After a court challenge many years ago the law the barred women from going topless (which wasn't applied to men) was overturned in Canada. Since then, women have had the right. But, I can also report that we aren't exactly overwhelmed with hot, young coeds strolling down the street or beach with no tops on. Once a year some women's groups hold a parade to mark the anniversary of the court ruling, but I've never seen one of those either.

I have to agree with Rusty. This is an excellent review, and welcome to PU.
While I don't have a specific rubber or latex thing, I am into BDSM and rubber and latex get used a lot so I have a lot of it in my collection by default. I was figuring I'd pass on this since it isn't really my kind of site (too soft) but then some of the models look too beautiful to turn down. I don't want to come across as homophobic, because I'm not, or certainly not anti-gay, because I'm not that either, but for me the question is somewhat foreign because I've never really thought of it before. I suspect that if I had to choose something I'd probably use some of the same criteria as with women: youngish, fit, and A-cup breasts. Or maybe not the last one.
Demonstrating a serious double-standard though, I suspect that a guy can be perceived as sexy by a majority of people at a much older age.

Interesting review. I agree that they could do a better job with their older titles. Many older EA movies are classics and deserve better. I suspect that they're chasing a younger market who want the newest and they want it now and I can understand that because that's where the money would be. Given their huge back catalogue of older titles, I'd certainly support them if they created a site for just those. Old farts like you and I could get what we wanted and the younger folks could get the new stuff. (Not that I'm knocking the new stuff because I think Mike Adriano and Jay Sin are among the best out there today.)

This is a tough question, and I suspect the answer might be different depending on the day the question is asked.
And not to dodge the question even further, but I think I'd have to choose Kink.com, but I don't think I could choose from among my favourite sites there like The Training of O, Sex and Submission, Public Disgrace and Everything Butt. Kink gets the nod because of their consistency. They're consistently innovative and I can always count on them to deliver excellent scenes for a great price. The few occasions I've had to contact them for service have only furthered my respect for them as a company.
Runners-up would be softer sites like ALS Scan and FTV Girls. I'd also have to consider the Diesel Access Network (Young Legal Porn, Skinny Super Girl, 18 Only Girls, Ivana Fukalot) since they were a big surprise for me in 2011. Evil Angel would also be in the running since they offer such an excellent value for some very unique porn.

My last membership here expired just over a month ago. I wouldn't normally rejoin a site so soon but they posted the Tanner Mayes anal scene so I had to rejoin. I was AMAZED at the update schedule they've got now. What's even more impressive is that they're putting up new releases. The Tanner Mayes title was just released and these guys are making it available. And if you join through TBP they're only charging $10 for the month. This is an amazing site. I've been a long-time fan of Evil Angel for a lot of reasons and I can't think of another studio that has such a great web presence. I'm definitely increasing the frequency for rejoining this site.

This isn't exactly a reply to your comment (but thanks for adding that information), but your comment led me to check out the Porn Pros network because I have a few other sites I like there, including DTL. I checked Jurassic Cock and was surprised to see that they've only added two scenes since I was a member there some five or six months ago. To make matters worse, most of the other sites (including my other favourite, Massage Creep) don't give update information so I can't tell if it's worth joining again.

I've given small, new sites a good score based on the scenes posted and reasonable expectations that the site will continue to grow. I've done that with some Kink sites when they were new and didn't feel bad about giving a high score because I know and trust Kink, and i made it clear in my review that the site was still small.

I've avoided it in the past because of the confusing billing scheme, but that seems to be resolved. but what's this issue with credits? I answered no, but the answer is 'sort of.' I actually did buy into (literally) the hype over the Paris Hilton sex tape and bought a copy of the DVD when it came out. I recall the price was astronomical, but Paris is my kind of girl - young, petite, small-breasted and trashy - so I was hooked. I still have the videos, though I've long since converted them to wmv so I don't need the disk. I haven't watched the Paris Hilton stuff again, but there were four 'bonus' scenes that I've watched several times. The scene with Teagan Presley alone is enough to mean that I'll always have some celebrity content in my collection.

I suspect that the sample group here will skew the numbers to the higher end of revisits. Most of the regulars here seems to have a number of sites that they review regularly and encourange others to visit. These reviews and recommendations have led me to some incredible sites that I might not have otherwise visited, and that's a huge plus for being a member here.
For me, it's more than five. FTV Girls, Nubiles, ALS Scan, The Training of O, Sex and Submission, Public Disgrace, Everything Butt, Videobox and Evil Angel (both sites) are in fairly regular rotation.

Subjectively, this really isn’t my kind of site. Having said that, this is a repeat membership for me since this was one of the first pay sites I joined six or seven years ago. I was impressed then, and I’m still impressed.
Most PU members will know this site, so I won’t spend a lot of time describing it. Nubiles is a huge site featuring a bewildering array of young, beautiful models from around the world. There is enough variation in body type and age that anyone could join the site and find hundreds of models to fit his taste. The majority of the models are American (with some porn girls here too), Eastern European and Russian. But many other nationalities are represented too. The site currently says there are 1030 models, close to 600,000 pictures and over 5400 movies. I have no reason to think they’re making that up.
Most sites seem to fall into either being a picture site or a video site. If they do one well, the other is just a necessary add-on. Not so here. Regardless if you’re a picture guy or a video guy you’ll see the site as exceeding your expectations. One format isn’t dominant over the other and one doesn’t detract from the other. This is a lesson many other large site could learn.
Nubiles has been around since 2004 so you’ll obviously find some variation in picture and video quality. Having said that, it appears that the site has always pushed the limits of technology so even back in 2004 they were better than most. Even the oldest pictures and videos still look good. It also appears that some of the videos have been ‘remastered’ to make them better. If this is true, and I think it is, this underscores the site’s efforts to provide the best quality available.
All but the oldest picture sets on the site are available in two sizes. All sets are available as singles or as a zip. The newer photos in high res come in at 1600x2400 and the low res are 800x1200. The older pictures are 800x1200, which would have been amazing quality in 2004. They may have been updated at some point. Photos sets vary from 60+ photos to 100+ photos. Subjectively, the quality is excellent.
Videos are available in a wide variety of formats and sizes. There aren’t many other sites that offer this many options. Even the oldest videos on the site can be streamed or can be downloaded in multiple formats. Newer videos are available as streams in three different resolutions. Downloads are available in wmv, mpg, mp4 (low and high res), avi and mobile. Older scenes also offer the video in segments. My preference is WMV so that’s what I downloaded. They use codec 9 and the videos are 1280x720 @3600kb/s and 30fps. Subjectively, they look great.
The search function on the site is incredibly complex in its operation but simple to use. It allows a member to sort models by personal attributes. The usual traits are listed, such as breast size, hair colour, race and age, but there are some obscure attributes that can be sorted too, like braces, skin tone (tanned or not) and even by nipple type. You can search by type of outfit, You want to see a model smoking? You can sort by that too. The setting is searchable too. I know I said that Met Art has the best search function I’ve ever seen, but Nubiles is better still.
One thing I’ve never seen before and I wish would catch on is the ability for members to post links to other pay sites where the model has material. This is great for models who change their names a lot. To me, this function demonstrates the professionalism and customer-interest that Nubiles has.
The only negative I can think of is purely subjective: the site is just a bit too tame for my liking. There are lesbian and hardcore scenes here, but they aren’t the main focus. Hardcore isn’t just an add-on, because those scenes are very well done, but the main focus is solo girl and solo masturbation. If you’re a hardcore fan there is enough here to warrant a membership but you won’t find anything that pushes the limits. I only found one anal scene, for example.
The bottom line is that if you’re an active porn buyer you owe it to yourself to check this site out. It doesn’t try to be everything to everyone (the lack of ‘hard’ hardcore, for example), but what it does it does almost perfectly. The models are amazing, the photos and videos are well done and the site is laid out to help you find what interests you. I highly recommend Nubiles. It is definitely on my list of sites for repeat memberships.
(One last thing: I only noticed this on one scene, but I wonder if other older scenes have the same issue. There’s a scene with “Kate,” aka Kathleen Kruz where she gives a blowjob and the scene has been edited to jump right into the event. The original scene had a brief but playful setup that made the scene so much better. I hope this hasn’t happened in many other scenes. In my opinion, the setup is as important as the sex.) |
