As for canceling the website.. you need to go directly to sbwsupport (the other cancellation link seem to be dead)
It was such a bitch to find out where to cancel, until i saw the first question in General FAQ in the old muffia support center website.

Hi there, thanks for review.
I have to agree the poster before me. I find that after reading your review, the reply given by Kate Jackson was quite unappropriated, Rude , Threatening & very unprofessional.(Not very professional customer service) especially when you're already a full paying customer.
(AU$65.00 is too damn pricey like wtf?)
In a way I suppose they are indirectly saying: "Go Screw yourself".
