarify two things? What format are the purchased movies? From a quick scan of the site it looks like the content is derived from the DVD releases. Will the site offer only clips that have been previously released on DVD? Thanks. | |

The movies are available in mov, wmv, mp4 and flash streaming. We are putting all of our DVD scenes on the site but we also have movies from our other sites as well. Eventually all of our movie catalog will be available on atkmovies.com for purchase. Right now we are releasing 9 movies per day. I hope this answers your questions.
