women and porn As is always the way, when I was looking for something else I found that Oprah's magazine website has several articles about women and their attitudes towards porn. One interesting link is http://www.oprah.com/relationships/Lisa-...lms-Porn-and-Erotica. This is about the modern evolution of porn and how it has changed womens attitudes. Another link I enjoyed reading was http://www.oprah.com/relationships/What-...archers-Find-Answers. My kind of question-what kind of woman watches porn? Another interesting read is http://www.oprah.com/relationships/Do-Women-Watch-Porn. It advises women that watching porn is a kind of foreplay that will keep them focused and not get distracted during sex. Great idea that works for me. An online poll is to be found at http://www.oprah.com/oprahshow/How-Do-You-Feel-About-Porn_1. The answers are surprising, but very pro porn. Check it out, especially if your woman argues that women don't watch porn. | |

I can't remember where I read the figures but some recent research said that almost as many women in the 20-30 age group watch porn as men. The difference is much greater when you include ages 18-60. Webmaster of StripGameCentral and A Measure of Curiosity. | |

Other than that, I guess we'd all have to carefully ask the women we know if they 1. like porn. 2. ever join porn sites and 3. would ever consider writing about it. Rotsa ruck. Believe it or not i'm a member of two jazz forums and this question has been asked there too; the man/women ratio is ridiculous, somehow jazz must be considered an underground thing by women. They like jazz gigs, but, for some obscure reason, i haven't seen many women in the jazz sections of record stores. Conversely, they like classical music as much as men do, perhaps even more.
