I am referring to videos I downloaded and am watching on my computer. When I watch they play for a couple seconds, freeze for a second and resume. I have that issue with 4K videos from all sites which I assume is due to an older computer. I have never had the issue with just HD though these videos seem to be of higher quality than many HD videos. The problem I have been having is that most of the videos are choppy when I play them back. I have that problem with other sites on the 4K videos but never on the HD videos.
