Reviewing networks My motivation in deciding to join a network site is generally based on the quality of all of the network sites taken as a whole, not individual sites. For example, I'd have no problem joining a small site, i.e., 25 videos with no updating, as long as there were more sites available. I'm guessing most people think alike. As it happens, I recently joined a site having no idea that I'd have access to all the network sites. I hit pay dirt, in my book anyway, in that there are several sites on the network which are fantastic and I did not expect access to them. As an aside, none of these sites have been reviewed on TBP. The dilemma. My thought is to do a review of the network as a whole and not one of each site. In the review, I'd review the main points of each site but not as comprehensive as if it was a standalone review of each site. This seems to go against the customary on PU where reviews are seemingly done of individual sites, not networks. Again, the point in doing a network review instead of a number of site reviews is that the decision to join, at least mine, is generally based on the quality of the network as a whole, not one site. This is getting too long-winded and perhaps I'm overthinking it. Any thoughts? [Btw, I am amazed that none of the sites or the network has been reviewed here.]

What sites are they? Maybe we can get them listed.

IN MANY OF MY REVIEWS, I STATE THAT THE SCORE I AM GIVING A SITE IS BASED ON THE NETWORK ACCESS, INSTEAD OF VALUING THE SITE AS A STAND-ALONE SITE. IF THE NETWORK IS LISTED AT PU, I DOUBT THE STAFF WOULD HAVE ANY OBJECTIONS TO HOW YOU WRITE THE REVIEW. WHETHER THE FOCUS IS ON SINGLE SITES, OR ON THE NETWORK AS A WHOLE. IF THE NETWORK IS NOT LISTED AT PU, ASK FOR IT TO BE LISTED, IN THE THREAD: Sites Not Listed on "The Best Porn" - 2016

Perhaps I didn't explain the question well. First, I made a mistake. Some or all of the sites have been reviewed by TBP... no PU user reviews though. I didn't notice the TBP reviews until after my post. I'm not sure why I didn't see the TBP review for the site that enticed me to join prior to signing up. In my post I was asking, not very well I guess - how best to review? Should I do 5 separate reviews for each site or 1 review for the entire network? In any event, I decided that if and when I do the review, it will just be one review which will include a brief critique of each site. Many of the pros and cons apply across the board and would be repetitive in separate reviews. If they were vastly different sites in terms of format and structure, then it might be a different story. And the bottom line is that one joins a network for the entire content. In my opinion, in order to make an informed decision about whether to join, one needs to look at the entire site.

SOUNDS LIKE YOU ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION. AND I AGREE THAT THE BEST WAY TO DECIDE IF A SITE/NETWORK IS WORTH JOINING, IS: -IS THE CONTENT WORTHWHILE. -IS THE SITE/NETWORK EASY TO USE. EASY TO USE INCLUDES DOWNLOAD SPEEDS, NAVIGATION ISSUES, ETC. -IS THE PRICE REASONABLE FOR THE CONTENT AND EASE OF USE. Edited on Mar 17, 2017, 02:31pm
