I would gladly send them a support request except that to do this, it requires submitting a ticket on their site which now hardly loads. I can't get the support page to load! That's how bad it is! They have no contact email.
Also, they are aware of the issue as they stated in their blog but it has been well over a week with no fix.
As soon as the site gets fast enough for me to send a support request I will be requesting either a partial refund or a free extension of my membership.

Amazing amount of content. Exclusive content I could not find anywhere else. This is the only place I've been able to find all of Hitomi Tanaka's who has really outrageously large boobs.
Great search engine, allows you to search by every fetish!
Plenty of different download formats, although DivX is my personal favorite
Downloads are fast
When the site works, it is SUPER easy to browse. Search by model, fetish (they have a TON of fetishes), or by movie. |

Right now the biggest problem is the site's speed. This is a recent issue, I believe, but totally unacceptable. It takes almost 2 minutes for a page to load! This makes browsing impossible. Before the site gave me database timeout errors, but it seems they have increased the timeout which just means my browser loads forever. This is the number one reason I am giving the site such a poor rating. They acknowledged the problem on their blog but have done nothing to fix it. The downloads themselves are still fast. **EDIT: The issues are resolved after 10 days... no refund of time lost or extension of membership even after submitting a complaint.**
Other small cons:
Zero uncensored content. Other primarily censored sites at least offer a tiny bit of uncensored content, but actionjav has none.
daily download limit is pretty unreachable, but I still don't like having a ceiling, even if I can't hit it. |

This site would be excellent if it weren't for the terribly slow site access. Two minutes per page load is totally unacceptable. There is a massive amount of unique content with great formats, video previews and detailed information. |

The content seems the same as VideoBox to me. It's probably like 80% overlap, except you get a slightly higher res option.

Huge selection (as big as other similar networks)
A pretty nice exclusives sections
Slightly higher res than competitors (most available at 720x540)
A very nice media player and information layout
Amazing price (currently signed up at $10/month) |

Can't find a way to browse by multiple tags. I pick a category and I can't further refine my search
Some videos are tagged incorrectly, but with however many thousand scenes, this is understandable.
Sometimes there are site hiccups, but this seems to have gotten better. |

It has everything the other big DVD sites have and a little more at an amazing price. If they let me browse by multiple tags then I will stay a member for awhile. |

-Amazing HD content. It's really beautiful and there's a lot of it. I have a media center hooked up to my TV and watched it in 1080p on my samsung. The h264 videos also played directly on my Samsung TV using the built in USB port and a portable harddrive
-You get 3 sites for the price of one
-Extremely easy to browse. The tag system works very well
-Every format you could wish for! H264 videos are awesome. The streaming is beautiful too! Downloads are fast enough, but the HD movies are large file sizes. |

Even though they have so much nice content, for $30 a month, I want a bit more. This site is quality over quantity... but sometimes I want the cheap buffet.
I'm glad they give you access to three sites, but I wish all the content was integrated on one site for members. It's kinda annoying to have to go to three different sites to see all the content. I forgot which ones I had done my favorite searches on. |

If you want HD content, this site is great. They don't have the quantity and variety that some bigger networks have, but they certainly have the quality. |
