Anyone know the story with unrealbank.com? UnrealBank hosts a number of sites catering to all fetish niches including RatherExtreme.com and DoctorTrickles.com. I just signed up for a membership, and logged in to find a bare-bones members area with a message that their site is undergoing remomdeling. There were a bunch of links to sets and movies that didn't work. Now maybe they are remodeling their website, but it seems more likely that they are down for good. I have been behind the scenes in e-business before, and I know that it is easy to remodel sites seamlessly without taking them down first and then building everything back up. Of course, the webmaster is not answering my emails to explain, but they rarely do that at fully (dys)functional sites anyway. Does anyone know the real story here? Any cause to be hopeful, or should I just get my money back? Better to be pissed on, than to be pissed off.

I feel bad that you go suckered into trying these sites but I must say that the warning signs were quite visible if you had looked for them. Now you may not have seen them so the following is nit a criticism toward you but a warning sign to newbies. 1-None of the sites associated with the parent company has ever had a single review on TBP and that's rather telling when you consider that most have been online since 2004. That isn't always the kiss of death for me but the join price better be less than 20$ or I won't join. 2-Design for all the sites was poor and none of the sites had many updates on them. Now that is a major warning sign and one that tells me I will regret my investment. 3-Most of the sites had older content that is leased. I don't know how knowledgeable you are on your porn but if the more recent stuff has performers that haven't done porn in years then run as fast as you can because you are about to get shafted. 4-This last one is not always recommended because I really only trust TBP and PU reviews but in the absence of these then I look for reviews done by other sites. The great news is that TBP is decent enough to normally give you a link to those reviews. In this case I had to look for a review porn inspector did for the "corset zone" site in 2010. From that I got to see the reviews he did for at least seven other sites from the company and the score they got clearly pointed to a shitty bunch of sites. P.S: My rule of thumb before I join any site is do some research. It will cost you time but at least it won't cost you any money. Long live the Brown Coats.

Lately I have become more interested in the esoteric, older content. I have already been to many of the large sites in the peeing niche, and for the new ones I haven't seen yet, they are doing well and I think they will be around for a while. I want to make it to some more of the earlier sites while they are still around. When I do come across good stuff at the old sites, it often makes for a very unique and rare addition to my collection. Sometimes, I actually look for some of the warning signs that you mentioned, because in many cases they have led me to sites that are still good, but may not be around in a few years. There is no sure fire way to predict when a site will close, but if one is doing very poorly with traffic, you can bet it is near the end. Poor web design, leased content hosted on another domain, and no updates are three other signs. It's actually been a lot of fun going to these old sites, kind of like visiting garage sales. You never know what you will find! Along the way I have made contacts and friends with some webmasters and producers, and even had a couple of sites that were closed for customers opened back up just for me. My feedback resulted in a couple more being opened back up for customers in general. I cannot say which sites or share the content, so please don't ask. The downside of this is that I run the risk of getting screwed over. It's definitely been worth it though. If any of you are a bit bored, you should give it a try! In the case of doctortrickles.com, I remember their pics well from the TGP's years ago. They had some non-exclusive pics, but they also had some really nice exclusive peeing pics of Amber Michaels that you can't find anywhere else. That's the main reason why I wanted to go to that site in particular. Amber Michaels also has some peeing pics on xxxhorror.com and galacticbabes.com, so I may check those out soon. Anyway, I made my original post hoping someone here may have some inside info on unrealbank.com. They actually encompass a very large network of sites that all seem to be down. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. Better to be pissed on, than to be pissed off.
