The issue is the rant concerning how they were losing money with customers like me. Queued downloads have a key which expires after a period of time. All sites which impose some form of limits/restriction should be transparent and upfront with potential customers. Queued items seem to expire quickly; only elements in the queue which start quickly seem to be downloaded. Elements which are waiting to start do not download, the resource which they link to seems have a finite life.
