Big problem with pornpassforall / websupportcentral

I am member at pornpassforall.com, including all sites (member for 15 months).

Since three weeks I can't login anymore although there is no reason (no firewall is blocking, cookies enabled, membership still active, no change of password, never shared my login). At the billing company they say my account is still active and password did not change.

I already wrote lots of emails to support@websupportcentral.com, which is the only contact they provide. I got no answer. THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY, they just ignore my messages.

Can anyone help me with some information? PLEASE

That always sucks when that happens. Can't say I'm of much help in terms of getting you back on track or contacting them via a different route. My only advice would be to cancel if they're not responding to you; what other choice do you really have other than burning some incense and hoping that some grand deity magically appears to cure all your website ailments. I would also consider posting a comment on the pornpasspall page here at PU letting others who might sign up know of your problems.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems zierbengel. What browser are you using? I remember having a problem when I was a member of that site. My problem wasn't the password as much as the verification.
I would type the correect letter but the system would not accept it.
It didn't last long, but then again I wasn't a member for 15 months.
I never had the patience to wait that long to get full access to all
their sites. Long live the Brown Coats.

Suggest you post this as a comment under the pornpassforall.com listing in PornUsers. That way the issue will get much more attention.

I had a big problem with Club Sandy's site blocking me out awhile back, and have a comment on this site about it. In it, the webmaster Damon replied to send email to support@21sextury.com

To top that off, I had a problem before that one with Pix and Video, same company and called websupportcentral's phone number on that problem and had the problem fixed within 24 hours.

Here is the comment I made when I was having the same problem you are having and it is where I got that email address from.

Maybe that will help, also be sure to tell them how long you have had the problem and they will, as that reply by their webmaster says, give you extended access for the amount of time you missed. My first time I jacked off, I thought I'd invented it. I looked down at my sloppy handful of junk and thought, This is going to make me rich. - Chuck Palahniuk

One possible solution:
Email your billing company, and include:
-the date you signed up
-your user name
-your confirmation order number.

Explain the problem again, and ask for a new user name and password. Say that you've written to support many times, and have received no reply.

They might give you a new user name, or a new password, and that might get you into the sites you want.

I was blocked from a site one time, sent an email to support, and they gave me a new password. So I could then get in.

I don't know if that will work for you or not. Just a suggestion.

Thanks very much for your replies!

And thanks for the hint. I just left a comment at pornpassforall site feedback and sent an Email to the webmaster damon21. Hope this works!

I had this "Invalid login" problem a couple of times, also at clubsandy. Never got a response except for the useless automatic Email response "... You should soon hear from one of our staff members." But in the past I was at least able to login again after one or two days!

@lk2fireone: I Emailed my billing company and did exactly what you suggest. They told me to contact the site's Webmaster.
I had a big laugh and some outbursts of fury again.
I also tried to receive a new password/retrieve password from pornpassforall. You have to fill in username and Email address. The message was: "Either or both information you've entered was invalid, please try again!"
and again, and again, and again, and again, and again.....................
The account information at my billing company tells me that there wasn't a change of password and my membership at pornpassforall is still active. Edited on Mar 20, 2009, 01:04pm

These problems here are importend for PUs in general. As exotics4me I've had my battle with sites from 21Sextury - in the almost same line.

First of all it's damn frustating to go through a hassle with a lot of mail, waiting ect. when you paid for a membership - and it's even worse when you're getting ignored. I'm greatfull it has only happend a few times, 'cause it can completly ruin your joy in joining a new site.

It's great that we have PU to get and offer help. But also to tell webmasters and siteowners not to mess with PUs - they might understand it when they see too many warnings from a rather large group of potentional costumers - they're mostly in it for the money... I also noticed they have a support form here:
http://websupportcentral.com/contactUs

Might want to try that if you don't hear anything.

This form exists only for the purpose of pretending some service. I filled in that form three times. After that I started the one-way communication via Email.

I'm calling it "support pretending form" ;-)

It's obvious, that a lot of sites are more active and fast with feedback when it comes to getting costumers to sign up.
We all get mails from sites where we been member once: Come back, and join again - we got this and this and this fine new deal for you...

I just got this more jolly one from Swank:

"SWANK PROMOTIONS: We Miss You!"

Don't know the people behind that Co. - so I guess it's my money they miss.... "I don't drink anymore - I freeze it, and eat it like a popcicle"

Yes, but most of those are automated (bots), not an actual person sending them. Support between a user and a support rep (actual person) is a little different. :)
