So, was there a question in there someplace that I missed? If it helps, I can't think of a billing processor I trust more than CCBill. They're tops in my book. Never had any issue with ccbill in terms of undesired rebills or anything billing related. Top customer service too in case you have issues with your access. My one and only beef with them is that they let websites charge more to European users than what US customers pay for the exact same service.

CCBill is without question - and in my opinion - probably the most reliable billing company around. "I don't drink anymore - I freeze it, and eat it like a popcicle"

It makes a difference only if the Webmanager asks for their very questionable 'service' of Regional Pricing to be used. Typically, it results in Europeans paying more for the same service. On this issue alone, I try to minimise my use of them as a billing service as a matter of principle. Whilst I realise it is a pointless gesture, if all Europeans boycotted them perhaps they would drop this 'service'. I tend to use Epoch, if it is available as an option. CCBill is very popular with my EU customers, even more than Verotel which is based in Europe. Webmaster of StripGameCentral and A Measure of Curiosity.

I've used quite a few different cc processor and I've yet to find one that didn't meet my needs. I really like CCbill and I've never had a problem with them. Epoch is probably my favorite but not by much. Long live the Brown Coats.

I also never had any problem with CCBill. Regional Pricing depend on the website, not CCBill.

It's rare that you'll have a problem with ccbill. I actually have had a couple, and one was especially irritating: A site that did not live up to its bullshit promises in the visitor's section. I wanted a refund, and I should have gotten one. But ccbill just gave me stalling tactics. But aside from that, they've been easy to use and reliable. Never have had any "ibill" type nightmares with them, if anyone remembers ibill. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

I really can't understand why folk spring to defend CCBill on this. Regional pricing is a 'service' only they provide. Yes, the Webmanager has to request it, but if it weren't available, they wouldn't be able to. Cap'n. I like CCBill as a service. They and Epoch are the ones I trust the most. When my ISP had me listed as being in Canada I encountered regional pricing. I told CCBill this was unfair and that I would never do business with them, for them to say they are only following instructions. I did not appreciate their attitude. Other than this I feel CCBill does a good job.

I didn't know that regional pricing is a service from the billing company. But when there's an option for the webmanager to use or not to use, then he is responsile for the price. I don't want to defend any billing company, I just had no problems with them.
