Members Area button/link on review pages Just wanted to sound the board on these. Do you use them? How valuable are they? Would it bother you if we removed them and left only those which are hard to find from the tour? tks for your feedback! | |

I honestly never tried the button before. So I gave it a try on a random page. It said 404 not found. To be honest I am not sure what its purpose is? Does it log you in to a site you are already a member of? Or does it give us a exclusive sneak peak at a site? The sneak peak thing would be awesomeness. I am still learning new things on PU and TBP every day. supposedly on some sites it's hard to find the members area link to login once you have a paid membership. this was added to help users go directly to the login page. i don't know many cases where this is true, so just wondering on how useful this button really is... | |

In that case my opinion is remove it. Instead add the special sneak peak button =) lol. There are SO many websites I do not join because they are not transparent. A sneak peak would push me over the edge into joining. I know PU and TBA has good relationships with a lot of sites. If I see a update page and can look at ALL the updates and 5 previews a day this almost 100% causes me to get a membership to that site. I never use the button. If it were red and said "Don't press this button EVER!" then it might be worth saving but not in it's present form. | |

If you mean the "Visit Site >" button, then "yes" I use those, but before they existed I knew that I could do it just as easily by clicking the thumb pic of the site's front page, which seemed intuitive enough. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. | |

I've been a member of PU for several years. But I don't know where the PU Members Area button/link is located. I'm assuming, from the way the PU Members Area button/link is described, that it acts as a hot link from PU to the member's area of the linked site that you might be a member of. Unless you mean that the PU Members Area button/link is merely a link from PU to the porn pay site. In the latter case, the link can be helpful: just click on the link and you are connected to the porn pay site, instead of having to type in the name of the site in the browser address bar. Again, in the latter case, they are a convenience to PU members, and necessary for PU/TBP. I would think that PU would want to keep those links, as they are the conduit for PU/TBP getting paid for referrals to paid memberships to the porn pay sites. OK. I looked at TBP site. And found the Members Area button/link. For the Metart site. I'm a current member of Metart But when I click on the Members Area button/link for Metart, I get a 404 page, Error, Not Found. So you might as well eliminate those links, since they are a waste of time, and real estate. I don't think the Members Area link is found on PU. At least, I can't find it easily. | |
