Do not watch this video if you are offended by people peeing.
Here is a couple of people who peed in the pool when an uninvited guest showed up at their pool party.

Remember: if you have a pool, make sure to post signs that only guests with an invitation are allowed.

President Trump, the most glorious President of the United States we've ever had, is forced to tell the truth: Mitch McConnell is a bad person. And a bad Republican. And a traitor to the Republican party, the party that gave us President Abraham Lincoln (may he rest in peace, even while McConnell shits on Lincoln's legacy), and President Trump, the man who made America Great Again.

Trump: 'Mitch McConnell does not speak for the Republican Party'
Yahoo News
Dylan Stableford
February 9, 2022, 10:42 AM

Former President Donald Trump lashed out at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on Wednesday, a day after McConnell issued a strong rebuke to the Republican National Committee for its attempt to reframe the deadly Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol as "legitimate political discourse."

“Let me give you my view on what happened on Jan. 6. We were all here," McConnell said on Tuesday. "It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent the peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election.”

The blunt assessment from McConnell, one of the most powerful Republicans in Washington, drew a lengthy statement from Trump.

The former president railed against McConnell and President Biden alike, repeating his false claim that the 2020 election was stolen. Trump’s debunked election conspiracy theories were the basis for the Jan. 6 “Stop the Steal” rally that preceded the assault on the Capitol that day.

"Mitch McConnell does not speak for the Republican Party, and does not represent the views of the vast majority of its voters," Trump said. "He did nothing to fight for his constituents and stop the most fraudulent election in American history. And he does nothing to stop the lawless Biden Administration, the invasion of our Borders, rising Inflation, Unconstitutional mandates, the persecution of political opponents, fact finding on the incompentent [sic] Afghanistan withdrawal, the giving away our energy independence, etc., which is all because of the fraudulent election. Instead, he bails out the Radical Left and the RINOs.

"If Mitch would have fought for the election, like the Democrats would have if in the same position, we would not be discussing any of the above today, and our Country would be STRONG and PROUD instead of weak and embarrassed," Trump added.

On Friday, the RNC voted to censure Reps. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., and Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., for their participation in the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 mob attack, which attempted to disrupt and overturn Congress’s certification of Biden’s victory in the Electoral College. The RNC measure, however, downplayed the violent events of Jan. 6.

"Cheney and Kinzinger are participating in a Democrat-led persecution of ordinary citizens engaged in legitimate political discourse," the resolution adopted by the RNC reads.

McConnell's criticism of the RNC stood in stark contrast to the response of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, who insisted that the term "legitimate political discourse" referred to subpoenas issued by the committee to six RNC members who were not at the Capitol on the day of the assault.

The text of the RNC resolution, though, does not include that detail.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said the RNC's statement — and McCarthy's tepid response — is evidence that the GOP has been "hijacked" by Trump loyalists who are too scared to cross him.

"Take back your party from this cult," Pelosi said at her weekly press conference on Capitol Hill on Wednesday. "America needs a strong Republican Party."

McConnell is not the only prominent Republican to speak out against the Jan. 6 narrative being pushed by Trump and his supporters.

Last week, former Vice President Mike Pence said Trump was wrong to claim that Pence had the authority to change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

“President Trump is wrong,” Pence said in a speech to the conservative Federalist Society in Florida. “I had no right to overturn the election.”

As a loyal Republican, Senator Rubio will fight to the death to keep our country free of scummy Democrats.
"Give me liberty or give me death", shouts Rubio, on the steps of the White House, braving bullets from Democratic Allies from Hell who stole the White House from God's Given Ambassador from Heaven, Donald J. Trump.

Also, Rubio states, he does not want a Democrat Vice President to have the ability to overturn an election.
Only Republicans, who are moral and upright, have the power to overturn elections.
Power to the people.

Rubio says January 6 committee is a "complete partisan scam"
CBS News
February 6, 2022, 6:28 AM

Washington — Republican Senator Marco Rubio of Florida lambasted the House committee examining the January 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol, calling it a "partisan scam" that is harassing people as part of its probe.

"That commission is a scam. I think it's a complete partisan scam. And I think anyone who committed a crime on January 6 should be prosecuted and if convicted, put in jail," Rubio said in an interview with "Face the Nation" on Sunday. "I do not believe that we need a congressional committee to harass Americans that weren't even in Washington on January 6, that were not in favor of what happened on that day, have condemned what happened on that day, but they want to smear them anyway."

Transcript: Senator Marco Rubio on "Face the Nation"

The Florida senator said the House panel has expanded the scope of its investigation beyond the January 6 attack.

"The purpose of that commission is to try to embarrass and smear and harass as many Republicans as they can get their hands on," he said.

Still, Rubio said those who committed crimes on January 6 should be charged.

"If you entered the Capitol and you committed acts of violence and you were there to hurt people, you should be prosecuted and they are being prosecuted," he said. "But the January 6 commission is not the place to do this."

In the course of its investigation into the events surrounding the January 6 attack on the Capitol, committee members have interviewed more than 475 witnesses and received over 60,000 pages of records, according to an aide to the panel. Nearly all House Republicans opposed the creation of the select committee last year, and the Republican National Committee on Friday approved a resolution to censure GOP Representatives Liz Cheney of Wyoming and Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, who both sit on the January 6 committee.

The resolution rebuked the two Republicans for "participating in a Democrat-led persecution of ordinary citizens engaged in legitimate political discourse." More than 700 people have been charged by the Justice Department for their alleged actions in the Capitol attack, in which five people died as a result of the violence.

The founder of the Oath Keepers, a right-wing militia group, and 10 others have also been charged with seditious conspiracy for their alleged roles in the January 6 assault, the most serious charges that have been brought related to the riot.

In court documents, federal prosecutors have accused supporters of former President Donald Trump charged for their conduct on January 6 of wielding weapons including Tasers, tomahawk axes, crowbars, flagpoles, baseball bats and fire extinguishers. Others have been accused of spraying police officers defending the building with chemical irritants.

The rioters who breached the Capitol building succeeded in temporarily stopping Congress from tallying state electoral votes and reaffirming President Biden as the winner of the 2020 presidential election, though lawmakers ultimately reconvened to complete the count once the violence subsided.

While the assault was more than a year ago, Trump has continued to claim that Vice President Mike Pence could have rejected electoral votes from key battleground states where he lost, and alleged in a statement last week that the vice president "could have overturned the Election!"

Pence, though, rejected Trump's claim Friday, saying during a speech that "President Trump is wrong."

"The presidency belongs to the American people and the American people alone," he said. "And frankly, there is no idea more un-American than the notion that any one American could choose the American president. Under the Constitution, I had no right to change the outcome of our election."

Rubio, too, said he does not believe the vice president has the authority to toss out state electoral votes.

"If President Trump runs for reelection, I believe he would defeat Joe Biden, and I don't want Kamala Harris to have the power as vice president to overturn that election, and that's the same thing that I concluded back in January of 2021," he said. "You know, when that issue was raised, I looked at it, had analyzed it and came to the same conclusion that vice presidents can't simply decide not to certify an election."

Dune: Part Two will begin shooting in July 2022, producer confirms

I was disappointed when watching Dune Part 0ne.
I thought the movie ended abruptly.
I knew, beforehand, that the movie was only 1/2 of the book.
But still, I was left hanging, waiting for more.

I've read that "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step".
But still, why didn't the movie stop at step 2, instead of moving to step 1/2 way?
So I was disappointed with Dune Part One, and am more than willing to wait to see Dune Part Two, which will probably come out late 2022 or sometime in 2023.
I might even wait to watch it on cable TV.
I did not think the movie was worth all the hype, after seeing it in a movie theater.

It took 15 years, but a Bollywood star (an actress in India is considered a Bollywood star) has been cleared of obscenity after Richard Gere kissed her in public.
Kissing (or other forms of affection) in public can be considered obscene, in India.

Bollywood star cleared of obscenity 15 years after Richard Gere kiss

It started with a kiss from Richard Gere to raise awareness about AIDS. Fifteen years later, Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty has been officially cleared of obscenity charges by an Indian court.

Shetty, 46, was at an event in New Delhi to promote safe sex and the use of condoms in April 2007, when Gere hugged her and planted kisses on both of her cheeks.

Public displays of affection are considered taboo by some in India, and the kiss set off protests by radical Hindu groups at the time. Effigies of the pair were burned in the streets.

Gere, the star of “Pretty Woman” and other films, quickly apologized, saying that he wanted to show that kissing was safe and could not lead to the transmission of HIV.

Shetty was also quick to defend Gere, saying he was enacting a scene from his film “Shall We Dance” to entertain the audience.

An arrest warrant was nonetheless issued for Gere, although the obscenity charges were quickly thrown out by India’s Supreme Court, which dismissed them as “cheap publicity.”

But the case against Shetty had languished in the Indian court system until last week, when Mumbai Metropolitan Magistrate Ketaki Chavan dismissed it as “groundless.”

Describing it as “baseless and frivolous,” in a written submission to the court in 2017, Shetty’s lawyer, Madhukar Dalvi, had argued that the entire case rested on the fact that “she did not protest when she was kissed by the co-accused.”

“This by no stretch of imagination makes her a conspirator or perpetrator of any crime,” he added.

Chavan appeared to agree in the court ruling released Monday.

“Shilpa Shetty is the victim of alleged act of accused No. 1,” she said in a written ruling, referring to Gere.

Shetty has not commented on the ruling.

The bloom is off the romance. Stormy and Michael are no longer a loving couple.
Instead, the former pair are now competing for cash.
Did Michael, a lawyer, try to cheat Stormy out of money she was owed for writing a book?

Once allies, Stormy Daniels and Avenatti face off at trial
Associated Press
LARRY NEUMEISTER
January 23, 2022, 11:00 PM

NEW YORK (AP) — Stormy Daniels, the porn star who catapulted herself and Michael Avenatti to fame with lawsuits against former President Donald Trump, will have a starring role in court beginning Monday when prosecutors try to prove that the California lawyer cheated her of $300,000 in book proceeds.

Her testimony in Manhattan federal court will be pivotal for prosecutors trying to prove Avenatti engaged in wire fraud and aggravated identity theft to keep from giving his client money he had received from her publisher. Opening statements are set for Monday. Daniels is not expected to testify until Tuesday, at the earliest.

Avenatti, 50, has pleaded not guilty to the charges in what will be his third criminal trial in two years.

“I am completely innocent of these charges," Avenatti said in a statement issued through a publicist this weekend. "The government is spending millions of dollars to prosecute me for a case that should have never been filed. Meanwhile, they continue to allow Trump and his co-conspirators to walk free and suffer no consequences for their criminal conduct. That is not justice.”

In early 2020, he was convicted of trying to extort up to $25 million from Nike by threatening to tarnish the sportswear giant's reputation unless it met his demands. He has not yet begun serving a 2 1/2-year prison sentence. Last year, a mistrial resulted in California on charges that he cheated clients there. He awaits retrial.

The attorney-client relationship between Daniels and Avenatti seemed strong in the spring of 2018 when the pair showed up together at a Manhattan court hearing pertaining to raids on the home and office of Michael Cohen, Trump's longtime personal attorney.

Cohen had played a role in a $130,000 hush-money payment to Daniels to buy her silence 11 days before the 2016 presidential election. He eventually pleaded guilty to charges and served a year behind bars before finishing his three-year prison term at home.

With Avenatti's help, Daniels sued Trump to try to win back her freedom to speak openly about what she contended was a brief affair with Trump a decade earlier. As a result of the litigation in 2018, a Los Angeles judge ordered Trump to pay Daniels $44,100 in legal fees. Trump has denied the sexual encounter.

With Daniels as a client and his growing reputation as a Trump critic, Avenatti found himself in demand on cable television news programs. He became so popular in some circles that he considered a run for president.

After Daniels signed a book deal, the pair remained close, and Avenatti was enlisted to write the forward to “Full Disclosure,” which was released in the fall of 2018. In the book, Daniels revealed details about what she described as her sexual encounter with Trump and communications afterward.

But a half-year after the book was published, Avenatti was charged in three criminal cases, including the fraud he was alleged to have carried out against Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford.

After his arrest, Avenatti insisted in Twitter posts that no money related to Daniels was ever misappropriated or mishandled and that he mostly worked unpaid for Daniels with an agreement that he would receive a percentage of any book proceeds. He said he looked “forward to a jury hearing the evidence.”

Jeff Daniels, who killed spiders in 'Arachnophobia,' gets spider-killing worm named after him

USA TODAY
January 19, 2022, 3:57 PM

He's an Emmy-winning actor. A movie star. A singer/songwriter.

Now, Jeff Daniels is the inspiration for the name of a tarantula-killing worm.

Taranarantobelus jeffdanielsi is the moniker of a newly found parasite that infects the scary spiders, according to the University of California Riverside. Research on the parasite was published in the Journal of Parasitology on Monday.

Discovered by a team from UC Riverside, the worm was given the name because of Daniels' role in the 1990 hit movie "Arachnophobia." In it, he's the hero battling a lethal spider attack that's endangering his small town.

“His character in the film is a spider killer, which is exactly what these nematodes are,” UC Riverside parasitologist Adler Dillman and lead researcher said in a news release.

Dillman said once a spider is infected by a jeffdanielsi, the appendages that control its fangs stop working and it will stop eating and eventually die of starvation.

Daniels' response to the university's decision was, characteristically, wry and good-natured.

“When I first heard a new species of nematode had been named after me, I thought, ‘Why? Is there a resemblance?’" Daniels said.

“Honestly, I was honored by their homage to me and 'Arachnophobia.' Made me smile. And of course, in Hollywood, you haven’t really made it until you’ve been recognized by those in the field of parasitology.”

For those keeping score at home, "Arachnophobia" earned more than $53 million worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo and has a 93% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Christmas shopping took a frightening turn at one Alabama T.J. Maxx when police say a woman dropped a loaded pistol and accidentally shot herself. The identity of the woman was not released, but she survived to shop another day, officials said. It happened around 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 20, at the T.J. Maxx store on Tiger Town Parkway in Opelika, which is about 110 miles southeast of Birmingham.
“Upon arrival, first responders located a 55-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her foot,” the Opelika Police Department reported on Facebook.
Christmas shopping took an odd turn in in Opelika, Alabama, when a T.J. Maxx shopper dropped a pistol and wounded herself Monday, Dec. 20, police say.

“Officers learned that the woman accidentally dropped the firearm, which caused it to discharge, striking her in the foot.” The shopper was taken to a hospital. Police did not release details of her condition. No injuries were reported among other shoppers or staff at the clothing and home decor store. Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident. It happened five days before Christmas, a period when stores are often packed with shoppers racing to make purchases before businesses close on Christmas Eve.

A lot of sites are having discounted memberships.
PU and RabbitsReviews should put a listing of some of the major sites with discounts. That I haven't seen them put up yet.

Femjoy, for around $80 for the year. Or $10 for the first month.
Metart and Sexart, both $5 for the first month.

Many sites offering 1 year memberships for the lowest price of the year.

Many quality sites offering a one-month membership for $10 or less.

Look around, there are plenty of specials, you just have to find what interests you.

Manchin is a US Senator.
He knows lots of poor people, because he represents West Virginia.
So when he says poor peole are druggies, he has the experience to know what he's talking about.
Don't give poor people money, because they will only use it to buy illegal drugs.
Also, don't give poor people paid sick leave, because they will only use it to go on hunting trips.
You can't trust the poor to do the right thing: only rich people can use government money to make America great again.
Enough said.

Joe Manchin privately told colleagues parents use child tax credit money on drugs

Scroll back up to restore default view.

WASHINGTON — After months of haggling with President Biden and other Democrats, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) dashed his party’s hopes on Sunday by announcing he wouldn’t vote for the Build Back Better legislation.

Publicly, his biggest gripes are about the cost of the bill. But privately, Manchin has told his colleagues that he essentially doesn’t trust low-income people to spend government money wisely.

In recent months, Manchin has told several of his fellow Democrats that he thought parents would waste monthly child tax credit payments on drugs instead of providing for their children, according to two sources familiar with the senator’s comments.

Continuing the child tax credit for another year is a core part of the Build Back Better legislation that Democrats had hoped to pass by the end of the year. The policy has already cut child poverty by nearly 30%.

Manchin’s private comments shocked several senators, who saw it as an unfair assault on his own constituents and those struggling to raise children in poverty.

Manchin has also told colleagues he believes that Americans would fraudulently use the proposed paid sick leave policy, specifically saying people would feign being sick and go on hunting trips, a source familiar with his comments told HuffPost.

Manchin’s office declined to comment for this story.

In a statement on Sunday, he said he opposed the Build Back Better agenda largely because of its cost.

“My Democratic colleagues in Washington are determined to dramatically reshape our society in a way that leaves our country even more vulnerable to the threats we face,” Manchin said. “I cannot take that risk with a staggering debt of more than $29 trillion and inflation taxes that are real and harmful to every hard-working American at the gasoline pumps, grocery stores and utility bills with no end in sight.”

Manchin’s refusal to support the bill likely means December’s child tax credit payment will be the final one for the 36 million households that have been receiving the benefits since July.

The credit pays $300 per child under 6 and $250 for kids under 18 for two-parent households earning less than $150,000 annually and single parents earning less than $112,000. Parents don’t need to have earned money or to owe taxes in order to qualify.

Manchin previously suggested Democrats should impose “work requirements” on all the social programs in Build Back Better, but he seemed to drop that demand after the White House released a framework of the legislation in October. The White House said the framework resulted from negotiations with Manchin and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.).

Low-income households that receive the credit have reported spending the money mostly on necessities like food, utilities, clothing and school supplies, according to monthly survey data from the Census Bureau. Four percent of households have reported using the money for “recreational goods” such as sports equipment or toys.

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio), a top proponent of the child payments, said he had heard of Manchin’s remarks about the money going toward drugs but wasn’t paying any mind to it.

“The stories I hear the most, if you put it in categories, are child care, school supplies, college fund, phone bills,” Brown told HuffPost last week. “My focus is getting this program — which is the best thing Congress has done in 25 years — making sure it continues.”

If Mr. Manchin and Republicans and anybody else who thinks struggling working families, who have a hard time raising their kids today, should not be able to continue to get the help ... they’ve got to come forward to the American people.Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.)

The concern that some parents would use the benefit for drugs echoes years of conservative talking points on welfare. During Barack Obama’s presidency, Republicans in Congress and state legislatures around the country sought to add drug testing to requirements to nutrition assistance, unemployment benefits and the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, which provides monthly cash benefits to poor parents.

More than a dozen states enacted drug testing policies from 2011 through 2017, resulting in less than 1% of applicants actually testing positive for drugs. States lawmakers have generally lost interest in the policy in recent years.

Since West Virginia launched its TANF drug screening program in 2017, just 131 applicants have tested positive for drugs ― a small fraction of the thousands of program beneficiaries. Nevertheless, state lawmakers this spring opted to continue the screening program for another five years. The puny number of welfare recipients kicked off the rolls might not save the state any money, but it sends a message: People on welfare can’t be trusted, and we’re making them prove they deserve help.

Manchin told HuffPost last week that he has always supported the child tax credit, but he refused to say whether he supported the version of it that Democrats were hoping to extend through 2022, calling the question “bullshit.” He later said that if Democrats want to continue the policy, they should do so for 10 years instead of just one.

Since the credit costs more than $100 billion per year, a longer extension would be costly, and it would force Democrats to drop other programs from the Build Back Better agenda. Democrats want their enhanced child tax credit to be permanent, but included a one-year extension to reduce the cost of the bill, arguing that it would be easy to extend the credit at a later time. Now the policy may expire after just six months.

Democrats’ frustration with Manchin began to boil over last week even before he announced he wouldn’t support the bill.

“If Mr. Manchin and Republicans and anybody else who thinks struggling working families, who have a hard time raising their kids today, should not be able to continue to get the help — that’s their view — they’ve got to come forward to the American people and say, ‘we don’t think you need help,’” Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) said Thursday.

Billie Eilish, the American singer and songwriter, says she started watching porn at 11 years old. It destroyed her brain. That's why she is able to write songs, and to sing, and to make tons of money.
"I grew up with no money," she says. (I'm not sure how you can grow up with no money. Don't you have to eat food, and sleep somewhere, even if it's just on the side of the road? And it takes money to eat food. Even if you can sleep for free.)

Anyway, she's now worth an estimated $53 million.
Pretty good, for a zombie with a destroyed brain. That started out with no money.

Billie Eilish is opening up about how she feels "incredibly devastated" by her exposure to pornographic images at an early age.

The Happier Than Ever artist, 19, visited SiriusXM's The Howard Stern Show Monday and told host Howard Stern that "as a woman, I think porn is a disgrace."

"I used to watch a lot of porn, to be honest. I started watching porn when I was like 11," Eilish continued, explaining that she thought it would help her feel like "one of the guys."

"I think it really destroyed my brain, and I feel incredibly devastated that I was exposed to so much porn," the seven-time Grammy Award winner added. "The first few times I, you know, had sex, I was not saying 'No' to things that were not good. It was because I thought that's what I was supposed to be attracted to."

"I'm so angry that porn is so loved, and I'm so angry at myself for thinking that it was okay," she said. "The way that vaginas look in porn is f—king crazy. No vaginas look like that. Women's bodies don't look like that. We don't come like that."

The "Bad Guy" singer, who hosted and performed on Saturday Night Live over the weekend, also discussed dating on Stern's show and talked about the difficulties she's faced. "I'm not a serial dater," she said. "I don't go to stuff and flirt with people."

"It's really hard to meet people when people are either terrified of you or think that you're out of their league," she added. "Last year, I thought that I'd be single for the rest of my life. I genuinely couldn't even picture myself in a relationship of any sort. I got over that pretty fast."

The music star also opened up to Stern about her bout with COVID-19 earlier this year, and the side effects she's still experiencing months later.

"I didn't die, and I wasn't gonna die, but that does not take away from how miserable it was. It was terrible," Eilish, who had a breakthrough case of coronavirus in August, said. "I still have side effects. I was sick for, like, two months almost."

Eilish credited the vaccine as the reason she's now "fine," adding, "I think if I weren't vaccinated, I would have, like, died, because it was bad … When I say it was bad, I more just mean that it felt horrible. But really, in the scheme of COVID, it was not bad. You know what I mean? When you're sick, you feel f—ing horrible."

‘Squid Game’ smuggler sentenced to death in North Korea after students caught watching Netflix show

A man who smuggled copies of smash hit South Korean Netflix series “Squid Game” into North Korea has been sentenced to death, after authorities caught high school students watching the show, according to Radio Free Asia (RFA).

U.S.-headquartered independent news agency RFA reported, quoting sources, that the series was smuggled in from China on USB flash drives and that the smuggler faces death by firing squad.

“A student who bought a drive received a life sentence, while six others who watched the show have been sentenced to five years hard labor, and teachers and school administrators have been fired and face banishment to work in remote mines,” RFA reported.

In December 2020, North Korea passed the “Elimination of Reactionary Thought and Culture” act, which prohibits the entry and dissemination of cultural material like films, plays, music and books in the country. The act is mainly aimed at preventing the spread of media from South Korea and the U.S. and those found distributing or consuming these are liable to be punished.

According to widespread reports, in April this year a man was publicly executed for selling drives and CDs containing South Korean material.

“Squid Game,” in particular, has been a source of anger in the dictatorship. North Korean propaganda site Arirang Meari excoriated the high-concept survival drama as depicting the “sad reality of a beastly South Korean society.”

The RFA report suggests that there is great public anxiety over the fate of the high school students and that more people could be implicated in the investigation.

Variety has reached out to Netflix for comment.

Netflix is not available in China, but “Squid Game” has been pirated widely in the country, per reports.

The Pentagon said it will investigate UFOs.
If UFOs are found in restricted airspace, they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
However, the general public will be shielded from this knowledge, due to the tendency of the public to fear the unknown, and the care of highly-placed government officials to shelter the general unwashed masses from knowledge.

Go, Pentagon, shining brightly over the unwashed masses.

Pentagon to form new group to investigate UFOs
Reuters
November 24, 2021, 3:27 AM

The United States Department of Defense late on Tuesday said it will establish a new group to investigate reports on the presence of UFOs in restricted airspace.

The formation of the group comes after the government released a report in June, encompassing 144 observations, which said there was a lack of sufficient data to determine the nature of mysterious flying objects.

The new group, Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group, will be overseen by the Under Secretary Of Defense for Intelligence, the director of the Joint Staff and officials from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks said in a separate statement the presence of unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) in restricted airspace poses a potential safety of flight risk to aircrews and raises potential national security concerns.

The new group which will succeed the U.S. Navy's Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, will work to detect, identify and attribute objects, assess and mitigate any associated threats, the Pentagon said.

The U.S. military have spent decades deflecting, debunking and discrediting observations of unidentified flying objects and "flying saucers" dating back to the 1940s.

This former marine, now a former university student, is in a Russian jail.
He was sentenced to 9 years in jail for endangering the lives of two policemen in Russia.
As a former marine, he was trained in deadly hand-to-hand combat.
But he was merciful, and did not kill the Russian police.
As a lesson, Russia has put him in jail for 9 years.
But the US government is considering a prisoner swap between the US and Russia.

Enquiring minds want to know: Does the US government have room for another prisoner in its US jails or prisons?

Ex-U.S. Marine Trevor Reed says he ends hunger strike in Russian jail

MOSCOW (Reuters) - A former U.S. Marine serving a nine-year jail sentence in Russia said he had ended a hunger strike after nearly a week, having suffered health complications, according to a message shared by his family.

Trevor Reed, a university student from Texas, was convicted last year of endangering the lives of two policemen in Moscow while drunk on a visit in 2019. He denies the charges and the United States called his trial a "theatre of the absurd".

His family said last week he had begun a hunger strike to protest against his incarceration and alleged violations of his rights. The prison service denied he was refusing food or that his rights were being abused.

In Nov. 15 comments shared by his family late on Tuesday, Reed said he ended the strike on the morning of Nov. 9, having refused food and drunk only water since the evening of Nov. 3.

"They (prison staff) were ALL aware of my hunger strike. They asked me on video every day if I wanted food and I refused. They did not weigh me or give me a medical inspection," he said.

The prison service did not immediately reply to a request to comment.

Reed said he had a cough, headache, congestion, mucus in his lungs and back pain, and that a doctor had given him vitamins.

He said he was due to be moved from his cell to a punishment cell on Monday, but did not say why.

A family spokesman said: "Trevor's new complaints about his health are alarming and it's quite clear Russian authorities aren't taking them seriously. The Reeds continue to urge the (U.S.) Administration to make a deal to bring their son home."

Reed and Paul Whelan, an American who was jailed in Russia on spying charges he denied, have been touted as possible candidates for a prisoner swap between Moscow and Washington.

Our superheroes had feet of clay.
They were too ashamed to admit the truth: Either they were bisexual, or they were gay. Or whatever other term you might use to describe the alt sex cravings of these former heroes.
No longer will their behavior be whitewashed. We, the public, are entitled to the truth. No matter how disturbing it might be.

DC's new Superman comes out as bisexual in upcoming comic
Entertainment Weekly
October 11, 2021, 9:35 AM

DC Comics has a new Superman in town, and he's different from his predecessor in more ways than one. The ongoing comic Superman: Son of Kal-El by writer Tom Taylor and artist John Timms launched in July and saw Jon Kent officially take up the mantle of the Man of Steel now that his father, Clark Kent a.k.a Kal-El, is feeling his age. But youth isn't the only thing that distinguishes these two Supermen. In November's Superman: Son of Kal-El #5, Jon will officially come out as bisexual and become romantically involved with another male character.

Both Supermen certainly have a thing for reporters. Just as Jon was born of the marriage between Clark Kent and Lois Lane, he has now fallen for a young reporter named Jay Nakamura. As Jon gets mentally and physically burnt out by trying to save everyone he can in the pages of Superman: Son of Kal-El #5, Jay is there to care for him.

"I've always said everyone needs heroes and everyone deserves to see themselves in their heroes and I'm very grateful DC and Warner Bros. share this idea," Taylor said in a statement. "Superman's symbol has always stood for hope, for truth and for justice. Today, that symbol represents something more. Today, more people can see themselves in the most powerful superhero in comics."

Superman: Son of Kal-El is not an alternate-universe tale; it takes place in mainstream DC continuity. But the multimedia nature of modern DC means that other versions of Jon Kent exist as well.

"We talk a lot about the power of the DC Multiverse in our storytelling and this is another incredible example," DC Publisher Jim Lee said in a statement. "We can have Jon Kent exploring his identity in the comics as well as Jon Kent learning the secrets of his family on TV on Superman & Lois. They coexist in their own worlds and times, and our fans get to enjoy both simultaneously."

The first three issues of Superman: Son of Kal-El are available now for any readers interested by this news. Issue #4 hits stands on Oct. 19, with issue #5 coming on Nov. 9. Below, check out multiple different covers for Superman: Son of Kal-El #5 — the main one by Timms, plus a variant by Travis Moore and Tamra Bonvillain, and another variant by Inhyuk Lee.

5-Year-Old Girl Thinks Her Mom Is An Alien After Finding Her Passport
September 28, 2021 / Humor / By Amelia Finefrock

This adorable 5-year-old was beyond upset when she found her mom’s passport. Why? Because she thought it meant she was an alien.

Shaakira Brandon posted a video on Sept. 20 of her 5-year-old daughter, Nala-Joye, crying over the passport at their home in Houston, Texas.

The image of a planet printed on the inside of the documentation is what left the little girl frightened as she believed it was planet Earth. Bradon believes the reaction is due to watching the film “Men in Black.”

In the science-fiction comedy films, Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith play two agents of a secret organization called the “Men in Black,” who monitor aliens living on Earth and hide their existence from humans.

“My daughter found my passport today & she thought it was paperwork to show I’m an alien,” Brandon wrote on Twitter. “Shoulda never let her watch (‘Men in Black’).”

“Why are you crying?” Brandon can be heard asking Nala-Joye in the video, who replies by opening up the passport to the page with the planet image.

“And what do you think that means?” Brandon asks her.

“You’re an alien!” Nala-Joye yelps through tears. Her mother then attempts to explain the images in the passport to her daughter in an effort to calm her child down.

The Twitter clip has since gone viral with. over2.7 million views, including one from Ed Soloman, the screenwriter of the first 1997 “Men in Black” film.

“My bad,” Solomon wrote in response to the video. “I’m sorry.”

Others were quick to jump in on the fun, with one user saying: “She should have told her that that makes her an half alien.”

Followed by: “This how I know I can’t have kids cuz I would have started speaking beep bop and trolling her harder lmaooooo.”

While others shamed the mom for not being more thoughtful of her actions.

“This is a prime example of the parents should be very careful with what they allow their children to watch. This child was very much upset and serious and could be affected for a very long time,” one user said.

While another commented: “Not really funny, this child is frightened; even if, through adult eyes, it seems absurd, she needs someone to reassure her.”

Trump's Extra Secret Service Protection For Allies, Kids Cost Taxpayers $1.7 Million: Report
Mary Papenfuss
Fri, September 17, 2021, 9:32 PM

Former President Donald Trump’s order to extend Secret Service protection to key allies and all of his adult children cost taxpayers $1.7 million, The Washington Post reported Friday.

Secret Service protection once a president is out of office is typically provided for the former president and first lady for life, and for any children until they reach age 16.

But Trump ordered the protection provided for six months after he left office for all four of his adult children and their spouses. He also extended protection to former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and former national security adviser Robert O’Brien.

Secret Service agents racked up costs trailing Trump’s wealthy adult children at “ski vacations, weekend houses, a resort in Cabo San Lucas, and business trips abroad,” the Post noted.

“Who wouldn’t enjoy continuing their free limo service and easy access to restaurant tables?” asked Jim Helminski, a former Secret Service executive. “Even if there was a credible risk to family and associates of Trump, these people are now private citizens who can afford to hire ... private security firms for their personal protection,” he told the Post.

The most jaw-dropping expenditures were the $52,000 spent to guard Mnuchin, a multimillionaire, during a trip in June to Israel to scout new business opportunities, followed by a trip to a conference in Qatar. Costs included $11,000 for agents’ rooms at Qatar’s St. Regis Doha, according to government spending records, the Post reported.

Mnuchin’s total Secret Service tab hit $479,000, and included $114,000 for rooms at a W Hotel in Los Angeles, Vanity Fair noted.

Mnuchin told the newspaper that he didn’t ask for the extra protection. But he was free to turn it down, which he didn’t, the Post noted.

No one else covered by extra protection responded to the Post’s requests for comment.

I've been abused by cops, neighbors, and random people.
How can I claim my $500 million reward for abuse?
And this couple is willing to settle too cheap: The emotional damage suffered by the child, as well as the parents, is worth much more than $1 million.

Lawsuit seeks $1M after Michigan teacher cuts girl's hair
Associated Press
September 17, 2021, 4:39 AM
This undated photo provided by Jimmy Hoffmeyer shows his daughter Jurnee Hoffmeyer before a classmate and a teacher cut her hair on separate occasions. Jimmy Hoffmeyer has filed a $1 million lawsuit against the school district, a librarian and a teacher assistant, Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021. The lawsuit alleges that the girl’s constitutional rights were violated, racial discrimination, ethnic intimidation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault and battery.(Jimmy Hoffmeyer via AP)

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) — The father of a 7-year-old Michigan girl whose hair was cut by a teacher without her parents’ permission has filed a $1 million lawsuit against the school district, a librarian and a teacher's assistant.

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in federal court in Grand Rapids against Mount Pleasant Public Schools, MLive.com reported. It alleges that the biracial girl’s constitutional rights were violated, racial discrimination, ethnic intimidation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault and battery.

Jimmy Hoffmeyer, who is Black and white, said that in March his daughter arrived home from Ganiard Elementary with much of the hair on one side of her head cut. Jurnee said a classmate used scissors to cut her hair on a school bus, Hoffmeyer told The Associated Press in April.

Two days after the bus incident — and after complaining to the principal and having Jurnee’s hair styled at a salon with an asymmetrical cut to make the differing lengths less obvious — Jurnee arrived home with the hair on the other side cut.

“I asked what happened and said ‘I thought I told you no child should ever cut your hair,’” Hoffmeyer said at the time. “She said ‘but dad, it was the teacher.’ The teacher cut her hair to even it out.”

Jurnee's mother is white. Hoffmeyer said the girl who cut Jurnee’s hair and the teacher who cut it are white.

The district “failed to properly train, monitor, direct, discipline, and supervise their employees, and knew or should have known that the employees would engage in the complained of behavior given the improper training, customs, procedures, and policies, and the lack of discipline that existed for employees,” according to the lawsuit.

In July, the Mount Pleasant Public Schools Board of Education said the staffer who cut Jurnee’s hair was reprimanded and an independent third-party investigation determined that despite “good intentions” of the worker who cut the girl’s hair, doing so without permission from her parents and without the knowledge of district administrators violated school policy.

Two other employees were aware of the incident but didn’t report it. All three employees have apologized, the board said.

The school board said the independent investigation found no racial bias and included interviews with district personnel, students and families and a review of video and photos, including posts on social media. District administrators also performed an internal review of the incident.

But Hoffmeyer said the district never questioned him or Jurnee. She now attends another school.

Amy Bond, Mount Pleasant Public Schools Board of Education president, said Thursday that the district has not received the complaint.

“We are confident that the facts will prevail given our district’s appropriate and aggressive response to the incident and the findings of the third-party investigation that was conducted,” Bond said in a statement. “We will aggressively defend against these baseless allegations in court and will not allow this to distract us from our mission to provide every child a world-class education that prepares them for college and careers.”

The district is located about 150 miles (241 kilometers) northwest of Detroit. About 4% of Mount Pleasant’s 25,000 residents are Black, according to the U.S. Census.

Except when you have problems.
State Farm uses a loophole to deny coverage to Hurricane Ida victims.
State Farm says it will not pay homeowners who were not ordered to leave their homes due to the hurricane.
Says the homeowners should have stayed in their houses, even though it was dangerous to stay.
Says that no electricity, heat over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, are simply part of life.
Says that homeowners should tough out life's little problems.
But State Farm stands behind its people 100%, except when it doesn't.

WH senior adviser blasts State Farm for using loophole to deny coverage to Hurricane Ida victims
Yahoo TV
Stephen Proctor
September 10, 2021, 12:45 AM

Cedric Richmond, senior adviser to President Biden, appeared Thursday on Don Lemon Tonight to speak about the devastation left by Hurricane Ida and the need for insurance companies to take care of their policyholders. While certain companies, like Allstate and USAA, have agreed to cover some additional costs, State Farm has reportedly refused to cover any extra costs for homeowners who were not under a mandatory evacuation order.

“We have companies like State Farm, and I call them by name, that have decided that they're still going to use that loophole or that technicality or fine print, to deny coverage,” Richmond said. “People left because it was a storm bigger than Katrina. Then it knocked out the power [for] over a million people and southern heat, 102, 105 heat advisories, and State Farm's position is that people could have went home and lived in that house.”

Biden urged insurance providers late last week to step up and cover extra costs without naming any companies, but Richmond specifically called out State Farm’s leadership.

“My opinion is that the CEOs and the leadership at State Farm would not stay in a house with damage, without power in 105-degree heat,” Richmond said, “and they should not expect Louisiana citizens or Mississippi citizens to do that.”

Richmond, a Louisiana native and former congressman from the state, also spoke about the financial hardships people in his home state are now facing.

“The amount of calls that I get from people who find themselves in a position of having to replace all the food in their refrigerator, pay for hotel rooms, pay for travel back home and pay for the food,” Richmond said, “this is not a game, this is real, and the money adds up.”

The Eternals were sent to Earth to protect us from Evil Villains.

Why didn't they protect us from Thanatos and his Evil Puppet, Donald Trump?
Did the Eternals fear that Trump would destroy planet Earth, if they admitted they voted for Joe Biden?

The Eternals movie will be released in theaters on November 5, 2021.
Unless there is a nuclear holocaust, that Donald Trump unleashes on the US nation, along with his buddies Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un of North Korea, and Vladimir Putin, Supreme Leader of Chaos (the Evil Clique that James Bond has been fighting for over 20 years).

I heard a rumor that the Black Widow was assassinated recently. But then I saw Scarlett Johansson on the red carpet strutting her stuff. You can't keep a good woman down.

My hero, Aquaman Jason Momoa, defender of the free world from Commies, Ruskies, and any Hell-born Evil, has a new suit.
To protect his gloroious body from the slings and arrows of Evil-doers that want to destroy our hero.

Jason Momoa reveals new 'Aquaman' suit

Jason Momoa is going dark in the next Aquaman film — sartorially, at least.

On Sunday the 42-year-old action star showed off his new look for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, which is currently in production ahead of its Dec. 2022 release date. While Momoa made a splash in gold and green for the 2018 DC Comics original, the sequel will see his aquatic action hero also sport a less colorful, more streamlined suit featuring scaly, dark teal material with steel-gray armor-like accents and built-in washboard abs — not that he needs them.

"Second round," Momoa wrote on Instagram, sharing his new costume alongside its splashier predecessor. "New suit. More action."

Director James Wan confirmed that the new "stealth suit" worn by Momoa's Aquaman/Arthur Curry is inspired by the blue suit the superhero wore in the 1980s. The filmmaker described the look as "Atlantean tech based on cephalopod’s camouflaging ability."

The svelte and somber update got praise from fellow action star Dwayne Johnson, whose young daughter is an Aquaman enthusiast.
"Hell yeah looking great," Johnson commented on Momoa's post, while actor Leslie Jordan couldn't resist quipping, "Come save me. It’s raining over here."

Meanwhile, Candyman star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who will play Black Manta in the upcoming film, teased his own look: "I know a suit that might give you a run, player!!"

Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren and Temuera Morrison will reprise their Aquaman roles in the sequel.

Parents must pay $30,441 for getting rid of son's porn cache
Associated Press
August 27, 2021, 1:20 PM

GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (AP) — A judge has ordered a western Michigan couple to pay $30,441 to their son for getting rid of his pornography collection.

U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney's decision this week came eight months after David Werking, 43, won a lawsuit against his parents.

He said they had no right to throw out his collection of films, magazines and other items. Werking had lived at their Grand Haven home for 10 months after a divorce before moving to Muncie, Indiana.

The judge followed the value set by an expert, MLive.com reported. Werking's parents also must pay $14,500 to their son's attorney.

After moving to Indiana, Werking learned that his possessions were missing.

“Frankly, David, I did you a big favor getting rid of all this stuff," his dad said in an email.

Ryan Reynolds reveals that his "Mr. Nice Guy" image is a facade.
Inside his body and soul lies a dangerous monster that will destroy innocent people without a second's hesitation.

He recently revealed that one of his favorite acts is to bury his own daughter up to her neck in the sand at an unnamed beach. The beach is unnamed, because he doesn't want anyone to find his daughter before he can come back to claim her body.

LAPD and the sheriff's department are cooperating in their investigations into the behavior of this formerly adored movie star.

Blake Lively says she and Ryan Reynolds are “really shy people”

Blake Lively says she and Ryan Reynolds are “really shy people”
She says the actor couple find being famous “very weird emotionally”

Successful, attractive and by all accounts happy: from the outside, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds seem like the most confident couple you could imagine.

But according to Lively, that’s not necessarily the case.

The actress has confessed to US Glamour there’s more to she and Reynolds than meets the eye – they’re actually both quite shy.

“We’re really shy people who express ourselves best when we’re acting, when we’re hiding as someone else,” the 29-year-old The Shallows star said.

“So the fact that very shy people have to share that shy person with the world—and are sometimes hurt by it—it’s very weird emotionally,” she explained.

But not wanting to be accused of being ignorant of her privilege, Lively was sure to add that her and Ryan’s issues are “champagne problems.”

Blake also dropped a bombshell for fans of Reynolds often darkly comic tweets that sometimes talk about their daughters James and Ines: they’re totally made up.

“When he says ‘my daughter,’ he’s never, ever talking about her,” Blake explained.

“Everything is a completely made-up scenario. He’ll run them by me sometimes just to make me laugh. But oh, I’m so in love with him when he writes that stuff. I mean, I’m in love with him most of the time, but especially with that.”

A recent update from the Green Lantern star read “My daughter loves being buried up to her neck in sand at the beach. Her little face lights up when I come back to get her the next day.”

It’s unlikely anybody thought that one was for real, but thanks for clarifying anyway, Blake.

‘Venom: Let There Be Carnage’ Delayed Three Weeks, Becomes First Fall Tentpole to Move
Sony is moving “Venom: Let There Be Carnage” from September 24 to October 15 as the delta variant of the Covid-19 pandemic continues to increase cases and hospitalizations across the country. Will the “Venom” sequel be the first domino to fall and set off a chain reaction of release delays? It’s a question the industry is surely asking now that “Let There Be Carnage” has been delayed by three weeks. Marvel and Disney’s “Shang-Chi” remains set for a theatrical release September 3, while the James Bond tentpole “No Time to Die” remains set for October 8. The “Venom 2” move to October 15 puts it on the same date as Universal’s launch of “Halloween Kills.”

“Venom: Let There Be Carnage” is the latest directorial effort from motion capture genius Andy Serkis. A sequel to the critically-panned but hugely successful 2018 comic book tentpole “Venom,” which earned over $800 million at the worldwide box office.

32 TB of storage for $1500.
That should allow most of us to store enough porn to last a few years.
Unless you're into 4K or 6K definition, which cuts down the number of files you can store on most systems.

I think 720p definition is fine for most 27" monitors.
But if you have the real high definition equipment, I can see why people might go for 4K or 6K.
But that is out of my budget.
LOL.

On Amazon for $1500. Probably other sources as well.

Republican scientists, the only scientists you can trust to give you the truth, report that the Covid virus was developed and targeted to bring down President Donald Trump.
Trump fought to keep America safe and drug free.
But evil Communists from China, a foreign nation, were able to send a virus to the United States on the backs of Mexicans entering the United States illegally.
That is why Trump was trying to build a wall: to keep out these illegal Mexicans, who were being used by the evil Chinese to infect Americans.
But foolish Democrats stopped Trump from building his wall. The wall that would have kept us safe from the Covid epidemic that killed over 600,000 Americans.
That's why Trump was forced out of the White House.
Trump really won the 2020 election.
But evil Democrats used fake ballots and dead persons voting to put Joe Biden, a ruthless and loyal acolyte of the Dark Lord Barack Obama, as head of our glorious nation.
Long live Donald Trump, God's personal leader of the United States of Trumpland.

U.S. Republican report says coronavirus leaked from Chinese lab; scientists still probing origins
Reuters
August 2, 2021, 4:37 AM
Scroll back up to restore default view.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A preponderance of evidence proves the virus that caused the COVID-19 pandemic leaked from a Chinese research facility, said a report by U.S. Republicans released on Monday, a conclusion that U.S. intelligence agencies have not reached.

The report also cited "ample evidence" that Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) scientists - aided by U.S. experts and Chinese and U.S. government funds - were working to modify coronaviruses to infect humans and such manipulation could be hidden.

Representative Mike McCaul, the top Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, released the report by the panel's Republican staff. It urged a bipartisan investigation into the origins of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic that has killed 4.4 million people worldwide. (Graphic on global cases and deaths) https://tmsnrt.rs/34pvUyi

China denies a genetically modified coronavirus leaked from the facility in Wuhan - where the first COVID-19 cases were detected in 2019 - a leading but unproven theory among some experts. Beijing also denies allegations of a cover-up.

Other experts suspect the pandemic was caused by an animal virus likely transmitted to humans at a seafood market near the WIV.

"We now believe it's time to completely dismiss the wet market as the source," said the report. "We also believe the preponderance of the evidence proves the virus did leak from the WIV and that it did so sometime before September 12, 2019."

The report cited what it called new and under-reported information about safety protocols at the lab, including a July 2019 request for a $1.5 million overhaul of a hazardous waste treatment system for the facility, which was less than two years old.

In April, the top U.S. intelligence agency said it concurred with the scientific consensus that the virus was not man-made or genetically modified.

U.S. President Joe Biden in May ordered U.S. intelligence agencies to accelerate their hunt for the origins of the virus and report back in 90 days.

A source familiar with current intelligence assessments said the U.S. intelligence community has not reached any conclusion whether the virus came from animals or the WIV.

Police arrest woman after finding 2 dead children inside car
AOL Associated Press
July 30, 2021, 6:46 PM

BALTIMORE (AP) — A 33-year-old Maryland woman with temporary custody of her young niece and nephew has been charged with child abuse that resulted in their deaths after officers found their severely malnourished bodies stuffed in the trunk of her car, according to charging documents.

A Friday police statement said the two dead children are siblings and Nicole Johnson, 33, was their aunt. They identified the youngsters as Joshlyn Johnson, 7, and Larry O’Neil, 5. A statement of probable cause said the severely decomposed body of the girl was found to weigh just 18 pounds. The boy was only 21 pounds at the time of his autopsy.

Doctors reported it "would have taken several months of malnourishment to attain these weights," according to the charging documents.

Baltimore County Police Chief Melissa Hyatt issued a statement calling the crime “atrocious.” Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski Jr.'s statement calls it a “horrific and a heartbreaking loss of life.”

Johnson faces numerous charges, including neglect and first degree child abuse that resulted in the deaths of children under the age of 13. No attorney was listed in court documents to comment on her behalf.

Specifics of the case outlined in a statement of probable cause are chilling. Law enforcers stopped Johnson's speeding car just after 11 p.m. Wednesday on a major thoroughfare in the town of Essex, police said. They allege that the 2008 Ford Focus had fake temporary tags and was found to be unregistered and uninsured. When an officer told Johnson that she had to report to court within five days for the various infractions, she reportedly told them she wouldn't be around and they would see her making her “big debut” on the news.

When she was told her car would be towed and she could remove any personal belongings, she then removed a tote bag and something wrapped in a trash bag from the trunk. The officer reported smelling a powerful stench.

When the officer saw maggots in the trash bag and discovered the decomposing body of a young child, Johnson allegedly attempted to run away. She was swiftly caught and detectives say they found the other child's body in a tote bag.

According to the charging documents, she initially told officers she had no idea the bodies of her niece and nephew were in the trunk. She thought the stench was from a “rat in the engine,” officers wrote. She later told investigators that she was staying at a motel when she hit the girl. The child hit her head, and Johnson put the body in a suitcase and carried it around in the car “for many months,” the charging documents state.

Some two months ago, according to the charging documents, the other child was “tired,” went to lie down in the car and never woke up. Police allege Johnson then put his body in a tote bag and stuffed him in the trunk next to the body of his dead sister.

Investigators say the children's biological mother, Dachelle Johnson, told detectives that she left her youngsters in her sister's care because she was unable to care for them. The transfer of the children occurred at some point after the mother moved from Ohio to Maryland in July 2019.

“We will continue to provide every resource to support our Department’s ongoing investigation into this devastating case,” Olszewski said.

Baltimore County is a collection of suburban communities that ring the city of Baltimore.

Taika Waititi’s ‘Flash Gordon’ Movie Shifts Fron Animation To Live-Action
Christopher Marc
July 31, 2021 9:28 am

20th Century Studios has been trying to get a new “Flash Gordon” movie in development years before the merger with Disney with directors such as Matthew Vaughn (“X-Men: First Class“) and Julius Avery (“Overlord“) attached at various points to bring a fresh incarnation of the pulp sci-fi hero after multiple incarnations over the years including the beloved/campy film from 1980 that featured a score and theme song from the British rock band, Queen.

Last we heard, the studio pivoted to an animated version with Kiwi director Taika Waititi (“Thor: Ragnarok“) set to helm it. However, producer John Davis has given Collider a huge update on the project; it will be live-action.

“Taika is writing it. It was a movie that was a huge influence on him growing up. It is one of his favorite movies. He initially said to me, ‘Let’s do it animated.’ I said, ‘Okay.’ Then we got into it and started developing it, and he said, ‘No, let’s do it live-action.’ I said, ‘Even better.'”

The basic gist of “Flash Gordon” is that the crack quarterback and reporter Dale Arden find their way on the crudely crafted spaceship made by Doctor Zarkov that lands on the planet Mongo, ruled by the intergalactic tyrant Ming The Merciless and is a ruthless overlord many different alien creatures/humanoids that inhabit Mongo. Ming desires to destroy Earth as Flash attempts to unite Mongo’s multiple kingdoms against the cosmic villain.

An update on Ming is needed, as the character takes a lot of cues from the racist Fu Manchu imagery based on Asian villain stereotypes. We also hope that a modern take will give the female characters a bit more to do than show skin and be rescued.

Like many serials and other sci-fi projects, “Flash Gordon” directly influenced George Lucas’s “Star Wars” franchise as Han Solo’s archetype is very similar to Flash. Waititi is the perfect director as “Thor: Ragnarok” is obviously inspired by the movie’s weirdness from 1980.

We don’t expect “Flash Gordon” to happen anytime soon as Taika is a little busy. His sports drama “Next Goal Wins” will be released soon by Searchlight Pictures (2021?); he’s currently in post on Marvel‘s “Thor: Love & Thunder” and is still attached to direct an untitled “Star Wars” movie for Lucasfilm.

Scarlett Johansson may have retired as the Avengers's resident Black Widow and passed the torch to Florence Pugh, but it appears that the actress still has some unfinished business with Marvel Entertainment and its parent company, Walt Disney. As originally reported in the Wall Street Journal, the actress — who played Natasha Romanoff over a 10-year period from 2010's Iron Man 2 to the Black Widow solo adventure that opened in July after a year-long delay — has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against her former employers.

At issue is the way that Disney ultimately chose to release the movie. Originally scheduled to open exclusively in theaters in May 2020, Black Widow was repeatedly delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Eventually, the studio made the decision to pursue a hybrid release, opening the massively-budgeted movie in multiplexes the same day it premiered on the Disney+ streaming as a Premier Access title. (Premier Access films are available to Disney+ subscribers for an extra $29.99 surchage.)

According to the lawsuit that Johansson filed on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, that hybrid release plan breached her original contract with Marvel Entertainment and Disney, which reportedly guaranteed an exclusive theatrical release. Furthermore, her salary for the film would be based largely on how it performed at the box office. Although Black Widowgrossed more than $200 million worldwide during its opening weekend — including $80 million at the U.S. theatrical box office, and $60 million via Disney+ — the film experienced a significant drop-off in subsequent weeks.

"Disney intentionally induced Marvel’s breach of the agreement, without justification, in order to prevent Ms. Johansson from realizing the full benefit of her bargain with Marvel," the lawsuit states. Sources told the Journal that the actress could stand to lose upwards of $50 million in bonuses over the move. (Requests for comment from Walt Disney were not returned at press time.)

As the Wall Street Journal notes, Johansson's lawsuit could be the opening salvo in a looming battle between the creative and business sides of the industry as studios explore other release models beyond theatrical exclusivity. (Warner Bros., for example, is jointly releasing all of this year's slate simultaneously in studios and on HBO Max, a movie that has infuriated many filmmakers and stars.) "This will surely not be the last case where Hollywood talent stands up to Disney and makes it clear that, whatever the company may pretend, it has a legal obligation to honor its contracts," John Berlinski, an attorney at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP who represents Ms. Johansson, told the newspaper.

Notably, Marvel's next two movies, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Eternals, will open only in theaters on Sept. 3 and Nov. 5 respectively. (Spider-Man: No Way Home, which is made in collaboration with Sony Pictures, will also be a theatrical exclusive when it arrives on Dec. 17.) But with the continued success of Marvel Cinematic Universe streaming shows like WandaVision and Loki, the future of the Marvel multiverse will inevitably encompass screens of all sizes.

Black Widow is currently playing in theaters and streaming on Disney+.

Starting a new thread for sites not listed on the PU site as of 2021.

The old thread for 2020 seems to have lost interest.
With no updates for a while.

Maybe this thread will have more of a response. Hopefully.

Starting off with:
superbemodels.com

This is a glamour site with many familiar and also new models, that can be extremely attractive.

The site currently has a discounted price for membership:
$72/year.
Not sure how often the site updates.
So maybe a monthly membership is better:
$20/month.

Ooops. The site is already listed at PU.
And those are the normal PU discounted prices.

But some of the models are really gorgeous.
I'm thinking of joining.
I'm sucker for lovely young models in glamour style. Edited on Jul 29, 2021, 12:51am

Not only was Captain America not a virgin before he got married (I don't know if he ever was married, because I haven't read comic books in many years, and the comic books back in the 1960s and before never mentioned or showed any sex, other than a kiss once in a great while).
But Superman was also a virgin before he got married (if he ever did get married).
But in the 1980s and the 1990s comic books rewrote history: there was now sex in the comic books.
And Superman had a baby with Lois Lane, even though they weren't married.

But now it appears that Captain America was having sex with women, while representing the United States of America, during WW2.

The shame. The updated version of Captain America.

'Captain America: The First Avenger' Writers Finally Settle Whether Steve Rogers Was a Virgin

“Steve Rogers isn’t a prude! He may be occasionally presented that way, but ... he’s not a choir boy,” writer Christopher Markus says

Captain America The First Avenger Steve Rogers

"Captain America: The First Avenger" was released in theaters 10 years ago this week, but the question still persists: Was Steve Rogers a virgin in the film?

In a new interview with Yahoo! Entertainment, writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely finally have an answer and are convinced Steve Rogers saw some action during that first USO tour in the movie.

“I think he loses his virginity! Why do people think he’s a virgin? I think if you look like that, and you’re going city to city, and you’re signing autographs… The likes of the ladies you’re signing autographs for… I gotta imagine that…" McFeely said.

“Steve Rogers isn’t a prude! He may be occasionally presented that way, but he’s a guy who believes in right and wrong and all these things – but he’s not a choir boy. He’s a WWII veteran,” Markus added.

Chris Evans originated the role in the MCU as WWII-era soldier-turned-superhero Steve Rogers in 2011’s “Captain America: The First Avenger” — but retired the Captain America shield at the end of 2019’s “Avengers Endgame.”

Earlier this year however, TheWrap reported that Evans was in talks to reprise his role as Captain America in some capacity for the MCU. Evans’ return was reported as unlikely to be a new “Captain America” installment, but rather an appearance in an untitled Marvel project with an option for a second film.

The truth is slowly coming out.
The FBI did not investigate Brett Kavanaugh before he was put on the US Supreme Court, a lifetime appointment.
Instead, they passed some tips on to Donald Trump's lawyers.
Trump, who was pressing to have Kavanaugh appointed.
And the FBI itself admits it was not investigating Kavanaugh, but instead, did a background check, which means that the FBI only checked what it wanted to, and ignored whatever it didn't want to investigate.
The FBI, the source of truth, justice, and the American way of life, built on lies and falsehoods and double dealing when speaking to the US public.

FBI ignored tips on Brett Kavanaugh, Senate Democrats charge
Reuters
Jan Wolfe and Mark Hosenball
July 22, 2021, 4:34 PM

By Jan Wolfe and Mark Hosenball

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Seven Democratic senators on Thursday said that newly released materials show the FBI failed to fully investigate sexual misconduct allegations against U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh when he was nominated to the court in 2018.

The senators, including Sheldon Whitehouse and Chris Coons, said a letter they received from the FBI last month shows the agency gathered over 4,500 tips relating to Kavanaugh without any apparent further action by investigators.

According to that June 30 letter, written by FBI Assistant Director Jill Tyson, the most "relevant" of the 4,500 tips were referred to lawyers in President Donald Trump's White House whose handling of them remains unclear.

The agency was conducting a background check, not a criminal investigation, so "the authorities, policies, and procedures used to investigate criminal matters did not apply," Tyson's letter said.

"If the FBI was not authorized to or did not follow up on any of the tips that it received from the tip line, it is difficult to understand the point of having a tip line at all," the Democratic lawmakers said in a letter to FBI Director Chris Wray sent on Wednesday night, which they released to the public on Thursday.

Kavanaugh was the second of three jurists Republican Trump appointed to lifetime spots on the top court during his term, cementing a 6-3 conservative majority.

His nomination blew up into a personal and political drama when university professor Christine Blasey Ford accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in Washington in 1982. Two other women accused him in the media of sexual misconduct in the 1980s.

Kavanaugh fought back against the accusations, denying them in angry and tearful testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee that was viewed live on television by around 20 million people.

Trump, ceding to a request from Senate Republican leaders, ordered the FBI to conduct a background investigation of Kavanaugh.

The FBI completed its probe after speaking with 10 people, according to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Potentially key witnesses, including Ford and Kavanaugh, were never interviewed as part of the investigation, and Democratic lawmakers have long said the probe was a sham.

Democrats have also alleged that the Justice Department, which the FBI is part of, was politicized under Trump and sought to advance the former president's interests.

A FBI spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Thursday. Beth Wilkinson, a lawyer who represented Kavanaugh during his confirmation battle, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Ford's lawyers, Debra Katz and Lisa Banks, said in a statement that the new revelations show the FBI investigation was of limited value.

"Because the FBI and Trump's White House Counsel hid the ball on this, we do not know how many of those 4,500 tips were consequential, how many of those tips supported Dr. Ford's testimony, or how many showed that Kavanaugh perjured himself during his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee," the lawyers said.

Porn star Dahlia Sky found dead in vehicle in Los Angeles
NY Daily News

July 15, 2021, 5:23 PM

Adult film star Dahlia Sky was found dead in a vehicle in Los Angeles two weeks ago, and authorities have since ruled her death a suicide.

Sky, 31, died June 30 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to her head, the Los Angeles County Medical-Examiner said.

A GoFundMe page set up by her family said she was living in her car in the Northridge section of the San Fernando Valley at the time.

She recently posted on Twitter that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Industry publication Adult Video News was first to report Sky’s death, calling her a veteran performer with hundreds of credits and a nomination as female performer of the year.

A friend told AVN that Sky had been suffering from depression related to her cancer battle.

“During her last year I spoke to her several times about life. It was not an easy ride for her,” the friend, identified only by the name Hans and his association with JHP Films, told AVN.

Fellow performer and director Axel Braun called Sky’s death “extremely heartbreaking.”

“She was a really sweet girl. I shot her dozens of times and not only did she always bring her A game as a performer, but she was also a very talented actress and a real trooper,” he told AVN.

“She was super funny and she had a big heart, but unfortunately her battle with breast cancer took a toll on her mental health and she struggled with depression, as most people would,” he said. “My heart goes out to her family and loved ones, we lost a beautiful soul.” Edited by Staff on Aug 09, 2021, 05:50am

YouTube needs more discipline.
I've seen a YouTube video where two stoats were thrown together without any adult supervision, and the stoats (a male and a female) were fighting and playing and exploring each other's bodies, all without any adult supervision.
Thankfully, both stoats were probably virgins, so no hardcore sex was on display.

But with a boy and a girl stoat, you never know what will happen, if the parents aren't around to handle things.

The winner of the Palme d'Or this year sounds like a film the PU site should be promoting.
Here's the plot: a serial killer impregnated by a car who disguises her gender and goes incognito as a lonely fireman’s long-lost son.

I'm not sure how much time or visuals are spent on the woman gettig impregnated by a car, but the premise sounds intriguing.
Is it the wires or the pistons that do the impregnating?
How many orgasms does she have, and is this a love-hate relationship, between her and the car?
And why does she turn into a son and a serial killer?
Is it because society will not accept her for her true sexuality?

Enquiring minds want to know: is she an anti-hero, or the next candidate to replace Jame Bond as the killer from MI6?

Wild ‘Titane’ Wins Palme d’Or in Upside-Down Cannes Film Festival Awards

'Titane' Tops the 2021 Cannes Film
Carole Bethuel - Diaphana Distribution

Spike Lee jumped the gun, announcing Palme d’Or winner “Titane” before the other prizes at the Cannes Film Festival awards. The unplanned goof could have robbed the awards of their usual suspense, but instead, created a thrillingly unpredictable energy as presenters and attendees alike tried to imagine how to get the train back on track and what the jury president might do next … while holding their breath for the festival’s second-ever female Palme d’Or winner to accept her prize.

With “Titane,” French director Julia Ducournau (“Raw”) delivers a radical horror vision — a portrait of a serial killer impregnated by a car who disguises her gender and goes incognito as a lonely fireman’s long-lost son — sure to make waves as it rolls out in the wider world.

Turns out, the run-of-show slip was the first of many surprises, which included two ties. When it came time for Ducournau to accept her prize, she described watching the Cannes awards each year as a child. ”At that time, I was sure that all the films awarded must have been perfect because they were on the stage. And tonight, I’m on that same stage, but I know my film is not perfect — but I think no film is perfect in the eyes of the person who made it. You could even say mine is monstrous.”

We have to pity the wealthy. They might have to pay more in taxes in the coming years.
Because their income keeps growing, far beyond the income of the average working person.
A study based on last year's pay shows the average S&P executive made $15.5 million, 299 times the pay of the median worker. Which means, the average worker has to work 299 years to make what these presidents make in a single year.
Of course, a president of a big business has to work hard to keep his workers healthy and happy and satisfied with their job.
So presidents earn their perks.

U.S. CEO-to-worker pay ratio rose to 299-1 last year
Reuters
Ross Kerber
July 14, 2021, 7:43 PM

By Ross Kerber

(Reuters) - The average S&P 500 [.SPX] chief executive made $15.5 million last year, 299 times the pay of the median worker and a higher ratio than in 2019, the top American labor union said on Wednesday, as the COVID-19 pandemic drove layoffs while executive compensation grew.

The ratio was 264-to-1 in 2019.

“Working people bore the brunt of COVID-19 and its impact on the U.S. economy," said Liz Shuler, Secretary-Treasurer of the AFL-CIO, the largest U.S. labor federation.

Its annual report is frequently cited as a measure of workforce inequality.

While many companies reduced salary and bonus payments to executives as they eliminated jobs during the pandemic, those cuts were more than offset by gains in equity compensation, Shuler said on a conference call with journalists accompanying the report's release.

The result was an increase of $712,720 in the average S&P 500 CEO's compensation, which stood at $15.5 million last year, the union said. That was 299 times the average of what they reported in securities filings as the pay of their median worker.

Among all U.S. workers, the average production and nonsupervisory worker earned $43,512 in 2020 according to the U.S. Labor Department, a union spokeswoman said.

The union cited the figures to argue for the passage of a bill backed by Congressional Democrats known as the PRO Act to make worker organizing easier.

Pay ratios between CEOs and workers were lower in more heavily unionized industries, the AFL-CIO said. Among utilities the average pay ratio was 97-to-1, but stood at 741-to-1 among consumer discretionary companies, for example.

Donald Trump, our dearest, most honestest President of the United States of Trumperland, can now point out absolute proof that there was fraud in the November election.

A Republican official voted twice in that election.
He voted once for himself.
And voted a second time in his father's name. His father had died, and the Republican offical forged his father's name to an absentee ballot.

Perhaps, the Republican official can testify that he was following his father's wishes.
Will that get him off the hook, of fraudulent voting?

Will a dead father's vote be counted for Donald Trump, and thus enable Trump to regain the White House?

Enquiring minds want to know: Will Joe Biden, a low-down-dirty-Democrat, be dragged out of the White House and put in prison, where he belongs, so Donald Trump can return and make America Great Again?

Republican lawmakers in Ohio pushing for more “safety and security” at the ballot box can now point to a clear example of voter fraud in the November 2020 presidential election.

Unfortunately for them, it involves another Republican.

Edward Snodgrass, who is a Porter Township trustee, has admitted to forging his dead father’s signature on an absentee ballot and then voting again as himself, court records and other sources revealed.

Snodgrass was busted after a Delaware County election worker questioned the signature on his father’s ballot. A subsequent investigation revealed the ballot had been mailed to H. Edward Snodgrass on Oct. 6 — a day after the 78-year-old retired businessman died.

In an interview with NBC News, Snodgrass said he made “an honest error” while struggling to take care of his dying father, who had advanced Parkinson’s disease. He said he had power of attorney for several years and because his dad had broken his right arm he’d already been “signing for him.” He said his dad had requested the absentee ballot.

“It was there with a pile of other paperwork,” Snodgrass said. “I was sleep-deprived and not thinking clearly. But I’m not going to run away from it.”

Snodgrass, 57, declined to say who he voted for but said it would not be accurate to characterize what he did as “just Trump voter fraud.”

“I was simply trying to execute a dying man’s wishes,” he said.

The veteran Ohio prosecutor assigned to the Snodgrass case said this was a career first for him.

“I’ve been doing this since the 1980s, and this is the first one I’ve seen like this,” said Morrow County Assistant Prosecutor David Homer, who is also a special prosecutor for Delaware County.

Snodgrass is due back in court July 9 where, according to a plea agreement, he is expected to plead guilty to a reduced charge of falsification and receive a sentence of three days in jail and a $500 fine.

Initially charged with illegal voting, which is a fourth-degree felony, Snodgrass could have faced a prison sentence of six or more months along with a $5,000 fine had he not agreed to a deal.

“It ain’t over till the guy pleads guilty and that’s July the 9th,” Homer said.

Snodgrass, who owns a business in Delaware County, is paid a little less than $9,000 annually to serve as a trustee in Porter Township, which is about 30 miles north of Columbus, records show.

His father's absentee ballot arrived at the local board of elections on Oct. 15, and he cast his own ballot eight days later, according to the records.

Donald Trump, who has refused to concede that he lost the presidential election to Joe Biden and continues to push the lie that there was widespread voter fraud even though there is zero evidence to back that claim up, actually won the state of Ohio in November.

But GOP lawmakers there — as they have in other states — have been pushing “safety and security” bills that Democrats say are aimed at making it harder for their constituents to vote.

In the aftermath of the presidential election, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose released an audit that he said showed a 99.98 percent accuracy rate. NBC News reached out to his spokesman to find out how many allegations of voter fraud have been reported to his office. So far there has been no reply.

Christopher Devine, an assistant professor of political science at the University of Dayton, said it's not likely there are many.

“In fact, what is typical about this crime is that it is so at odds with the typical claims of voter fraud that we hear from Donald Trump and other (usually Republican) politicians,” he said in an email. “The fact is, very few people commit voter fraud and when they do it usually looks like this: one person casting an additional vote through a strange series of circumstances that gave him an opportunity he shouldn’t have taken. And he got caught.”

Ned Beatty, Actor Known for ‘Deliverance’ and ‘Network,’ Dies at 83
Variety

June 13, 2021, 3:49 PM

Film and TV actor Ned Beatty, who was Oscar nominated for his supporting role in “Network” and appeared in a number of the most significant American films of the 1970s, has died. He was 83.

Beatty’s management confirmed his death to Variety, adding that he died from natural causes on Sunday morning surrounded by his loved ones at his home in Los Angeles.

Beatty appeared in four films that were nominated for the Oscar best picture award in the 1970s: “Deliverance” (1972), “Nashville” (1975), “All the President’s Men” (1976) and “Network” (1976). In addition, he voiced a character, Lotso, in 2010’s “Toy Story 3,” which was also nominated.

The actor was equally at home in the drama of “All the President’s Men,” in which he played a reporter who uncovers part of the conspiracy, and the buffoonery of his role in 1977’s “Superman,” in which he played Lex Luthor’s sidekick Otis.

Beatty was lucky enough to come to the attention of both the public and the critics with his first film role, as the genial vacationing hunter Bobby who is the victim of a sadistic sexual assault in John Boorman’s landmark 1972 drama “Deliverance.”

Beatty gave many excellent supporting performances as unsympathetic characters. In Robert Altman’s “Nashville,” for example, Beatty portrayed a politically connected lawyer who is impatient with his deaf children, making no effort to communicate with them.

In “Network,” Beatty had a small but memorable role as the head of the conglomerate that owns the network, described by the New York Times as “a folksy messiah, beautifully played by Ned Beatty, [who] is the mouthpiece for some of [Paddy] Chayefsky’s bluntest thoughts about the current state of the wealth of nations.” He utters the famous line “It’s because you’re on television, dummy.”

By the mid-1970s, Beatty was also a steady presence in TV through guest shots in “Gunsmoke,” “The Rockford Files,” “Hawaii 5-0,” “Hunter,” “Delvecchio,” and in TV movies such as 1980’s “Guyana Tragedy: The Story of Jim Jones” in which Beatty played Rep. Leo Ryan, the San Francisco congressional rep who was gunned down in 1978.

One highlight of Beatty’s film work in the 1980s was the New Orleans-set Dennis Quaid vehicle “The Big Easy,” in which Beatty played, in the words of Roger Ebert, “the police chief who sincerely wants to do the right thing and sincerely cannot” in what amounted to “his finest performance in years.”

Another ’80s highlight was “Hear My Song,” in which Beatty played the central character, an Irish tenor on the lam from the tax man and actually absent for most of the movie. Rolling Stone’s Peter Travers declared that “his finely shaded, deeply romantic performance as Locke is a unique and unexpected pleasure.”

The actor also turned in a great deal of excellent work on television, drawing an Emmy nomination in 1979 for the topical telepic “Friendly Fire,” in which Beatty and Carol Burnett starred as a couple who, while mourning the death of their son, uncover the ugly realities of the war in Vietnam. He was also nominated in 1989 for his work in the family film “Last Train Home.”

Most memorable of his TV efforts, however, was his performance as the acerbic Detective Stanley Bolander on the excellent ensemble police drama “Homicide: Life on the Street” in the early 1990s.

Earlier, in 1975, he turned in a powerful guest performance on “MASH” as Col. Hollister, the puritanical Army chief of chaplains who arrives at the 4077th to evaluate Father Mulcahy.

Beatty made two attempts at starring in a series of his own, with the brief 1977 sitcom “Szysznyk” and 1993’s even briefer “The Boys,” in which he played the father of Christopher Meloni’s character. He recurred on “Roseanne” in the early ’90s as the huckster father of John Goodman’s character. He was also a regular panelist on “The New Hollywood Squares” from 1987 to 1988.

More recently, Beatty played a senile judge who had become the puppet of his law clerk in a 2006 episode of “Law and Order,” and on a 2007 episode of “CSI” he played a memorably serene but creepy dentist who is unmasked as a serial killer.

Ned Thomas Beatty was born in Louisville, Ky. At age 10, he began singing with professional gospel quartets. He spent the early years of his acting career at the Barter Theater in Abingdon, Va., followed by the Erie (Penn.) Playhouse, Houston’s Playhouse Theater and Washington, D.C.’s Arena Stage Company. He appeared on Broadway in the original 1968 production of “The Great White Hope” that starred James Earl Jones and Jane Alexander, and returned to the Main Stem in 2003 to star as Big Daddy in a revival of “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” that also starred Ashley Judd and Jason Patric.

Of Beatty’s performance as Big Daddy, the New York Times declared, “From the moment Mr. Beatty first shows up in the play’s second act, he brings with him the invigorating breeze of passionate, scrupulously detailed acting. As long as he is allowed to dominate the stage, Anthony Page’s production exhales the galvanizing honesty that is the elusive holy grail for Big Daddy.”

At the Music Center in Los Angeles he starred in a revival of the musical “Showboat” in 1996.

Though he did not sing for himself in the film “Hear My Song,” he released an album of Christian music, “In the Beginning Was the Word,” in 2006.

Beatty was married four times, the first time to Walta Abbott, the second to actress Belinda Beatty, and the third to Dorothy “Tinker” Lindsey.

He is survived by fourth wife Sandra Johnson; four children from his marriage to Abbott; two children from his marriage to Beatty; and two children from his marriage to Lindsey.

Evidence in Mexico serial killer's house suggests 17 victims
AOL Associated Press
June 12, 2021, 7:16 PM

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Investigators digging under the house of a suspected serial killer on the outskirts of Mexico City said Saturday they have found 3,787 bone fragments so far, apparently belonging to 17 different victims.

Prosecutors in the State of Mexico, which borders Mexico City, suggested the grisly finds may not end there. In excavations carried out since May 17, authorities have dug up the floors of the house where the suspect lived. They now plan to extend the search to the soil beneath several other rooms he rented out on the same property.

ID cards and other possessions from people who disappeared years ago were found at the junk-filled home, suggesting the trail of killings may go back years.

The number of bone fragments found underneath concrete floors at the suspect's home would imply the corpses may have been hacked into tiny pieces. That could make sense: the suspect, identified by prosecutors only as “Andrés,” was formerly a butcher and in fact sectioned and filleted his last victim.

“The bones fragments are being subjected to ‘lateralization’ studies, which include carefully cleaning each one, identifying what part of the body they are and then placing them in their anatomical position, providing a method for determining the approximate number of victims,” the office said in a statement.

“This analysis indicates that, up to now, the bone fragments found may possibly be those of 17 people,” the statement said.

Authorities have not released the full name of the 72-year-old suspect under Mexican laws protecting a suspect’s identity.

He has been ordered to stand trial in the killing of his last victim, a 34-year-old woman whose body he allegedly dismembered with a butcher’s hacksaw and knives on May 14.

He was caught, not as a result of keen investigative work, but because his most recent alleged victim was the wife of a police commander whom he knew personally. He was to have accompanied the victim on a shopping trip the day she disappeared, so her husband suspected him when she failed to return.

The police officer gained access to police surveillance cameras showing his wife had entered, but not left, the street where the suspect lived; the policeman went to the home, confronted the suspect, and found his wife's hacked-up body inside.

But what investigators also found was women’s clothing, voter IDs and audio and video tapes suggesting he may have recorded his victims.

The format of the video tapes found at the house may suggest how far the killings went back: authorities found 28 8mm video tapes, which were discontinued around 2007, and 25 VHS cassettes, which largely fell out of favor by 2016.

However, outdated tech formats often remain in use in Mexico after they have been abandoned in other countries.

In total, prosecutors said they have found 91 photographs, many of the type people would have used to obtain ID cards; eight cellphones, and women's jewelry and makeup.

Prosecutors said they are still examining the bone fragments to see if they can extract any DNA to identify the victims.

The CEO of a pipeline defends his decision to pay $4.4 million to hackers.
The FBI says never pay hackers: it only encourages the hackers.
But the FBI is not the ones who will pay if your company's computers are hacked, and your business turns to shit.
The FBI takes the high ground, when it comes to moral responsibilty.
They carry badges and wear jackets with "FBI"printed on the back, which I've seen in lots of movies.
Also, they often have a FBI baseball cap and a ballistic vest.
It's illegal to wear a ballistic vest if you are a criminal, or to have a FBI baseball cap.

Colonial Pipeline CEO explains his decision to pay $4.4M ransom to hackers
Yahoo News

June 8, 2021, 9:59 AM

WASHINGTON The CEO of Colonial Pipeline, during his first appearance before lawmakers, took full responsibility for the decision to pay a multimillion-dollar ransom to criminal hackers that penetrated the companys networks in May.

I made the decision to pay, Joseph Blount Jr. told members of the Senate Homeland Security Committee during a hearing on Tuesday morning. I put the interests of our country first.

Blount, who became president and CEO of the major U.S. pipeline in 2017, explained to the committee why he chose to make a payment of $4.4 million for a decryption tool to try and bring the companys networks back online as quickly as possible, knowing that the pipeline is a critical asset that millions of Americans rely on daily, he said.

On the morning of May 7, he said, the company quickly responded to the attack by calling the Atlanta field office of the FBI within hours. The FBI scheduled a call just before noon on the East Coast to bring in investigators in California from the bureaus center of excellence on the DarkSide ransomware group a ransomware-as-a-service business that sells access to its malicious tool in exchange for a cut of the profits from successful digital extortion campaigns.

Colonial Pipeline CEO Joseph Blount testifies during a Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee hearing one day after the Justice Department revealed it had recovered the majority of the $4.4 million ransom payment the company made in hopes of getting its system back online, Tuesday, June 8, 2021, on Capitol Hill, in Washington. (Graeme Jennings/Pool via AP)

At the time, however, Colonial did not know just how much information the attackers had stolen or how far into the networks they had penetrated, Blount said. The company preemptively shut down its IT systems to prevent further compromise.

The FBI on the morning of the attack was focused on gathering information about what happened, Blount said. The FBIs official guidance is not to pay ransoms because it encourages future cybercrime. Blount said he was aware of that guidance but did not discuss it with the FBI that day, concluding after discussions with lawyers and outside experts that it was our understanding that the decision was solely ours as a private company to make the decision about whether to pay or not, he said. The lawyers fact-checked whether ransomware group DarkSide was a sanctioned entity to make sure a payment wouldnt be in violation of federal law, Blount said.

While Blount also hired private cybersecurity company Mandiant to help investigate the breach and restore access to the companys backups, there was no guarantee it would be successful, and he wanted access to every option available to get the systems back up and running. He understood the importance of restoring the flow of more than 100 million gallons of fuel the company distributes every day to 45 percent of the East Coast, from gas stations to first responders and airlines, he said.

Watching panic rise across the country as people filled plastic bags with gasoline and as fist fights broke out at fueling stations, Blount said he wanted to act as quickly as possible. We already started to see pandemonium going on at the markets, he said.

Blount ultimately tasked third-party negotiators with paying the ransom on the morning after the attack on May 8, he disclosed. The encryption tool worked to some degree, he said, but it was not a perfect tool, making Mandiants restoration of the companys backups even more important.

While the company began restoring the pipeline within six days of the attack, the FBI is still investigating what happened, and the company is still gradually bringing its systems online. This week, it brought back seven financial systems we havent had since the morning of May 7, Blount said.

On Monday afternoon, the Department of Justice announced that the FBI was able to recover the majority $2.3 million of the ransomware payment by tracing the funds back to the criminals cryptocurrency wallet. While its unclear how the FBI got access to the wallet, court documents outlining the seizure note that the FBI had access to the owners private keys.

As ransomware becomes a bigger problem for companies from small businesses to critical infrastructure firms, both the private sector and the federal government will need to continue to find ways to defend against and respond to the attacks, including tackling the problem of ransomware payments.

Blount told senators that his company, like many in the pipeline sector, has a broader emergency response plan, but that did not previously include a discussion about ransom, he said. Going forward, its likely both private companies and the government will need to factor in the crime of ransomware while doing defensive planning and conducting tabletop exercises simulating potential attacks.

Increased regulation or reporting requirements for companies has been one suggested avenue, though Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., noted during the hearing that he was not confident the U.S. government would be agile enough to develop those standards and continually maintain them.

Regardless, Blount said he hopes other companies learn from Colonials experience and that the U.S. government and private sector develop ways to improve defenses.

The most important lesson learned is to respond immediately, Blount said, adding that Colonial learned the value of communication. I think that what we learned was that being transparent ... was probably one of the most important things that we did.

Rich pay next to no income tax.
AOL Associated Press
PAUL WISEMAN
June 8, 2021, 11:18 AM

WASHINGTON (AP) The rich really are different from you and me: Theyre better at dodging the tax man.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos paid no income tax in 2007 and 2011. Tesla founder Elon Musks income tax bill came to zero in 2018. And financier George Soros went three straight years without paying federal income tax, according to a report out Tuesday from the nonprofit investigative journalism organization ProPublica.

Overall, the richest 25 Americans pay less in tax 15.8% of adjusted gross income than many ordinary workers do, once you include taxes for Social Security and Medicare, ProPublica found.

An anonymous source delivered to ProPublica reams of Internal Revenue Service data on the countrys wealthiest people, including Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Rupert Murdoch and Mark Zuckerberg.

ProPublica compared the tax data it received with information available from other sources. It reported that in every instance we were able to check involving tax filings by more than 50 separate people the details provided to ProPublica matched the information from other sources.

Using perfectly legal tax strategies, many of the uber-rich are able to whittle their federal tax bills down to nothing or close to it. Soros went three straight years without paying federal income tax; billionaire investor Carl Icahn, two, ProPublica finds.

The findings are sure to heighten the national debate over the vast and widening inequality between the very wealthiest Americans and everyone else.

ProPublica reports that the tax bills of the rich are especially low when compared with their soaring wealth the value of their investment portfolios, real estate and other assets.

I've found the new theme song for the PU site.
Menopause Rhapsody - Bohemian Rhapsody Parody Song for every Queen
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AcVFtu-ZmmM

The PU site owners need to negotiate terms to allow this song to be played, any time a user logs on the site.

This might draw even more traffic our way.

Just a suggestion, of course.
But since the performer (it's one woman playing 4 separate parts, thanks to photoshopping or a similar software program), is not a professional singer, you should be able to get her cheap.

Listen to the song. It will crack you up.
