Unless you're a big fan of a particular site of Muffia, Reality Kings without a doubt. Almost 30 sites and archives going back to 2001. Various Reality Kings sites have twice as much content as this network as a whole. You may even get a Muffia trial.
Just keep in mind the download limits at Reality Kings and the lack of decent streaming.

On a technology level, the main difference between Muffia and Reality Kings is the addition of a Flash player for all scenes. I didn't start with Reality Kings until my Muffia membership expired and I just can't stand that buggy WMV streaming anymore. I got used to the full scene streaming they offer here and it was perfect to easily find the scenes that were worth downloading. Hope they get the streaming there soon. I didn't come across any 15 full episode download limit like they have at Reality Kings but I downloaded only slightly more per day and I did notice things were coming down slower. Just a feeling, though.
Does this network offer something original? Molly's Life is a spin-off of We Live Together (Molly still appears there every couple weeks) and Kristin's Life is a spin-off from Milf Next Door (Kristen Cameron has 86 scenes there). Didn't check both sites thoroughly but it doesn't look much different from what is already available at Reality Kings. My Sexy Life follows Phoenix Marie around while she has sex with many well known US porn stars. I'd certainly recommend this network to fans of any of these women: you get one new scene of them every week and you'd probably care very little about talking cameramen/camerawomen, abuse of POV and endless introductions as long as your favorite star is there. The remaining sites are very niche sites: "Asian" models in various vignette scenes (Cum Fu), a foot fetish site with euro models (Footville), prosthetics (It's Real) and movie spoofs (Naked Movie).
I don't get this new trend among porn networks of releasing a separate second network that requires an additional membership. I'm sure they know what they are doing but it looks weird. Funny thing is Reality Kings has also released new sites within their original network since they launched Muffia (CFNM Secret or Hot Bush, I believe). I got a really cheap 3-day trial when joining Reality Kings for the first time; otherwise, I'd never have joined this site. |

If you are willing to sacrifice ease of use, the network as a whole has interesting scenes. Check Orgy Max for a list of sites included. The free tour lists all that's available inside but the members' area, as it was a couple months ago, was a bit of a letdown after seeing a quite promising tour.
The scenes' themes are often Messi but what's really Messi is the organization of the site. There's a model index but you see the same scene several times; also, at the scene index, there's little to no indication on which models are in a particular scene.
When I was a member recently, they were talking about a beta site and asking members to participate; I'm hoping they will do something to improve the model index and scene metadata.

MFC has shortcomings but they are constantly making small (or, like in this case, huge) improvements to the site. I even remember once an Admin coming to the Lounge and asking members about how they should implement a particular feature. On the other hand, I've never received a reply from their tech support the 2-3 times I've sent a request.
I wouldn't count out having that kind of SF-like record keeping capabilities in real life. Take a look at Google's Project Glass.

Totally agree with your input. As for models sitting there and waiting for privates, keep in mind that many don't only wait for privates on MyFreeCams but also on other sites they are online at the same time.
It seems that MyFreeCams used to have an "away private" mode that the model activated when she was doing a private on another site so MyFreeCams members could spy for a low fee. MyFreeCams wiki says that the option was removed because it hurt camscore and didn't produce much tokens.

Camscore certainly appears to have a lot to do with tokens received. I'm just surprised that Eve Angel doesn't seem to use her existing popularity to get people to tip her while other models manage to amass tokens from day one despite having zero popularity to begin with.
As you said in another comment, this site seems to be a lot about being entertaining in public and the interaction with the members. Eve Angel would probably benefit from taking a look at how other models manage their rooms.

It's worth noting that her "camscore" (a measure of a model's popularity on MyFreeCams) is not as high as you would expect from a popular adult model. This means she's almost on the second page and it's hard to find her for unaware users.

I've heard the site crashes but I never saw it myself. There's even a twitter hashtag: #MFCfail. Guess it happens during the evening in the US, while Europe is sleeping.
What I noticed were minor annoyances like not getting an alert on-site when a favorite model went online or getting huge delays when I attempted a private. As I said in the cons, I tried different browsers and each one had its own issues.

This is a pretty unusual cam site which probably explains its popularity. I have, in fact, seen models who were popular at other sites switch to this one. You do have the chance to take a model private / group as in any cam site. But then there are the tips and the public sex shows for tips.
Some models don’t even accept privates; the way they get tokens, apart from the occasional public show, varies from just sitting on public room talking to viewers and thanking them for tips they send out of free will to playing a game or setting up some scheme of their own so people send tokens their way. They may also have some raffle going on, whether it’s for an iPod, used panties or, occasionally, a chance to meet them in person. Some take this a step further and bring along their cam while driving, laying on the beach, riding a train or on a plane. And people still tip them. Believe it or not, some of these are quite up in the rankings, meaning they probably make more tokens than others that just do sex shows.
Even though every room is different, site offers models few tools to manage it. Models may set up a room topic (a line of text at the top of the page) and have a profile page where they may explain what they offer at length. But apart from that, site offers nothing but tip collecting. For instance, if she sets a countdown for a public show, she has to notice all tips and subtract them from the goal, using a calculator if needed. Raffles usually require a supply of papers, pencil and a fish bowl: you tip and, if the model notices, writes your name in as many papers as the tip allows and puts them in the fish bowl. Raffle always last for days but there’s no public record of existing raffle tickets.
Public room may also be watched with a free account (basic users) or even with no account at all (guests). Models may block guests (almost always) and basics (frequently) from talking. Since public shows are easily recorded on the user’s computer and end up around the Internet, it’s not usual for models to add some kind of watermark on their cam feed with their name to get some credit.
While other cam sites try to milk every bit of interaction between members and models, MFC looks the other way when models offer skype shows in exchange for paypal or amazon wish list gifts. Needless to say that email address, twitter account or personal website address will be listed on their profile. It’s not unusual to see models offering to sell used panties, videos, picture sets or even their private phone number for a certain amount of tokens or its equivalent in paypal / gifts. Site also prides itself on giving most of the earnings to models; many models publicly say that they are getting 0.05 USD/token which is around 60% of what users pay; afaik, other sites pay models 35% at most. The downside is that you end up underestimating your tips because it’s easier to calculate what the models get (x0.05) than what it costs you (x0.08+). |

Despite my low rating, those wanting a sample of Heather Vandeven content shouldn't hesitate about going for it. She can be found at several other sites than those listed here but with this one you get interesting content from 3-4 sources for a low price although you get nothing new and no interaction with the model. Monthly membership is quite cheap but updates don't seem to be coming at any rate so it doesn't offer any more than a mere trial.
They aren't offering anything new or different. 95% of the content comes directly from other sites or movies, each source having its own different style. It's nice that she can get at her solo site the content she shoots for other people but having no exclusive content at all is hard to justify. The content comes from a couple quality sites, though, and the model is gorgeous and knows how to pose so no complaint regarding the quality of what they offer.
Launching a site with few content and not updating it any more is never a good sign but the site was launched less than 4 months ago so maybe things will get better. The most recent content were videos from the "Aperture" movie. There are a few boy-girl scenes but Heather Vandeven acts only as a voyeur and doesn't get into the action. The further she goes is a hardcore lesbian scene with Carli Banks. |

Glad that you gave the site a try despite my somewhat harsh review; perhaps it ended up being more discouraging than I intended.
I still think Naked Movie has a lot of room for improvement, although it might be simply a budget issue. I believe girls don't get more non-sex screen time for purely economical reasons: an hour of a female porn star is much more expensive than half a day of your buddy improvising in front of a camera. In the end, I'd rather see a one-minute intro with the girl than a 15-minute one filled with not so funny guys.

Porn history in one sentence: from features to gonzo to internet reality. If Muffia wants to reinvent the wheel by going back to features, the least they can do is make it round. What I remember from features is that the girls got most of the screen time both on sex scenes and non-sex scenes, some of them were passable actresses and the guys were always the same but did a good job.
At Naked Movie, the girls only show up for the sex scene. In the rare cases they get some lines, it's obvious they weren't casted for their acting abilities. Guys get 99% of the dialog in non-sex scenes but male casting isn't that good. Ramon has proven a hundred times he's a solid performer but his acting is always debatable and he isn't much better here in the Miami Spice (Miami Vice spoof) episode as a latino drug lord. You get the contrary at Farold And Fubar: a couple of unknown guys deliver slightly passable acting but they aren't up to the task when it comes to the sex scenes even though they are paired with Riley Shy and Kaci Starr. Probably that's the reason why you always got the same guys in feature movies: it's hard to find someone who can act and perform.
Some things might be salvaged, though. The pool sex scene with Kitty Bella and Ramon at Miami Spice is worth watching; pity they are such terrible actors in the non-sex part. The guy that plays the USS Intercourse captain in Star Trix (Star Trek spoof) is passably funny and delivers a decent sex scene with Jayden Jaymes; the whole episode is quite OK. Farold and Fubar shows a bottomless party with several relatively known female models (Jada Fire, Louisa Lanewood, Nika Noire, Nikki Rhodes or Ricki White); unfortunately, you don't get a bottomless lesbian scene but two simultaneous and equally terrible boy-girl sex scenes.
From what I see in the free tour, they seem to have released only two new episodes since I was a member 5 months ago. A promising 2-scene spoof of Ghost Busters (aptly titled Nut Busters) with a stellar cast (Gianna Michaels, Rachel Roxxx, Rachel Starr, Shyla Stylez, Voodoo) and a new 1-scene episode of Star Trix, probably to ride on the wave of the recent JJ Abrams' Star Trek. Miami Spice episode ended with a cliff-hanger "To be continued..." but, according to the free tour, they haven't released more episodes.
I'm not saying you should stay clear from this site. They should, at least, be praised for trying. It's unlikely anyone will join Muffia for this site alone but if you enjoyed some of the original movies/TV series, you might catch some of the ironies (if such ironies exist). If you are more fluent in English than me, you will likely understand them under bad sound conditions. |

I haven't bought credits here in a long, long time. They've recently added this tipping feature and I've watched a couple pornstars attempting free shows that had video issues, like constant stutter or lag, probably due to the high amount of people attending them.
Don't remember having any issues of extra billing apart from what I mentioned in my 2009 review about the amateur video subscription. Not sure if it was partially my fault. Just double check everything on the subscribe page.

I don't know if it's the same that is happening to you but I got stuck with the Home Made Movies membership the first time I bought credits. This membership was recurring (although it was 29.99 USD) and it gave you access to the videos the performers record.
I was able to get a fast cancellation by sending an email to the Customer Service email that might be located from the Customer Service link at the top of each page. I canceled immediately after joining by mistake and didn't get any rebill.

My experience with cam sites is scarce but I believe 4 or 5 USD per minute for the type of service most performers offer here isn't that expensive. But that's not the main reason why I listed the prices there: unless they are real cons or I run out of space, I usually state the bare technical facts in the pros section of my reviews.

Free membership gives you access to free video chats with all models. I went for it several months ago because I wanted to chat with a certain porn star. I eventually gave up because that model was never online at Europe-friendly times. Recently, I was checking the prices of the site and inadvertently bought some credits and a membership to "Homemade movies". They weren't showing my card details but they already had them since that "free" membership and the page wasn't clear that clicking that button completed the purchase using my credit card. Perhaps it was a mistake on my part because I'm used to the various steps of sites that use ccbill or epoch.
I feel the site lacks categorization. Some of the models have male partners around for the show but unless they choose to display him in their profile picture it's impossible to know. Cam sites should put this type of shows in a category of its own. I feel the same about models who have done some porn; see my comment from 02-04-09 for some models I was able to tell apart.
The site has also some annoyances. For some reason, question marks and other punctuation signs are deemed illegal in the free chat which makes asking questions or entering smileys impossible. This doesn't happen in 1-on-1 private chats, though. Even worse, when you enter your email to be reminded when a model comes online, you cannot type the at-sign. In any case, you can work around the issue via clipboard (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V). You also have to enter your email address for every model that you want to be alerted when she comes online.
I also had trouble once when trying to buy credits while on a show. Everything works if you wait until you're almost out of time: they pop up a panel asking for confirmation. But once I forced the panel to show but couldn't act on the buttons. Bottom line: buy credits before or wait for the panel to show on its own.
Naked.com can be found under several other domains but the design is always very similar. I also found it embedded inside Reality Kings cams section; your Reality Kings user name becomes the same at Naked.com but no password is needed. Didn't try buying credits through that user name.
Most models update regularly their sample photos (small as in any cam site: 250x150px) but rarely bother to change their default text for Biography, Kinky Things, Add-ons, Turn-offs or Turn-ons; they all read "I am a very friendly person looking to meet people online! Come and visit my erotic private show!" and "I am Shaved". |

Very good review. Looks like the site delivers and has everything a solo amateur site should offer. The girl has the looks. I'd probably join if she didn't have that huge tattoo on her foot.
On a side note, the site looks plain but, from what I saw in the free section, it makes well thought out use of web standards for presentation. This is rarely seen in porn sites so it speaks good of the people behind it.

Thanks for the additional info. Makes sense what you say: lately, I got the impression from the schedule in the free section that some stars were coming a couple times a week. Guess they were the ones more available to come as replacement. Since Naughty America headquarters are in San Diego and most adult models are from Los Angeles, coming to NA Live had to be a full day job.
