I THOUGHT VIKINGS WAS A GREAT SERIES. BUT SINCE RAGNAR LOTHBROK (TRAVIS FIMMEL) DIED, I HAVEN'T BEEN WATCHING IT AS MUCH. (IT JUST SEEMED THAT NOTHING WAS HAPPENING IN SUCH A LONG TIME, MY INTEREST HAS WANDERED.) THE KNICK WAS ALSO A GREAT SERIES. YOU GET INVESTED IN A LEAD CHARACTER, AND THEN THEY KILL HIM OFF. GOOD PLOT DEVICE, BUT IT LESSENS MY INTEREST IN A SERIES. BUT THAT'S JUST ME. | |

I thought my interest would wane after Ragnar's death, but I find myself looking forward to the new season. I rather enjoy Ragnar's crazy kid. | |

I can understand that completely! Some shows just aren't the same after a certain character is killed off. I feel this way about Khal Drogo in GoT. They go so far away from the books in other areas but with his character they chose to follow cannon when I believe he would have been awesome staying on. Also, I miss Jessica Lang acting on American Horror Story. The show was never the same after she left. There are many good actors on Vikings that they're able to hold their own without Travis. It's going to be interesting to see where they take the story post Ragnar  | |
