I confirm similar findings about the billing practices on this site. I took out a trial membership initially, the content was okay but i didnt like not having the ability to download.
As with most websites it's the usual "x days trial, then full membership". I requested cancellation with the billing company within the trial period, but not only did I get no response, i got a charge on my designated card for a full membership. I contacted the services in Saboom website as obviously the billing company were useless, and got a reply from the service people at Saboom saying "the billing site cant cancel your membership", I felt stung at this point from their garbage view on the billing, no honour whatsoever. It took me a while but i found the ability to cancel after 10-15 minutes of searching. I cancelled my membership a few days after the charge on my card, and got an email from Saboom "you have cancelled". I can no longer get into the website, and again a further charge a month on to the day. I contacted support and saboom services, and get the below reply "This tariff which you have chosen has a quarterly cancellation. You have to cancel your membership 42 days before the interval ends. You have terminated your membership on 2015-01-23, so the next cancellation date on which the membership is cancelled was the end of quarter 1/2015 and the membership ends on 2015-04-04. In that period (2015-01-02 - 2015-04-04) the membership fees were billed per 30 days." There is no honour to the cancellation, and i feel this site to be completely shady. I have cancelled my card and asked or a re-issue at my bank to make sure this shady website cant take any further money from me, like the previous comments please join with care, be aware you may be charged up to 3 months, and if you cancel you cant access anything yet they keep charging you. I hope this helps everyone, my personal suggestion is save your money. Retsvac
