My Mojo Packed Up And Went!

I don't know what's going on and hope fervently that it is only a temporary condition rather than old age but my Libido has brutally and suddenly deserted me. A couple of weeks ago I was happily collecting - and looking at - porn, now I can't see a single site I would want to subscribe to, and am not even interested in looking at my 3 TBs worth of stash.

This is really scary because porn has been such a large part of my life that I automatically assumed that my enjoyment of it would last forever.

Okay, I guess it is back to TV and books for a while. TV has almost been a complete write-off for me as well over the past few years, thanks to all the reality shows, so this collapse is like losing my right arm (no pun intended) and doesn't leave me much when it comes to daily entertainment.

I won't turn my back on this site just yet because I enjoy the company and because I nurture the faint hope that one morning I will wake up with my Mojo fully restored . Hopefully that morning will come soon.

I can't stand this, especially since I don't have the luxury of being able to go out to find my joy in nature or in the company of others. My various ailments won't allow it. No nothing life threatening .. just stuff that makes it hard to get around.

m.

I remember a line from the Aerosmith song, "Sweet Emotion": "My get up 'n go musta got up and went."

I figure if Stevie Tyler had that problem occasionally, at that younger age, we all have at times.

May this fall be your impeding spring, Messmer! I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Unless your better half has been dosing your food with saltpeter, I would guess this disinterest is a temporary thing.

Has she been complaining that you were overly frisky?

(If I have a problem, I find it's helpful to blame someone else.) Edited on Aug 30, 2011, 03:35pm

My better half is an invalid, lk2fireone. We love each other deeply but have not been intimate in years for that reason. I hope I don't embarrass anyone for getting so personal. Just explaining why porn was so important to me .. it was the only outlet I had.

Old age can be a bitch!!

It is possible you have been 'overdosing' on it.

Lay off the intensity of this obviously very important aspect of your life, for a while.

What doesn't help is the relatively fruitless searches for content that appeals.
I suffer from that frustration myself, as I am sure you know.

As you 'dry out' I think you should find that your lust / libido will return.

( In the meantime, as regards television, perhaps a few documentaries from the Discovery, National Geographic or History Channel may be of interest.
Perhaps not exciting, but they can be fascinating. )

Sorry. I didn't mean to offend or disrespect. I was trying for a bit of humor, which didn't come off.

But as Drooler suggested, things tend to go in cycles. I believe there are plenty of things that will be interesting and enjoyable in the future for you.

I agree that old age can be a bitch. That's why someone said that youth is wasted on the young. You don't appreciate good health (and all you can do) until you are losing it.

On the other hand, there is the Robert Browning poem:
Grow old along with me!
The best is yet to be,
The last of life, for which the first was made:
Our times are in his hand
Who saith, "A whole I planned,
Youth shows but half; trust God: see all, nor be afraid!"

But I always thought the Robert Browning poem was a bit of nonsense.

Humor is good Ik and hopefully Mess will take it that way.

But since Mess opened up the personal side of his life, then I might pop 2 cents in here. Since all is not clear, this is purely projection on my part though I do base it on my own experience.

Your spousal situation must create some stress in your life and, in fact, would be the prefect storm for depression. As we all get older I swear there are chemical imbalances in our brain and depression is one of the by-products.

I, for one, take drugs for my depression and if you subscribe to the same remedy for depression then this could be a cause of your current disinterest. Or, if you don't, then the chemical changes could be causing the disruption in your libido.

Personally, when I weened myself off my meds a couple years ago, my libido when off the charts - unfortunately, the depression worsened. So being back on them I find that my interest goes up and down.

While I have not done a lot of research I believe there are some Naturopathic approaches that can help as well as simple things like exercise. My own is taking a Vitamin E supplement, though the only change there I can see is a glow in my skin. At any rate, raising your testosterone levels would probably help.

Hopefully this shot in the dark will help provide a light toward the end of the tunnel. Wish you well in getting the big L back. If it ain't grits, it must be a Yankee.

If you're going to lay her head over the pool table and fuck her throat, get your fucking hand off her throat!

75 is nada, messmer - guess it's not the age - but some CONTEMPORARY fed up deal with most porn - looking for new material makes your day...
And again: maybe not only material, but models?????
I've been there, though just about 60, getting fed up and not getting that good ol' kick, anymore - but one thing that keep up my "libido" for porn is mainly: discovering new models - or models I did not realize earlier........and they ARE out there, friend.... I came off anti-depressants about 2 months back, having been on them for 7 months.
Whilst I was on them, my lust levels were lower than they have ever been.
I am now still returning to my natural levels.

I find St John's Wort a mild natural mood lifter & Ginseng helps with mental aptitude & boosts libido.

WOW, I'm amazed - in these times with "I-know-it-all-types" and stupid/mean remarks ect. at the net, we still got this very decent and humane conversation here....THANK YOU!

So it's one more reason, messmer to stay with us all, please.

And to Capn: glad you got off that kind of serious medication - and keep with the natural - in my different kinds of illness that comes with age I've later tried to stay off doctors orders (that serious medication) and went for the natural - with fine results. Keep it up, bro!

And then again: Amazed. Well, bottom line not really. Since I joined PU in early 2007 folks here have been: yes, nice/great! "I don't drink anymore - I freeze it, and eat it like a popcicle" Edited on Aug 31, 2011, 09:18am

I sincerely hope you are right, Cap'n! There is a great deal of truth to what you say. As to TV, except for the News, Discovery, National Geographic and History are pretty well the only channels I watch. Are you plagued with as many re-runs as we are in Canada?

No need to be sorry, lk2fireone. You could not know my circumstances because I keep personal stuff down to a minimum and only made one vague reference in the past to being house-bound.

Thanks for the encouraging words and I hope that porn will once again be one of the interesting and enjoyable things down the road. One can hope! Edited on Aug 31, 2011, 10:50am

Thanks, jberryl69, wise words. I am on a ton of medications and it could be that their prolonged use is finally catching up with me. It could also be the most recent one I was prescribed. The present listlessness seems to coincide with this one. Maybe a fluke, maybe not. And, yes, there is a lot of stress.
In any case, thanks for caring.

Thanks, Denner, that might be a big part of the problem because recently I've been really disappointed with so many sites that are actually pretty good but tend to be too formulaic and therefore get boring very quickly. Maybe it's a combination of meds and uninteresting porn? In any case, thanks. And I do appreciate the civility of this group as well especially since I am deeply embarrassed about having become so personal in this post. I usually don't do that.

Well that's what porn's for you Mess - to make us feel better and who better to commiserate with than a bunch of whoremongers like us. Besides it looks like our collective experience is about 500 years so there should be plenty of empathy. If it ain't grits, it must be a Yankee.

Well, if you think of porn as a drug, and that's something worth considering, then maybe there should be a drug interaction warning on the containers of those meds! Or even at the sites! LOL

I can just hear what the TV would sound like: "Don't mix with BGG or BBG or especially BDSM." I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Hey, partner....let me remind you you're still nipping at my heels on age, but I definitely feel your pain.
Must be something in the air, cuz I've been experiencing a tad of the same problems too lately....so don't feel like the Lone-Stranger.

Let me give you a friendly tip:
Although many guys laugh at the thought of male sex "toys" or devices geared to "pump-up" the action....they really shouldn't cast it as a joke 'till they've given them a try.

One of the few things my deceased father bequeathed to me that wasn't passed on to, and of no use to his youthful harem of girlfriends, was an expensive penis enhancer.
I found that with a little creativity I could get all kinds of wonderful things to happen using that damned thing.

Without belaboring the point, The male adult market -- and even with the help of a health provider, at our age, through a prescription or other mediums, there's a vararity of stuff out there that'll wake up one's libido.....nuff said.
So get on the saddle, Sir Messmer....and ride, ride, ride.

LOL. A "drug interaction" warning on my drugs would definitely be helpful when it comes to porn. But seeing that I've taken them for over three years after a TIA I still see them as only a potential part of my problem.

I suspect that mine is most likely a case of ennui, a feeling of ho-hum, there's nothing new under the sun. Whatever they offer I've seen before with only the faces changing. Denner might have a good idea when he suggests that I start collecting models I like. While it might not give me the erotic rush I crave it would keep me browsing and therefore occupied. Nothing worse than just sitting and not wanting to do anything.

Hey, thanks Pard! I appreciate your suggestions. I couldn't go for the toys or enhancers because in my present state I wouldn't even feel like picking them up .. but getting a prescription for some testosterone would be a grand idea that I could really go for! But what do I tell our family doctor who knows our circumstances: "Doc, could you prescribe something for me so that I can enjoy porn again?"

Still hoping and expecting that the whole sorry thing will be only temporary, I remain,

Sir M.

The way you describe your doctor, I would be going in way too frequently for checkups! I mean, it's not like your prostate can be too healthy, can it?

The film Road Trip addressed this sort of doctor-patient relationship back in 2000 (okay technically the woman is a nurse, but whatever). "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? A foreign substance is introduced into our precious bodily fluids without the knowledge of the individual. Certainly without any choice. That's the way your hardcore Commie works." - Gen. Jack D. Hey there Mez, it's been a while since we shared some chin music!

I can relate, and how, to your get up and go having got up and went, because I go through the same thing, as you may remember me talking about. Now, I am only a mere strap of a laddie to you, at 47, but my sex drive took a nose dive (yes, this post will be chock-full of puns, cliches, figures of speech, and rhymes, so buckle-up!) a few years ago and I thought I had lost it for good. I even told people at work that I was celibate. Actually I am sort-of celibate since I haven't been to the Promised Land in nigh on six years now. However, I sometimes have amazing spikes along with the usual flatline, when my entire mental and physical apparatus is humming at high-frequency and I entertain the most lewd and lascivious thoughts one could possibly imagine. As it happens, however, I still, in these horny-as-a-flock-of-unicorn periods, have little to no desire to spank the monkey whilst viewing pictures or videos of shapely young nubile naiads and dryads flittering about in their unmentionables. Why that is, I do not know. However, when the moment is really at critical mass, when the levee is violently close to breaking, as it were, all I have to do is tap or touch at a certain particular area roundabout the naughty bits and I can achieve and sustain a very strong sensation the likes of which I never enjoyed between the ages of 13 and 40 (sorry for the graphic info there fellas). The sensations I can have now are a whole order of magnitude better than in the wankiest days of yore! And I am not talking about orgasm...I mean the preamble, the long climb up the prickly mountain....

As far as the big O is concerned, I hardly ever get there anymore, because the climb is so arduous. Maybe 2 to 3 times a month, if that. I've had dry spells that lasted several months. But when they do arrive, Lordy, it's like nothing I ever experienced before.

I don't know why this should be. In fact, it seems like it should be the opposite. But I kid you not. When I do have the itch, it is magnified and intense, and I feel energetic, creative, happy, and I find that I can channel that energy into my writing. I've been writing more in the past two years than I ever did in my life, and I attribute that to this amazing, albeit sporadic and often absent, new, radical sexual energy.

The problem is, it is hard to have a relationship with a woman because most of the time I do not give a tinker's damn about sex or my willy. I couldn't care less. And as we know, the lady-folk are a randy lot, and there's no way I could keep up. I tried to have something with a very attractive co-worker a few years my junior, but it was a disaster. We tried to kindle a romance for several months but eventually agreed just to remain friends.

Carry on, Mez, and please give my best regards to the Mrs. I wish you well.

** If anyone is wondering why I'm hardly ever here anymore, well, I've given up porn for good. I find it spoils rather than whets my appetite. I take far more pleasure in looking at lovely women in bikinis and lingerie than in porn. But, I will pop in every so often because this is such a decent and civilized discussion board. Maybe the most decent and civilized board I have yet to be involved with. Thanks all of you and I'll catch you later.

Agree with IK2 about WWW. Always good to see him make an appearance.

Messmer, I don't blame your being concerned, however I do think taking a self imposed ban would make all the difference. I quite often have enforced breaks simply because I don't have the time to be around the computer, let alone watching porn. This keeps it all fresh for me. Simply watch normal tv. Occasionally you will see an attractive girl and that may well lead to your interest being stirred again.

All the other things mentioned, could be contributing factors.

Hey, www. So good to see a post by you. I really miss your company and let me tell you how grateful I am that you chose to be just as open as I was.

It was quite embarrassing for me to "let it all hang out" (left over from the hippie days) and showed the desperation men experience if they are in danger of losing their sex drive.

I read up on it, it is never supposed to come on suddenly, yet in my case it did. I had been bored with most new porn for quite a few months now, but always got a rise out of older sets that were shot more to my taste and then to suddenly find myself indifferent to all porn was a tremendous shock to my self-esteem as a male. If Hugh Hefner could do it well into his eighties, why not me.

I hope that despite the fact that you have given up on porn you will still drop in now and then and keep in touch with people who really like you! Also thanks for your best wishes!

Now to the good news: After experiencing boredom, lassitude, indifference for a couple of weeks when it comes to porn, my mojo came back in full force!

It did not come back from looking at the bland stuff photographers put out these days but from practically forcing myself to go back to my formerly favorite old picture sets in my stash and, bingo, my libido proclaimed: I am still around!

Maybe all my friends who tended to blame the imitative and lame sets being churned out nowadays were right after all. At least mostly right because I am sure there was also a psychological factor at work. In any case I am back! And more than glad of it!

Thanks, squirrel! I guess the (about) two week period I did without porn must have helped. It was not self-imposed except in the loosest sense .. I just didn`t care any longer until I actually forced myself, out of sheer desperation, to look at my old material when women still wore sexy lingerie.

Porn has been my main entertainment for quite a few years and its absence left quite a gaping hole. As you can see in my response to www I`M BACK!

That's actually the best advice that can be given when in doubt or deep embarrassment about visiting a doctor--just go! You could get extremely sick or die of something far worse than embarrassment if you don't go. I've lost count of the number of times I've read online or even heard from friends about being too shy or scared of revealing something to a doctor--women, usually their OB/GYNs; guys, their urologists.

Plus, assuming your doc's not a total quack like this guy, you shouldn't be risking much with a visit. I guess the nurse or doc could accidentally slip an extra finger in whilst checking your prostate, but I'm sure butterfingers are privileged! "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? First off, my Northern friend, I want to join the others who're expressing good tiding for you upon mojo's early return. For the happiness he/it instills, I think a big homecoming hug and vigorous "handshake" for Mojo is clearly in order.

Relating to the old adage: "absence makes the heart grow fonder" ...can we also say: absence makes Mojo grow as well?
I agree with squirrel ....namely saying our waning lust needs a break now and then. He's right as rain.

Also, revisting your stuff that's known to work for you is a smart idea.....Viola! Things are lookin' up.

Re: "as for whatever it is you do....", the answer is, next to nothing, physically. I know that sounds insane! I spend most of my time reading nowadays, or writing, when the mood hits me, but I still do at least a little picture collecting before I go into my blogs, discussion forums, the eBooks I have virtual markers in, the scads of PDF docs I've yet to look at...

I know it seems like two wildly disparate activities: girl-watching and reading/studying/writing; but I've learned to synthesize my two most favorite pastimes in a way that makes me happy. While I do not pursue women at all, because I am socially inept and awkward, and for a variety of other reasons I won't go into (some of which are physical maladies and problems), I am nonetheless blown away by their beauty and charm, and rather than simply try and forget about women and sex, which is impossible for me, I hunt and gather pics and vids of them in all of their wonderous glory. Up until only a few months ago, said pics and vids were of the adult variety: not gonzo hardcore, which I find completely, skin-crawlingly disgusting, but mostly soft to midcore stuff.

In a spring-cleaning type frenzy that was part spiritual-conversion (libertarian atheist to quasi-Spinozist Judeo-Catholic theist[ don't ask, it's quite silly I realize]), part post-divorce depression, part middle-aged wistfulness, I dumped all of the content I collected from 2001-2010ish, which consisted of many stacks of CDs and a 500 GB external hard-drive, so that I could have a tabula rasa (clean slate) and try to figure myself out and start anew.

Try as I did, however, I couldn't stop myself from beginning a new collection, and I quickly built up a big stockpile of zipfiles and videos from a few of the sites I most recently reviewed here. Some 300 GB worth, stored on my local C drive. Well, I went through another dark, dark, gloomy tunnel of despair and came out alive on the other side yet again (Thank You, God), and yet again I dumped everything I had collected of a pornographic nature.

Now, we are just about up to the present time. I still collect pictures of beautiful females (not much video, however), but the pictures are non-nude. I made a very simple black &* white rule for myself: no nudity. This would keep me from slipping from respectful admiration to objectification and various realms of graphic nastiness which I want to steer clear of because it brings about a feeling of displeasure rather than pleasure: of dis-ease rather than ease, to be more precise.

I'm not suggesting that photographed nudity somehow equates with the objectification or denigration of women: Not at all! Quite the contrary! A nude female form (or male form) is sublimely beautiful and should never be regarded as anything less. You may quote me on that.

What I mean is, for me, because I know myself and I know my habits, and I know how A leads to B and B leads to D and D leads to F, in my tiny little brain, the non-nude rule works for me because it is self-imposed and because I know that once I break that rule, even just once, I'll be right back at In The Crack having a gnat's-eye view of the southern parts of a northbound girl, and when I am doing that I don't really understand or like myself very much. What good can come from my having such a pathologically intimate knowledge of the pleated and puckered and wonderously tucked-in design of a beautiful woman's exhaust pipe? Not much, it seems to me, except to drive me mad with unquenchable longing! to be so close, and yet so far!

(it's not the exhaust pipe I want, by the way, it's that magically mysterious and deliciously pinkish flower of yumminess right next to it...I just wanted to give an impression of magnification and detail...)

Does this make any sense to you guys? I know I'm a posterboy for neurotic disorder, but this is just how it is. I'm stable now in that I can still hunt and gather visions of prey I will never bite into, and this affords an outlet for my sexual energy as well as satisfying the hardwired proclivities I have as a semi-normal hetero male, and it doesn't totally conflict with or contradict my intellectual and spiritual needs at the moment, which are, at this point in my life, much stronger than my ancient, reptilian, masculine obsessions and preoccupations.....

I know what you're thinking..."Call a doctor...make an appointment, dude!" And you are quite right. I am a little mixed up. But believe it or not, for the past two or three months I've been as happy as a lark!(< cliche #21,389) Really! I'd love to have you guys over for some Wild Turkey, straight & neat (are straight and neat the same thing? I forget...), and good conversation. I really would.

If this is what madness is, then that's just fine with me.

I will be around this forum for quite some time yet, at least until Khan, in his disciplined civility and calm wisdom, tosses me out on my panty-clad noggin!

that's all for now.

Well, WWW, I can tune in to exactly where you are coming from.
Whilst I could never be brutal enough with myself to actually delete anything, I can appreciate the motivation for doing it.

Like yourself, I naturally respect women, especially in a somewhat idealised form, & seeing a woman I have just been 'introduced to' ( the begining of a photoset ) frantically & graphically displaying her genetalia within a dozen shots, I find more of a turn off than a turn on!

I do think you are perhaps being overly harsh with yourself by ruling out nudity. Only Tease should be a great fit for that!
Full nudity is very important to me,both coy & explicit, but I enjoy the anticipation & reward of a nice slow strip from fully clothed.
By explicit I mean everything on display but no penetration.
So my self imposed limits are similar to yours but just go to the top end of softcore.

I'm pleased you are back with us. We lovers of softcore need all the support we can get!

Long live the &

First to you messmer.....
Gotta say you've scored again by parlaying a thread about being down-in-the-dumps because of your Mojo going AWOL, where, like most of your threads, have taken root at the top of the forum list as it continues to draw respectable numbers.

That effort also has produced another departed figure who, after turning the tables on porn, bidding Porn Users site by-by, havin' repented, cleansed, and renouncing our bread an' butter here as eminating from the bowels of Hell .... who's thankfully graced our little abode with a revisit, where once again we're regaled with his wit and magnificient prose.
WeWillieWinky, glad'ta see'ya dude ......lets not be a stranger.

BTW, Willie..(think about it)..The volume you rendered in this recent post would've cost you a fortune for the same therapeutic value you'd of gotten from a srink......and as a bonus you're amonst friends and more likely to come off feelin' a damned site better.

Thanks, graymane, that's about the kindest thing I've heard anyone say about me, and it's especially nice because I'm not even dead yet!

As far as my feelings about God and spirituality: while I most certainly feel a profound sense of awe, gratitude, and Love for this Presence I am aware of Whom I am calling God, I must stress the fact that I am not particularly aligned with any branch of faith. While I do warm to the Judeo-Christian tradition (as in my thoughts of God tend to go in accord with the classical conception of a personal, intelligent, Creator, but without most of the anthropomorphic trappings the human mind has attached to Him/Her), that may have been (read: probably) geographically determined and not so much a choice. Had my tiny little brain been spawned in India, China, Japan, or Iraq, I would most likely have developed quite a different POV.

That being said, I am more aligned to Baruch Spinoza's theological system than to any strictly Judeo-Christian system, which means that in my heart of hearts (mind of minds) I worship Reason and Rationality, and that I believe that a certain disciplined code of morality and ethical conduct is conducive to man's happiness, without the fear of hell or the hope of heaven. I DO NOT believe for one fragment of an iota of one single second that the Architect of the Cosmos would consign any living, feeling creature to an eternity of torment; in fact, I believe the concept of eternal damnation is THE most corrupt, repugnant, and thoroughly unGod-like idea ever to have been hatched and cultivated in a human mind. I say this from my heart(mind), and from my Love of God, and I am instantly suspicious of any person who could reconcile in their minds a Loving Creator with the traditional concept of Hell.

And alas! the Earth is swarming with such people, it is choked with them!

I have spoken with kind, gentle, decent people, people who would sooner shoo a moth out of a room than step on it, who are somehow able to believe in and worship a perfect, loving, merciful, forgiving, fatherly God, Whom, they also believe, is planning to torture millions & millions of human souls in fiery flames for all of eternity. How this can happen I do not know. I think it is a very sad state of affairs and speaks many negative volumes about the true moral character of my fellow species.

And, I will be around PU indefinitely. In fact I am thinking of subscribing to a single paysite again, something that tickles my fancy but won't make my skin crawl. I am keen on Cap'n's recommendation of Only Tease. I subbed there a long time ago when they were partnered with Suburban Amateurs, and I remember a model named Fluer (sp?) whom I very much wish to gaze upon again!!! But I may go with Panty Amateur because I like their videos so much and I kinda wish I hadn't dumped them along with everything else.

And, just to add: any of you guys heard of a pair of sister sites that cater to upskirt and downblouse videos, called Downblouse Loving, and Panty Loving? Those are fun sites for people who like the softer, but up close and personal approach to adult video. I put a comment up at Downblouse Loving but no-one commented. Ah, well.

My last post could be construed as having spiritual or religious overtones, willy wink, but let me assure you none was intended.
But having said that, since you've opened the doors on a subject that's near and dear to my heart ie., the concept of a forever, awaiting torment laced with a blistering hell-fire and brimstone fate for those choosing not to accept or live under strict Biblical guidelines , or those not surrendering to alter calls coupled with life changes initiated usually by shouting, aggressive self-anointed evangelical Bible-thumpers who employ fear tactics to ring up sales for the Lord.

My impressionable years as a youth was largely taken up in that kind of invironnment, growing up with parents who dedicated themselves to following in the footsteps of our Lord.
Those years weren't too kind to me, living day=to=day in steadfast fear I'd stepped over the line, for which I'd then one day face judgement and consequently cast into a lake of fire.
I was well into adulthood before mercifully being instilled with reasoning, and questioning the validity of such an unfathomable destiny.

But you said it best, willy, from which I could identify with every minute shred. Too bad your wisdom wasn't around when I really needed it....... at about age twelve. Edited on Sep 15, 2011, 01:52pm

When reading the various comments I come to the conclusion that, far from being misogynistic, many of the participants in this forum tend to put women on a pedestal.

I was one of them but my female (platonic) friends disabused me of that notion by assuring me that the distaff members of humanity were capable of the same excesses, callousness, jealousies, envy, lack of loyalty etc. as men.

In my heart of hearts I always thought of all women as being kind, loving, nurturing (thanks, Mom) which caused a belly laugh and the remark: Get us off that pedestal, you have a completely wrong view of women. Just like with men, there are the good, the bad and the ugly!

I still adore women, I certainly still enjoy looking at them, but have a more realistic view of them now than I did before the internet and newsgroups came along. They are flawed and fallible just like us. Wish I had felt that way in my youth because I would have had a much more active sex life since Goddesses intimidate a young, insecure male to the point of impotence.

Now to www and his God! I must say I like Him a lot and completely agree with www when he has a hard time reconciling Him/Her with the traditional God of Love on one hand and Wrath on the other. In much of traditional religion you are being asked to leave your common sense behind, that's why the kindest, gentlest people can nevertheless believe in eternal punishment .. I never could and never will.

As opposed to others here, I have never felt a twinge of guilt (I'll qualify this later on) in connection with my love of pornography. Maybe it is my European background or the fact that no one in my family ever instilled a sense of guilt in me when it came to sex. It also helped that we didn't attend church where some Priests/Pastors sadly seem to major in inducing guilt.

Therefore it will never be remorse that will make me erase my stash. Boredom, maybe, but never guilt or remorse. The only time I get a twinge of "Man, I shouldn't be looking at this" is when my darker twin takes over and sends me momentarily from softcore to extreme hardcore. I try to keep him in check because women are still HALF on the pedestal with me but he does take over occasionally and since I don't flagellate myself over it I guess he will be with me until my mojo is really gone for good.

Though I have no religion or supernatural/deity beliefs of my own, this might be about as close to a religion as I'll ever get. And probably why I think sites like InTheCrack should be considered non-profit like a religious organization, as they seem to be a church of the female form. (And if ITC is just a mere cult, then I've long since drunk the veritable Kool-Aid, and I'm asking for more!)

I think much the same about women too, even though I also like them to be strong and independent as well, oh, and a filthy mind never hurts! I guess I like my mortal goddesses here on earth to be somewhat Old Testament style, in addition to the nurturing and caring aspects. "It's incredibly obvious, isn't it?
