Diesal network not working ??? I purchased a diamond subscription for the extra money and can't even download more than 5 films . Is this sight busted ? Can you not download ? I sent a "ticket" to them to inquire. Lets see what happens.... | |

HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY FOR THE DIAMOND UPGRADE? I POSTED A COMMENT AT PU ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO THAT I WAS GETTING VERY SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEEDS: ABOUT 200 KB/SEC OR LESS, FROM THE DIESEL SITES. BUT THE PROBLEM CLEARED UP AFTER A FEW DAYS. I'M NOW GETTING ABOUT 2.5 MB/SEC TO 3 MB/SEC. THOUGH I DO GET 4-5 MB/SEC AT OTHER PAYSITES. MY MAX DOWNLOAD SPEED IS ABOUT 6 MB/SEC. SO I CAN DOWNLOAD FROM EACH OF THE 3 SITES AT DIESEL. THE DIESEL HELP DESK MIGHT RESPOND AFTER A FEW DAYS. OR NOT. THERE IS NO DOWNLOAD LIMIT THAT I'M AWARE OF, AT DIESEL. I just checked the 3 sites. All 3 sites are open now. All 3 sites are giving me good download speeds: slightly better than 3 MB/s. (My max download speed is 6.25 MB/s.) I don't know if your problem is with your PC, router, your internet service provider, or whatever. But the servers at Diesel seem to be working fine, for me, currently. Some suggestions: Try a different browser. Try a download manager. Down Them All is free, easy to use. Check your maximum download speeds at a free internet download speed checker, to see if the problem is with your PC connection. That's free and easy to do. If you are getting very slow download speeds, that tells you the problem is with your PC connection. Those are the first things to try for a better connection. Are you able to stream videos from the 3 sites at Diesel? Without stuttering? If yes, then I would assume there is some problem with your PC settings/software. If no, then I would assume there is some problem with your PC setting/software, or your internet provider. Check to see if your firewall or PC software is somehow blocking or slowing your internet connection. Not sure how to do that, but maybe you could post on a free computer help page on the internet and ask for help on why your PC has a slow connection. Or do a google search for answers/help.
