Hegre site. Question about customer service I'm wondering if anyone might have opinions or answers to my questions about the Hegre website. So I was thinking about taking advantage of a discount they are currently offering on their site. A friend of mine told me he'd had big problems with Hegre site in the past. He purchased a one year subscription but soon after Hegre prevented him from using it, blocked him and didn't refund any monies. They said he had allowed his password to be used by others. He swears that was not happening. I wondered if he had tried using it on more than one device, say a laptop and a phone and that's what caused Hegre to take action. I thought I would ask this of them as if I was going to sign up with them I would probably use 2 different devices. I looked on their website under "support". It suggested that answers to most questions could be found in their knowledge base. Except there is no link shown to this and no mention of it anywhere else on the site. So next option was to raise an email query. So far I have sent two emails asking for guidance and have received no response at all. So am not going to pay for any subscription and consider they have a non existent customer support policy. In comparison I've had MetArt subscriptions on many occasions and when I've had any sort of login problems I've had near instant responses from their support team. Hegre need to sort themselves out in my opinion. Would be interested to hear from others. | |

I haven't been a member of Hegre for many years. So I can't comment on their customer support. Except one PU member stated he had a lifetime membership with Hegre, that Hegre no longer honors. And Hegre customer service gave him no satisfaction with his complaints. I've been a member of MetArt for many years. I thought they had the finest customer support team of any paysite I ever joined. Then I joined Adult Time, which has a live chat option for customer support, in addition to email and telephone, all of which are 24/7. The live chat answers within a few minutes, is friendly and helpful. I think Adult Time's support is even faster to respond to questions and complaints than MetArt (via live chat). I often complain about the Adult Time navigation issues, but their customer support is even better than MetArt's, in my opinion. | |
