Hi guys

Been a while since I was around here much but been tempted back by $200 Tuesdays and the fact I have got back into porn after a little hiatus.

Hi to anyone who remembers me and greetings to people I haven't met before.

I have signed up to a Bang Bros. site, baitbus.com but I am already a little concerned because it says to cancel future billing log into my account and click on the "Cancel Membership" link at the bottom of the page.

I've clicked "My Account" but it doesn't seem to take me to any new page just the standard site, and I can't find a "Cancel Membership" link anywhere.

They say you can e-mail them at pdpcustomer@gmail.com but I'm a little wary of a generic gmail address like that.

Is this normal to Bang Bros.?

I thought they were so well known I could trust them without a third-party biller but I am nervous I can't cancel the way they claim I can now...

Excellent review of the genre and it's nice to see my reviews, which do crossover a little into straight porn that way, get read by straight users.

I have noticed a difference in American and British CFNM. The British CFNM stuff is generally more focused on femdom and humiliation, the American stuff tends to have the women more interested in pleasuring the guy.

It's an interesting niche, and I am planning do get back into reviewing it with a review on CFNMTV soon.

Horrified though to hear your story.

Surely this can't be right? Isn't there someone senior at the cable company you can speak to about this? Sounds like son-in-law could even be breaking the law here?

If not, could you investigate other options if you're now in your own place? Is DSL an option? Satellite internet? Mobile internet?

Anyway, just glad you're back. Hope you stick around - for a long time too! xxx

I'm sorry if anyone was offended by this thread but it's not easy being one of the very few gay users on the site and to see that kind of username every time you log on to the site.

EverNight, I appreciate your point of view, but ultimately this is supposed to be a safe site where everyone who is into porn can feel welcome and discuss something that yes, many in society would object to - but that's entirely my point.

People who don't like porn wouldn't come here - but for people who do, it's a place where like-minded people can come and discuss something that may be taboo in society and isn't easy to discuss in day to day life.

I think everyone should be welcome here to do that. The site allows gay listings, and there's been discussions before on how few women and gay users there are on the site - this kind of thing goes part of the way to answer why.

As for censorship - this site already does that - it doesn't allow links to certain types of site for example - many users who have tried to link to sites which don't meet the sites policy have found their links deleted. So the site already sets its own community standards about what they will and will not allow - I think that's pretty standard on most web forums.

On a site which is concerned with sexuality, I do think it's sensible to have a policy which doesn't allow users to pick usernames which criticize a sexual orientation which is well-represented on this site.

I'm not gong to go on some neo-Nazi web forum and complain about a username like that - I'd expect it, and I wouldn't go on that kind of site.

However, this isn't a neo-Nazi site. It's a site which is about discussing pornography, so whilst nobody would take someone seriously for complaining about someone using a sexual or vulgar username on a porn discussion site, it seems fair to take issue with using a username which is abusive to people with a certain sexuality.

Would we allow a username like "PornIsEvil" or "PornLoversAreSinners"? No, because it's against the whole ethos of the site. People who want to campaign again porn, as is their right, can create their own web-forums to do so and to discuss how wrong porn is.

If I go on a discussion site about kittens, would they let me use the same username I use here? Probably not - and of course I wouldn't use that username there. I don't use this username on any other site - it's only appropriate for this site. I don't see any issue with that.

This cartoon deals with the issue of freedom of speech on the internet well - and bear in mine this user hasn't been banned, nor have I asked for them to be banned - I just don't want them to use a username which is like a slap in face to gay users when they see it.

I have discussed this with the site management/admins before and I thought I'd could cope with it, but nope, I just don't want to come onto a site when the first thing I see after some time away is "NoFagsHere".

So - there'll be one less fag here, because I've had it.

Any other British users come up against this problem?

I tried to join a porn site today and it repeatedly declined my card.

This happens quite often as because the processors are usually overseas and charging in US dollars, it looks like a suspicious transaction and the bank blocks it.

Usually though I get a call almost immediately from the bank, go through the security checks, confirm it was genuine and then they give me the go ahead to try again.

This time - no call. So I called them myself and they said there was no record of the request even going through and they hadn't declined my payment!

I e-mailed Verotel and they said it's some new UK law - because debit cards are issued to under-18, they will now be rejected for porn purchases!

Apparently I now need a credit card!

I am so mad - I don't want a credit card - I've never needed or wanted one, but if I want to go on buying porn it looks like I'll have no choice. A pre-pay card is no good as they're debits too and often aimed at under-18s.

Any other British users had this issue?

I like to see straight models used for pleasure with the focus on the man - the fact it is clothed women using them "proves" they are straight and adds an extra frisson for me. I get to see men used as sex objects with no distraction of naked women.

I've decided to use my external drives purely to store porn on, and not worry about system backups.

I store my porn pretty simply just using folders in Windows 7 - each porn studio/website has its own folder and I order it in date of download - I always download the oldest stuff first.

So if I transfer, say, my CMNM.net porn folder onto my hard drive, is there a way that I can later transfer any new files I put in that folder on my laptop onto my external drive without duplicating things?

So for example, let's say as of today (7/23/13) I have fifty films in my CMNM.net folder. In three months time I rejoin CMNM.net and download three months worth of new stuff. I now have seventy files in my CMNM.net folder including the twenty new downloads, but on my external drive I still just have the fifty I had on 7/23/13. Is there a way of having my hard drive download just the new files it doesn't have already without me having to do it manually? Could it detect what files it already has in that folder and just download what it can see it doesn't already have?

Self-defeating if you ask me... I won't do business with any site that does this and I urge others not too as well - that will soon finish off this stupid idea and ensue it doesn't become too widespread.

We porn consumers have a lot of power and it's time we used it - I am sick of being treated as anything less than a paying customer. In no other industry do people tolerate such lousy service and we shouldn't either.

Porn customers are entitled to respect, but we'll only get it if we demand it!

Yup exactly the same here - same bank debit card.

I don't have a credit card and I don't want one.

I did look into pre-loaded debit cards but I found them very complicated and they have their own charges - also had to decide which ones were genuine as they all seemed quite unknown companies to me.

I've noticed them appearing on my bank statements lately on my debit card.

They're not super-high but they do add up.

I wish more sites would offer the option to pay in local currency, it would make it so much easier.

Another problem I have is since I had fraud on my account, my bank is super-sensitive to any suspicious transactions. That's great of course but it also means when joining a porno site, I'm often paying in dollars or euros and the payment is usually processed off-shore, which looks suspicious to the bank.

So the payment is usually declined and I have to go through a security call from my bank to confirm it was genuine and then do it all again.

I appreciate the security but I wish there was a way to do the security procedure first to let them know I was about to do it - at least that way I'd only have to go through the payment process once.

It won't stop me buying porn but it is an added expense to buying it and something porn studios should bear in mind - even British ones which will ultimately have to convert the dollars into pounds at their own expense usually only accept dollars. It means they pay more and so do their customers.

I guess the payment processes don't make it easy to accept anything other than dollars.

Still anything that adds to my overall porno bill means I will ultimately buy less porn, which is bad for everybody.

At a time when they're whining about tube sites and illegal downloads, they don't always make it so easy for honest people to actually pay for their product!

If only porn studios would treat their paying customers with more respect they might find piracy is less of an issue!

As it is, they sometimes treat paying customers so badly they probably drive some into piracy! Edited on Dec 12, 2012, 07:46pm

I don't want to sound like I'm sucking up here, but I've found PU such a wonderful site that I'd like to remind everyone that when you sign up to a new site, always do your best to try and join up via the link from PU.
