Keep busy.

A cleanout is a good idea, at least there would be something positive out of the downtime.

See you soon.

Yes, it would do if you are identified as having a US IP.

If CCBill's software identifies you as being UK / Europe you will be hit by the Regional Pricing, if the Webmanager has requested it, whether or not you are concious of it.

It has little to do with real costs, just what the Webmanager decides he wants to charge you, dependant on where you happen to live.

Well, what with being a history freak, I have been a diehard wargamer ( grognard ) since I was a lad.
It took home computers a long while to reach a level where I moved on from tabletop models to monitors though.

Highspots in video games?

For me, Captive was the first one that really grabbed me.

The first Shogun Total War was awesome at the time.
I had a total epiphany when Rome Total War was released.
Things were never quite the same again.
I am still playing that in a highly modified form today. Later notable offerings in the series were Medieval 2 & Napoleon

Other highspots were Doom,Medal of Honor & Call of Duty & all their descendants.

A recent somewhat belated discovery was Men of War.
That & its progeny are really tough.

I really can't understand why folk spring to defend CCBill on this.
Regional pricing is a 'service' only they provide.
Yes, the Webmanager has to request it, but if it weren't available, they wouldn't be able to.

It makes a difference only if the Webmanager asks for their very questionable 'service' of Regional Pricing to be used.
Typically, it results in Europeans paying more for the same service.
On this issue alone, I try to minimise my use of them as a billing service as a matter of principle.
Whilst I realise it is a pointless gesture, if all Europeans boycotted them perhaps they would drop this 'service'.
I tend to use Epoch, if it is available as an option.

You usually find that the exchange rates they use are not as good as the posted current exchange rate.
That may go some of the way to explaining it.

A female colleague sent me this today.

WHY MEN ARE NEVER DEPRESSED:

Men Are Just Happier People --

What do you expect from such simple creatures?
Your last name stays put.
The garage is all yours.
Wedding plans take care of themselves.
Chocolate is just another snack.
You can be President.
You can never be pregnant.
You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park.
You can wear NO shirt to a water park.
Car mechanics tell you the truth.
The world is your urinal.
You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because this one is just too icky.
You don't have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt.
Same work, more pay.
Wrinkles add character.
Wedding dress $5000. Tux rental-$100.
People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them.
New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet.
One mood all the time.
Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat.
You know stuff about tanks.
A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase.
You can open all your own jars.
You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness.
If someone forgets to invite you,
He or she can still be your friend.
Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack.
Three pairs of shoes are more than enough..
You almost never have strap problems in public.
You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes..
Everything on your face stays its original color.
The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades.
You only have to shave your face and neck.
You can play with toys all your life.
One wallet and one pair of shoes -- one color for all seasons.
You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look.
You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife.
You have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache.
You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives
On December 24 in 25 minutes.
No wonder men are happier.
Send this to the women who can handle it

And to the men who will enjoy reading it.

Men Are Just Happier People

NICK NAMES
· If Laura, Kate and Sarah go out for lunch, they will call each other Laura, Kate and Sarah.
· If Mike, Dave and John go out, they will affectionately refer to each other as Fat Boy, Bubba and Wildman .

NATURAL
· Men wake up as good-looking as they went to bed.
· Women somehow deteriorate during the night.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
A married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people remembering the same thing!

To expand some on that.

It would be much better to be born old & grow young.

Then when you would have your refined tastes & be experienced; you would also have youthful vigour.

Things always change, not necessarily for the better.

Often the changes have little direction or impetus.
Give it enough time though & we end up coming around in a circle back to where we started out.

I think it is a case of what the industry people expect & the models think their employers want.
Peer pressure may be at the heart of it too.

It is a shame because I would much rather see the imperfect natural women.

The ubiquitous 'glamour wear.'

Why do they still use so much of this stuff?

Everyday wear both formal & casual, would be far more believable.

Yes, you are very likely correct on that, Ed.

As to my friend, M's vintage lingerie penchant; it can work with younger ladies if they are completely outfitted in vintage clothing.
Prefrably with period hairstyles & make up.
Pin Up Wow is close but follows that specific genre so closely it features little in the way of full nudity, let alone clear full frontal nude shots.
Personally I think you could go that far without destroying the illusion too much, but I suspect apart from the Webmanager's preferences, model levels could well be an issue too.
I would like to see a site like that & Only Tease go to full frontal nudity every time!

I have never seen Village Ladies Webmanager post anywhere.

I joined mature erotic a few years back, & was quite disappointed in it.

There was very little material in the way of full photosets that did anything for me TBH.

I'm hopeful that a revamp may improve that assessment.

I have no real preference, but would rather it be natural.

It seems a lot of women change their hair colour almost to suit the outfit they are wearing.
Personally, I wouldn't think that is good to dye that often.

Yes & yes.

In actual fact though, site dependant, there is no guarantee you will either get a ration of fully clothed or fully nude in a photoset.

Unlike hardcore, with softcore, models levels of working is potentially an issue.
Some only go topless or implied nude.
That is no use to me TBH.
Art nude or full nudity is the requirement.

I agree with that.

I am sure I am far from alone in liking this type of material.

Why is there so little catering for us?

Fully clothed to full nude.

It is not as if it is a difficult subject to cover.
Models need only be to art nude level, as midcore is beyond the format.

Frustrated...(again!)

I'm both relieved & pleased to hear from Graymane.

Riding motorcycles helps keep your mind & reactions sharp.
Also helps with modest excercise of joints too.
You have to keep doing it for as long as you are able.

My late Dad, a WW2 despatch rider, was riding on 3,000mile trips to the south of Spain & back into his early seventies, two up with Mum on the back.

It is in the blood.

A lot of folk just take what they want during the first subscription period & move on.

I tend not to do that, when I am getting a decent quantity of new, quality on topic material.

It really depends what niche you are working in as to how much direct competition you have.

The more focussed & individual it is the greater the likelihood of getting renewals.

To answer the OP question.

It would solve the worlds overpopulation problem & mankind would be extinct within a century.

Sounds pretty much like the results of World War 3 to me.

Seems to be pretty much as I thought then.

I'm not missing much!

Unfortunately any nut with an agenda can do a lot of damage with the power of the internet.

Even if his ISP could be prevailed upon to shut him down, the damage is already done.

I think you may have hit upon a major factor there. My limited contact with them has been much the same.

I suppose if you were a collector of a certain model, it might make more sense.

The only softcore network I can bring to mind is the 'Only' network, but I'm afraid I would find that much more frustrating rather than a pleasure.
As G once memorably said. 'All sizzle & no steak!'

Maybe scale back the expenditure & delve into the collection.
That is what I have done of late & have come across some real gems I had forgotten about.

Yes, I appreciate that, it was just the concept & appeal of these networked sites that I was trying to pin down.

As I said, when I do bother to look at them, often I find only one or two sites out of twenty that may possibly appeal.

Unless I am mistaken, I think you have to have a broad taste in hardcore for many of these networks to appeal. Other than the hardcore factor, they are often an eclectic mix of themes.

Never having had a membership to one, I am not being specific here, just thinking in general terms.

Do folk generally find these worthwhile?

Whenever I see a site that appeals & it is part of a network, I usually find 75% or more of the other sites in the network never appeal.

Often there is no apparent theme running through the sites subject matter, other than them generally being hardcore.

Is this me being picky or is it just that softcore is not as well catered for as hardcore?

I understand where the OP is coming from.

I think it is far sexier to have models look like they would never dream of doing porn, be they innocent & cute or prim & proper.

I'm finding pruning a pain in the ass, to be honest.
Yes, it is still far from over months down the line.

I am looking for the shots I dislike to delete, so in effect I am spending longer looking at shots I dislike than those I like.

I like the idea of custom zips more than ever now!

As PP says, I wouldn't let it bother you, Doug.

Once the novelty wears off I would just give him a wide berth.

Well, it was a long time back.

It may well have been Ed's AMOC in one of its early versions.

I appreciate there has to be lots of work involved.
I'm just really intrigued as to what it all is going to look like.
