Anyone wanna buy the Playboy Mansion?! Yep, it's on the market! Apparently you can purchase Hef's infamous property for a cool $200 million. If you had the cash, would you consider it? There are two caveats however... prospective buyers aren't allowed to take a peek into Hugh's bedroom (there are apparently 28 other bedrooms though) and he is to be given a "life estate" where he can live there for the rest of his days. Would you really want to move out of a house with a gym, tennis court, poll and theater?! If I had a few billion dollars, I might consider buying the place. But I doubt it will sell for anything close to $200 million. Not even $100 million. Even if Hef throws in all of his past bed-mates, it won't go for $100 million. But if you could include all the Met-Art models, or all the MPL Studio models, then it might be worth $100 million. Assuming Hef would pay for their upkeep. LOL. | |
