Please help me cancel Nerdpass.com and NataliaCruze.com
I signed up for Nerdpass.com and unintentionally a trial membership for NataliaCruze.com. The approval emails and my credit card statement clearly show that United Billing has billed me. I tried to cancel via their website http://www.untbill.com/member.html. However, when I enter the userid and password, it states:
Seems like we did not bill you...
Please make sure you've provided valid username & password or
check your receip email and contact directly biller that processed your transaction.
Please check your credit card statement
and follow one of those links to process cancellation:
I have sent them several emails, not just to the one above, but the administrative contact per a WHOIS search. I work during their phone hours. Even so, I tried calling at lunch one day and both of their phone #s go straight to voicemail.
