Very good review as always, you are totally right this used to be the site back in 97/98 days. It was the first site I ever joined and at the time I thought was great. Just have to chip in again.
Its great that both parties are both respectively giving their opinions to each other and not hurling abuse. I can see where both of you are coming from. Davit I have to be honest do find a score of 70 for a few shaky camera work in half a dozen vids slightly harsh. I had a look at that vid with Nancy Bell and Black Angelica and yeah there is moments of moving it about too much when its focused nice on the action. Having said that, I have also viewed loads of really well filmed vids that in my opinion were really fresh views for porn and had me thinking great camera work. I know opinions to what is great camera work differs between tastes but the site judging it along side other sites with 70 as a score which in general is saying its not too great and needs lots of improvement. Sure this site isn't perfect, its certainly got a following and respected. I do think its moving in the right direction. I think there maybe lots of good stuff you perhaps missed.
Bringing the score of its ranking down so much does seem unfair, look I know you are entitled to your opinions and all that but shouldn't base a full score on just seeing a small about of vids. I'd have a look more at some other stuff, maybe the solo stuff and hardcore. I'll leave it at that. I do think scores will be a bit personal cause we like what we like and that is always going to have some impact in us liking and reviewing but also have to look at it as a whole. Of what it offers others and the size and quality.
Anyway its good to have a debate and has been a great read this review and all peoples views on scores and 1by-day.

Poorer quality movies in 2005 and before with some in 2003 and 2002 I didn't even bother with as were so small files I knew would be too lower quality to what I like to watch now a days.
Too heavy makeup on girls in their 20s making them look like glam porn stars which isn't a look I'm fond of, much prefer fresh faces without much eye shadow

Very good site now and think will have a good future if it carries on offering high quality movie downloads along with smaller options. Keeps adding more teeny and fresh faced women without all the heavy glammed up eyes shadow look all the time. I noticed before 2005 the sets are rather generic and think the site has come into its own definitely in the last 2 years, before then I would of rated the site much lower. Its good to see they are listening to what people want and offer something for everyone. Thats good, I certainly think a preview of the updates for non payers would be good idea just to give past members and insight and new members a view of the sets inside.
Of the lesbian stuff from the last couple of years I downloaded OK theres not hundreds I adore as lots are too dildo obsessed porn star posey for my liking but theres a good few of really sexy movies with girls without so much makeup and looking more natural in my eyes and totally make this site very much a worthwhile visit if you like solo and lesbian movies. I think I will certainly join again if they carry on the way the new movies look, hopefully they'll get onboard some of my fav models back for more lesbian fun.

I think its been totally unfair to judge you just cause you like another network over another. I was pleased you posted the link as I did like the theme so much and theres nowt wrong with helping out other users find sites or directing them to knowledge that theres other sites available.
Everyones entitled to an opinion, and me I like both companies videos lesbian sex scenes of what I've seen. Some of the older material before 2005 is on the poorer quality scale but love the new options of all the download qualities, certainly pleases all now.

Great idea, I second this. Price in my eyes still needs to be a factor as a lot of surfers are swayed into joining cheaper sites and so they should, I certainly am. I judge a site on value for money too. This seperate scoring will give the reader an insight still into what value this site is for the money.
In my eyes though, all sites should be $19.99 discounts for TBP users and $29.99 for networks. No site in my eyes unless its a really good site network be worth anymore.

Cheers for that, yeah I think I will, 1byday probably takes at least a month or two to get through its hugeness, especially when I am on a broadband connection that has a limit of downloads in a certain time, its mad, I can't download after 4pm so only get chance to during the day when I'm in and has its limit of 15G peak time a month. I think I need to change ISP.
