I paid $19.95 to join and afterwards learned the site is now streaming only for new members. I must pay an additional $7.99 to download content. WTF!! I have subscribed to Mofos in the past and I am very familiar with their content so I never bothered to check Best Porn Reviews for site info. That is where I made my mistake. After the tour I decided to purchase a subscription. My decision was based largely on seeing a new video starring Amirah Adara as a sexy nympho schoolgirl. The video was added to the site 03/09/15. I anxiously logged into the site only to find the video had been removed. The only reference to it were comments and questions from members asking why the video was removed. So far, no response from Brazzers. According to the customer service rep she opened an "escalated" request for help. It's been 5 days and i've heard NOTHING from them. (see my comment above from 11/28/13). I've tried calling their support number at 1 877 731-6065. I get nothing but recorded messages. What is wrong with these people? If I were to shit on my clients/customers the way they (Bang Bros) does i'd be out of business and/or in jail. Somehow these a$$holes get away with it. I feel like i've been totally ripped off. Just logging into the site is a nightmare; it takes multiple attempts just to get in. Then minutes after i'm in it logs me out or crashes. Then my attempts to re-enter the site are met with an error message that reads "Website Unavailable". I can't even access their help or customer service areas to get assistance with the problem. Also, I was charged for additional sites that I did not sign up for. I know I watched out for cross-sale items and did NOT signup for them. Yet somehow I was billed for them. I subscribed to the Network a few days ago and I have had nothing but problems with this site. I cannot login or even access their Customer Support. Every attempt to login or access Support ends with an error message stating "This Website is Unavailable". When attempting to download a video it pauses/freezes or crashes before the download is complete. Sometimes the file is 99.999% complete and it freezes!!! This is very frustrating. Maybe it's just my computer, or user error on my part. I don't know. But, it is very frustrating. Without going on a lengthy tirade I will list some of the reasons why I find this site to be a major disappointment. 1)Video Quality. The videos here are of the worst quality I have ever seen. Pixelation on the "HD" videos is so pronounced they are virtually unwatchable. Have you ever seen the "mosaics" in Japanese porn that are used to cover the genitals? Imagine if those mosaics were enlarged to cover major portions of the action! Thats what it's like viewing a video from Hustler.com 2) Download Speeds Download speeds were extremely slow. At times less than 100kb/sec. I cannot live with that. 3) Picture Count/Quality The amount of pictures available on this site is very disappointing. On some the picture "sets" there were no more than 5 or 6 images available. Added to the disappointed is the piss poor quality of the images. The images are dull, lack detail and sharpness, and the colors are washed out. In short, the images are nothing like the images in Hustler magazine that we have known and loved for years. Maybe i'm stupid, but it's difficult to understand why a corporation such as Hustler, that has been a pioneer, an industry innovator, would produce such poor quality porn. I just dont understand it.
