Any views on MBI-PROBILLER? I'm looking at a site that uses MBI-PROBILLER as the billing agent. I've always trusted CCBILL and Epoch, because they gave great service: easy to cancel, easy to dispute a payment (on the few times I've disputed a payment). I don't remember using MBI-PROBILLER. Are they reliable? I know that some billers are not reliable: either they are hard to contact, they give you a hard time when cancelling, charge you extra money when you want to cancel, or give you other problems. Anyone have experience with MBI-PROBILLER? Good, or bad?

^The only company I know that uses MBI-Probiller as a CC processor is Brazzer and that probably means that other Mindgeek owned sites use the same Processor. I had no problem joining and/or cancelling. Long live the Brown Coats.

I recently used MBI-Probiller to add a Mofos account from my Reality Kings account. Mofos kept giving me the 403 error in Chrome and IE. They kept telling me to reset my router, which I did 3 times. I had no problems on any other site. They would not refund my money only offered to switch me to one of their other less desirable websites. I will not use MBI-Probiller again tyvm.

Personally I've had good experiences with them, though I've had some bizarre technical difficulties with the network multiple times. Like losing access to Digital Playgrounds, or having my account suddenly say me subscription expired when I had paid for years of subscription. The customer service reps are all in the United States (Las Vegas, I believe) and have been extremely friendly and professional. The technical snafus have been annoying and I really don't like having to call to get my porn repaired, but at least their customer service has been top notch. They will try to up-sell you like crazy though. I believe they work on commission. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Second Grand Order Poobah in the Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo

Thanks for the input, pat362, Snap6, and Toadsith. I tried to get an alternate billing company, but it didn't work. I'm going to sign up through MBI-PROBILLER in the next few days.

I don't like them as well as CCBill or Epoch, but I've not had any major problems with them. I've used them on Brazzers, Twistys and Mofos. If I can get around using them I do. Mainly because they make simple things, like canceling, a little more frustrating than it should be and they also do the silly join trick. (Edited, but leaving it, since they must have changed it recently. The trick is no longer there.) Silly join trick, clicked on a join Brazzers link for $14.95. Biller page opens, the top has a dropdown box that says, "I want to join Brazzers Network at $24.99". The dropdown option is "Pass up this special deal". Of course, if you click "pass up this special deal" you get it for $14.95 instead of the "special deal" of $24.95. Canceling their billing is said, in their FAQ, to be done by email, phone or chat, but I've found the cancel links on the websites themselves and just used those and it's worked each time. My first time I jacked off, I thought I'd invented it. I looked down at my sloppy handful of junk and thought, This is going to make me rich. - Chuck Palahniuk

I have a suscription to Reality Kings and some of the sites it offers through its Porn Portal. Needed to update my credit card information. I could do that via a chat with an MBI-Probiller assistant. She was very helpful, even offered me a better suscription cost (now I only pay half of what I was paying so far), and made the transition to the new card without losing any of the sites. I needed to talk to my bank in between, the process is a bit complex, but she had patience, and helped all along. So, all in all, I can only have good words for their customer support.
