Here is a handy guide to getting out of the wife / girlfriend dragging you down to the supermarket for the weekly shop.

Two or three of your favourites from below should do it: ;0)

1) Get an armful of packs of condoms & place them in other peoples' trolleys when they aren't looking.

2) When in housewares set all the alarm clocks to go off at five minute intervals.

3) Lay a trial of tomato juice on the floor leading to the 'feminine products' section.

4) Walk up to a shelf stacker & say in an official tone:
'Code 3 in Breakfast Cereals.'

5) Set up a tent in the Outdoor Dept. & tell fellow shoppers they can come in if they bring sausages & a Calor Gas Stove.

6) If asked 'Can I help you?' burst into tears & reply 'Why can't you people just leave me alone!'

7) Look into a security camera & pick your nose.

8) Whilst looking at knives in the Kitchenware Dept. ask a member of staff where the anti-depressants are.

9) Whilst you are there, try a few funnels of varying sizes on for the 'Madonna look.' ;0)

10) Dart around suspiciously, loudly humming the theme from Mission Impossible.

11) Hide in a clothing rack & when a shopper comes near browsing shout...PICK ME! PICK ME!

12) When there is an announcement over the loudspeaker, go into the foetal position & scream:
'NO NO....NOT THE VOICES AGAIN!'

It works!

Well, in the relatively short time I have been here, I have found this probably the most active forum in the 'Adult Forum World.'

I am sure with such a large & varied user base, it will come around again.

The frank exchange of views on subjects that are not normally openly discussed in a calm & rational manner, is a breath of fresh air.
That said I do enjoy the odd full on rant when they occur. ;)

It's not just pets either.

Those stuffed toys irritate me too, for similar reasons.

TBH, I find it a little creepy.
I think on a subliminal level, it sort of infers they are still children. :0(

It is really just as subjective as sites you really like.

Despite feeling you have wasted your money there, others may enjoy the content.

If it is bad for reasons other than content, I suppose there may be some value in it.

After all this is a place for both praise & brickbats.

For me it really depends on how 'niche' the site is.
Minimum I would expect one full update per week.

The bigger boys such as ATK you are usually talking up to 8 - 12 updates per day. Sadly, I am lucky if 25% actually appeal to me.

Yes, split updates can be very irritating.
It ekes out content for the webmaster, but it feels very 'nineties' to me.

Generally of late I get the impression that quality is being sacrificed for quantity.

Sure stats are used to impress potential members, but I would rather have fewer updates of better quality.
That said, there are some sites that drag their feet with updates.

I am talking about both video & photoset.

What do you consider an acceptable update rate?

I have my own views, but don't wish to colour folks responses by stating them at this stage.

There are all sorts of niches, which come & go out of fashion.

My preference is for softcore. Generally I find it much more erotic than the in some cases literally 'in your face' hardcore.

There is plenty out there, it is just a case of finding material that appeals.

You are right.

There aren't too many places things like that can be discussed.

I have chatted at various places in the past, but always found them ultimately frustrating, and certainly would draw the line at payments of the nature you mentioned.

TBH I think fantasy is better value.

Cheaper & you have control over it! ;0)

I quite like them, but it does depend on the lighting, as you mentioned.

I really don't like the 'artsy' heavy shadowing that tends to happen.

My favourite sets are 'bedrooms' & 'lounges.'

I had a situation many years ago where I bought mail order at a cheap price & got crap. Well, that served me right, but just over half way through the warranty it crapped out.

I phoned the support, actually spoke to the same fella I had spoken to about an earlier problem, who told me that the company I had bought from SSC Computers was now Carrera-SSC & they would not honour their warranty.
I guess SSC stood for Simply Shite Computers :0)

Needless to say Carrera would never get a penny from me!! :0E

I learnt from that. I now buy local so I can visit the supplier if there is a problem.

I have 2 suggestions.

One is directly to do with drivers.

DriverDetective. It is not free, but it is very good value.
You download it. It scans your computer & compares all your data to a database of drivers, then provides the link to download the required driver.

I found it a couple of years back & it is well worth the subscription. I have always found it excellent.

I can't find a direct link to their website at the moment, but if you do a search on Driver Detective it should come up.
It is very easy to use.

My other suggestion is a computer anorak/bobble hat/geek community site, which I found many years ago & have found excellently helpful.

www.majorgeeks.com

There is a Support Forum link at the top of the home page.

A first class free resource.

Well, I reckon I got a good deal from them.
I do agree with you comment about 'remastering' the older stuff though.

That said, whilst the older stuff is smaller & lower resolution.
The more recent stuff is fine.

I think it has that much content at a decent price that enthusiasts will rave about it.

It has that many dodgy practices other folk are going to curse them.

A situation like that is bound to polarise opinion.

Most of the Karups sites have plenty of softcore content.
Usually there is a large archive & hundreds of models.
Quality varies some, usually date dependant, but by & large it is good.
Their older women site is good, but too many have silicon for my taste. Admiral of the PU Hindenburg. 2009 PU Award

The general pervasiveness of 'flashy...flashy' may be related to the the seemingly ever reducing attention span of modern youth.

If it doesn't flash beep or make an entertaining noise within ten seconds, it bombs! :0/ Admiral of the PU Hindenburg. 2009 PU Award

I think you have to look closely at the sites you are going to feature there, as like it or not, casual surfers are going to take the fact that it is featured there as a recommendation. :0/ Admiral of the PU Hindenburg. 2009 PU Award

I doubt it would concern me as I wouldn't be buying into that.
If an image is crisp and fills my screen, that is all I want.
An image around 2000pixels long side is fine for me.

I think it is a smart refinement, which brings the home page more up to date.
