Thanks for the kind words. One thing I like about niches and blows is that some of the niches are very obscure and almost impossible to find. I can't explain why wet hair does it for me, but wet hair does it for me and this site lists it as a niche and has some scenes with wet hair. Maybe I'm not so freaky after all. | |

This is a great thread. Thanks for thinking to start it. I hope it generates some interest as that might give all of us some ideas for new sites to join. I’ll be a little off topic here because I do have memberships right now to many of my favourite sites. If you search around you can often find some great deals. TBP/PU has some great discounts available and once you’ve joined a site once many will email you with other offers. I keep a specific email address for signing up to porn sites and I check that (and the junk folder) regularly for offers. Another thing to watch for are cross-sells. Yes, they’re annoying but they can also be valuable. I’ve been able to get a one-day membership for $1 to a site I really like (Bang.com) a few times when joining a different site. The caveat is to only do this if the biller is one you trust and you know has an easy cancellation process. I’m comfortable selecting the Bang.com cross-sell because it bills through Epoch. I immediately access the site, download a few scenes that I want and then cancel the membership immediately. Another deal is usually offered through one of the site you’ve mentioned on your own list. If you join Holed you will likely be given an offer that is a pretty good value. The offer seems to vary so I can’t predict what you’ll be offered. I joined Passion HD a while back and I was offered a one-time charge of $69 USD to get one year of access to a bunch of other sites. Holed was added to the membership a month or so after I joined. Your tastes in porn (you being the O/P) are very similar to mine so there will be a lot of overlap. I currently have these memberships that I’d consider as part of my wish list otherwise: • Kink.com – I joined this through a deal I was offered. It’s great now that they give members full network access. • Legal Porno – this one can be expensive given how they charge for scenes but the porn here is something that I really like so I always keep some credits there. • Tushy.com – I love this site. I love most anal-themed sites and this is among the best. I especially like that Tushy has a lot of ‘first anal’ scenes. I had an offer several months ago for a decent price on a recurring membership so I took it. Many deals offered are only for one month and then the price goes up significantly. Not so with the deal I was offered so I’ll probably stay a member indefinitely. • Evil Angel – EA is easily my favourite studio and has been for many years. I had an offer for a recurring membership at a great price so I’ll be a member for the foreseeable future. • Hookup Hotshot – This was among my favourite new sites of 2016. I spent the money and bought a one-year subscription at full price because at the time that was the only way to get downloads. That’s no longer the case but when my one-year is up I’ll definitely be hoping for a loyalty offer. I have no plans to drop this membership. I’d go into withdrawal. • Holed – This is another must-have site for me. I had joined before on a monthly basis but now I have access because I took the offer I mentioned above after I joined Passion HD. Holed gave me my favourite scene of 2016 – with Megan Rain and Adria Rae. Some other sites that I currently have memberships to that I join regularly but don’t keep recurring memberships are: • BAM Visions – there is a lot of overlap with this site and the BAM Visions stuff offered at Evil Angel but these seem to be edited differently. Maybe I’m wrong on that. I like this site because there is a lot of anal sex with the type of model I prefer. • Swallowed.com – this is an all-oral site with Mike Adriano. There is some overlap with his scenes on Evil Angel but there are enough exclusive scenes to justify a membership for me. • Daughter Swap – this is my favourite site of 2017. I’m a big fan of scene set-ups and they do it well here. (But the newest scenes don’t do it as well as the older scenes – I’m hoping that they improve). Other sites where I currently have memberships but wouldn’t make them a regular thing are: • Niches and Blows – this isn't a traditional membership but you buy credits. They regularly have some models I really like so I keep some credits there. • VIPissy – They recently made me an offer I couldn’t refuse… • Passion HD – this is a site where I was offered an annual membership for a discounted price that included a bunch of other sites. This offer makes this one of the best deals I’ve ever had. • Casting Couch X – part of the membership with Passion HD • Exotic4K – part of the membership with Passion HD • Fantasy HD – part of the membership with Passion HD • Lubed – part of the membership with Passion HD • My Very First Time – part of the membership with Passion HD • Pure Mature – part of the membership with Passion HD • POVD – part of the membership with Passion HD • Tiny 4K – part of the membership with Passion HD • Spy Fam – part of the membership with Passion HD Some sites that I really like and join any time a good deal is offered are: • Amateur Allure – this is a much more tame site than I usually like but for whatever reason this is in my Top 3 or5 of favourite sites. They don’t offer a TBP discount and deals seem rare, but as a former member I keep an eye on my email for offers. There’s one in there now that I plan to take them up on tomorrow. (They update on Fridays so I plan when to join so as to not have my membership expire on a Thursday.) • Hard X – I get deals offered here often too and will join once per quarter or sometimes sooner if there is a specific scene I want to see. • Erotica X – this is also more tame that I’d normally join, but like it’s sister site, Hard X, the porn is incredibly hot, well shot and has many of my favourite models. I get email offers occasionally and usually take them up on the offer. • Assylum – I don’t think that any discounts are offered but I join here a couple of times per year because the site is so insane (in a good way!) • Teen Fidelity / Porn Fidelity – They have a great trial membership here (with no restrictions any time I’ve joined). • FTV Girls – very tame for what I like but they are one of the few sites that offer public nudity with American models. • Woodman Casting – I’ve never seen a deal offered here but I like this site so much I join once a year. • Wake Up ‘n Fuck – this is a separate site but affiliated with Woodman Casting. It features energetic anal scenes with models I really like. • Net Video Girls, Exploited College Girls, Back room Casting Couch – these sites are bundled. I don’t think I’ve ever been given a deal here, but the monthly price of $25 is a good value for what they have to offer. I join a few times per year. • Jules Jordan – Sadly this site no longer offers the $20 discount price through TBP but as a former member I get email offers for this deal and take them up on it occasionally. • Girls Rimming – I’ve only joined this site once but that won’t be the last time. I’m a big fan of this niche and this site does it well. The full price is only $15. There are two sites that I’m waiting patiently for and once they go live I’ll definitely be joining regardless of what they cost. • FTV X – this is the long-awaited hardcore site by the guy that does FTV Girls. The thoughts of models of that caliber doing hardcore hurt my brain. I’m waiting rather impatiently for this site to go live. I’m worried that it’ll never happen because it’s been promised for so long with nothing delivered yet. • Oral site from Assylum – on another forum the guy who runs Assylum promised an oral-themed site. If it’s as zany as Assylum (and it promises to be) I’ll join as soon as it’s available. It was promised for spring 2017 so we’re running out of time. I have no idea what it’s even called yet so I can’t watch for it. | |

Her Tushy scene is great too and I recommend checking it out. It's also a good comparison against the Hookup Hotshot scene. She goes from an artcore anal scene at Tushy to the HH scene at the other end of the spectrum. This is a great thread and I hope it gets more participation. So far this year my favourite site has been Daughter Swap. I'm a big fan of how a scene gets set up and this site really does it well. There are no scenes where two older males walk onto the set and say 'so do you wanna swap daughters?' Every scene has a different and lengthy set up before the actual swapping begins. I've spent more time actually watching these scenes than I'd normally do. It doesn't hurt that I'm a fan of the older man / younger woman niche and it definitely doesn't hurt that the models are all well suited to play the young daughters. I highly recommend this site. I'm less sure about this, but certainly up there for a favourite scene so far is Pepper Hart at Hookup Hotshot. When I first saw Pepper it was love at first site and I figured she'd have a slow-burn career with relatively tame scenes. She just doesn't look like a kinkster. Then the HH scene hit me like a freight train. Pepper is a real freak, and I mean that in a good way. | |

^ Thanks. I ordered the Kindle version a few days ago and I'm plowing through it every opportunity I get. For a porn collector most of the people she creates names for are usually identifiable - like when she calls Khan Tusion Pro Trusion. That one isn't hard to figure out. One thing that I had no idea of is how she was pretty much stoned for a lot of her life from 18 onward. I'm only a third of the way through the book so she's still telling about the first year or so, but the volume of drugs that both she and Trent took is incredible. I don't have any experience with hard drugs and I went back and watched some of those older scenes and I can't tell how stoned she is. I agree that it is fun to go back and watch some specific scenes after reading about them. I've never collected Ed Powers' stuff but now knowing that More Dirty Debutantes was her first video makes me want to see it. I remember a long time ago posting here that my wife came home with a bag of “Bunny Luv” carrots. Sure, not many people would get that reference but any fan of Ms. Luv probably would. I'm the last guy who should weigh in on this as I have no idea what I'm talking about, but... it seems to me that with software like MS Defender running things should be safer. I had a chat with a tech person who told me that getting rid of AVG and running Defender was the better choice. And avoiding viruses is another great reason why most of us here are happy to pay for our porn on reputable sites. | |

I suspect that the TBP reviewers strive to maintain an objective view but I think the biggest drawback to any 'professional' review site is that the reviewers join the site specifically to review it. The advantage to having amateur reviews like those here at PU is that the reviewer is someone who is probably able to spend more time on the site and watch more of what's on offer. For example, I've found download limits where none have been reported on professional reviews. I'm assuming that's because the professional reviewer wouldn't be downloading nearly as much as me and wouldn't hit any limit. Having said that, I rely on TBP and PU when deciding whether or not to join a site. | |

At 50 I'm still a bit on the young side to remember those days, and especially so since the 'community standards' of the place I lived weren't open to anything like this. We had a porn shop open up in the mid-1980s and they were raided several times in the first week. I recall seeing a documentary years ago where it was mentioned that the idea was that there would be a blurring of the lines between Hollywood movies and porn, so that you and the Missus could head to the movie theatre to watch the latest thriller and also see some hardcore sex thrown in to ... ummm... advance the plot. No disrespect intended (and I've missed a few stars too) but where have you been that you missed Megan Rain? For me, she's the whole package: she young, petite and does anal. I realize that this is probably better asked to Amanda by email but I figured that others here may have the same questions. The raffle isn't the main reason I write and post reviews, but it is a nice perk. I was looking at the rules for winning but I wonder if some of those rules no longer apply since the raffle was brought back. Two questions: 1) If you write a review and win a raffle prize and then write another review the following week are you disqualified from the raffle that second week? 2) If you write multiple reviews in a week (presuming that you aren't disqualified as above) are you entered for each of those reviews or only once? I also like the fact that while they don't have a typical membership model they also don't charge an unreasonable amount for a scene. I'm happy paying $15 to get 10 scenes especially when another site - Clips4Sale - often has single scenes for $25. | |

^ Thanks for the suggestion. Yesterday I undertook a bit of a search by using tube sites. I'm no fan of them as I prefer to pay for the porn I have so that more and more of it will be made. (Just in case I ever work my way through the 20+ TB I currently have...  ) I searched a few relevant terms and some videos came up that had watermarks on them so I have a few ideas of where to look.The Art of Blowjob was one of the sites that I've listed as one to join soon. I'm getting the same emails constantly too, even though I have active memberships at some of the sites. I guess their mailing lists aren't cross-referenced against active memberships. While I do find it annoying, the only thing worse than getting decent porn offers by email would be NOT getting decent porn offers by email. | |

Yeah, she's a favourite of mine too. I don't know if she's still in the business or not because IAFD lists her as active in 2015 and 2016 so I don't know if she's 'retired' or if her listing just hasn't been updated. The FTV scene is great. I really like her scene at Daughter Swap because the scene set-ups there are a lot of fun to watch. (Her scene there is also with Lily Jordan.) Mike: Thanks for spelling this out clearly. I've noticed, and I suspect that many others have too, that under you and Amanda sites we members asked to be listed can take a long time and sometimes the site never gets listed at all. That is in contrast to the days under Rick and Khan where a suggestion for a new listing brought a bare-bones page within a few days. On several occasions Amanda mentioned that you were waiting to hear back from the site's webmaster and I took that as an indication that you were doing things differently. Your comment above makes that clear now. That makes a lot of sense. You say you don't want to toot your own horn but credit is due. TBP/PU is an invaluable resource for those of us who spend money to pay for the porn we download. I've been aware that TBP/PU gets a cut of many download fees when the member joins through TBP/PU for a while and I think that's a great idea and I don't think it jeopardizes your editorial credibility at all. Because of my reliance on TBP/PU and because of the funding model I make it a point to join any sites through here so the TBP/PU gets the referral fee. That's the lifeblood of the site. I know that it isn't always possible, and I'm sure that most PU members do this anyway, but please, please, please PU members, support TBP/PU and join through here when you can. The biggest thing you need to know going in is that it isn't a typical membership where you pay a subscription fee and can download everything. You have to pay $15 and for that you get 10 downloads. I liked the site and the scenes so I'd recommend checking it out. | |

People often say that we're in a bad time for porn what with the level of piracy and the number of sites shutting down but I think we're in a bit of a golden age. Sure, piracy is bad but there are those of us who still refuse to participate in that and will always support good sites. I'm happy to buy what I like and these days there are a lot of sites that I like and support. I tried once when I was in my mid-teens. I was raised Catholic and looking at nekkid women (and doing what came naturally while so looking) was a sin that I felt guilty about. This was in the late 70s or early 80s so magazines were all that was available. I put my magazines in a garbage bag and dumped them in a remote location. Putting them in the garbage can at home obviously wasn't an option. That lasted two days and I retrieved them. I have never again done something as silly as quit porn. With the advent of internet porn it's become as much as a hobby as anything else. Could I quit if I wanted to? Probably not. Does that concern me? Not at all; not even slightly. | |

I'm most definitely an ass man. My username sort of belies that. I joke with friends that I drive a VW Passat because it is the only car available with the word 'ass' in the name. My preference is definitely for the smaller, tighter bums out there. But I'll still happily download scenes featuring models with medium-sized asses. I don't tend to download scenes featuring models with really big asses but then those models also tend to be full-figured with large breasts too and my preference is definitely at the petite 'end' of the spectrum. I know this is a late reply, but one of the better ones of these I've seen dates back a long time. It's Stephanie Swift's scene in Gang Bang Angels 1. I just read that at his confirmation hearing today that Jeff Sessions, the proposed Attorney General, said that he'd more vigorously prosecute porn and bring back the Obscenity Prosecution Task Force.  | |

the last time I joined this site was too long ago for my answer to be relevant about the safety of joining but I had no problem when I was a member. 2016 was a pretty good year for porn. We had some new sites come online that were excellent. Holed, Vixen and Swallowed are definitely on the list of great new sites. 2016 was also a great year for models doing anal on camera for the first time. So in the spirit of hope here’s a short list of things I’m wishing for in 2017: FTVX – we’ve been promised this new site for a long time now and when (if?) it goes live there are a lot of people, me included, who will join immediately. The site promises to bring the high quality of FTV Girls to a hardcore site. More first anal scenes – I know that not everyone is into anal sex and I’m sorry for your poor taste. 2016 saw some big names do anal on camera for the first time. I recall reading that when Riley Reid’s first anal scene went live the site crashed from the huge number of attempted downloads. Some of my favourite models also did their first anal scene this year. I think I may have found my favourite scene of 2016: Megan Rain and Adria Rae in a scene called “Best Friends Anal” at Holed. Obviously picking a best scene is pretty subjective and for me this one hits a lot of high points. I usually don't mention this here as I wonder if it might run afoul of the rules, but since others have noted it I'll weigh in. Internet Download Manager is a payware download manager that captures most streams. I've had a membership at Digital Playground and it captured those though the way the site is set up it would often capture the whole movie rather than just the scene I wanted. I presume that even IDM and other capture software can be blocked so it's probably best to see if your software can capture any preview videos before joining. | |

I’m surprised that this thread hasn’t seen more activity. I’m a big fan of threads like this since it gives me the opportunity to read about some scenes and sites that I may not have been aware of and might want to check out. But enough of the whining… I’d like to follow the formula that elephant set out but I can’t. I’ve wracked my brain considering some of my favourite 2016 scenes and the list is too long and too disorganized to add a lot of meaning to this thread so I’ll comment on what I liked this year. I'm not sure where to post this, so if it isn't a good fit for the forum please feel free to suggest moving it. I recently joined a site that billed through psnbilling. That's a proprietary biller that is affiliated with Pornstar Network and other sites, including Elegant Angel. Within an hour of joining the site I had over $4,000 of charges on my credit card for a motorcycle shop and a cosmetic store in California. Now I like to wear lipstick and ride a Hog as much as any other guy, but the fact that these were 3000+ miles away made me suspicious. I can't say for certain that my card got hacked through psnbilling but I hadn't used that card in close to a week and then within an hour of joining the site my card had fraudulent activity on it. That's a bit too coincidental to not have a link. I'm not saying that you'll have the same issue, but exercise caution. | |
