Thanks for the feedback and thoughts. I like how they take models from a few different places and the professional manner it's presented. It reminds me of a site many go to in order to get the most popular models of the time presented in that 'cookie cutter' professional manner. Pros:

- No DRM.
- Newest videos for about 3 to 4 years are at 1280 X 720, ~4000 kbps. Gradual decrease as years ago down eventually with the usual 320 X 240 and "in parts" videos.
- Pictures are available via zip download and at 1600 X 1200. Again, there is a gradual decrease resulting in lower resolutions the older you get.
- Model index with some info for contact information if needed.
- Additional access to Private Transsexual and Shemale Scenes when joining.
- Active forum and requests are sometimes considered for members.
- Models are not limited to North Americans but South Americans, Thai, and other countries as well. However, the bulk is North and South American models.
- Updates daily with a photo set then video set interchanging every other day (Usually).
Cons:
- As with most sites around this long, overall quality in photos and videos decrease as they get older. This is to be expected of course but there is no schedule to revamp these scenes like many sites do.
- Navigation can be a bit quirky with where to find things. Everything could just be simplified and easier to find.
- Site design looks better on the tour than the actual members area. It's mostly the same but the purple link buttons look dated, as well as the left frame.
- Scenes and sets could be a bit more descriptive but they are properly named. It's not too difficult to know what you are getting but it could be better.
- A common thing of most sites is to use the 'same shoot' video and photo set as two different updates. This site is another one of them, it's so common place that many are used to it but it still kind of irks me. It's not a big deal but I'm not a huge fan of it.
- Download limit of about of about 6 GB which is low these days. A huge turn off for some!
Bottom Line:
Shemale Club is one of the longest and largest quality TS sites around. The company involved in this site has come a long way in the recent years with providing this site and creating individual sites for more popular models. However, these sites are not included. However, the plus is these models usually make an appearance often on this site. One can usually find most of the extremely popular mainstream models of the time but also some gems that many may not even seen before. Overall, it's a large mix of the new, old, known, and the unknown.
The sets and scenes are very much on the professional side of things. Even draped backgrounds are used for some of the photo sets. Most scenes are solo but there is plenty of hardcore scenes as well. Many are involving a TS and a male with the male being a prominent hardcore star in TS porn. Many of the males are repeats used in most scenes. The solo stuff are usually glamour style shoots with the model extremely 'prettied up' and wearing weekend 'going out' clothes or dresses. Usually, scenes start with a strip shoot eventually leading in solo masturbation resulting in a cum shot. I suppose many can say they are repetitive and I agree. Nothing really innovative is brought to the table but such high quality models are used that I have to do some give and take. So, in my opinion, the models are so quality that the repetitive nature does not bother me as much.
The additional access to a solo shoot site in Private Transsexual and a DVD scene rip site in Shemale Scenes is a welcome aspect. They add even more content to an already massive amount of stuff and actually gives you something to download if you reach your download limit. Yes, the download limit is also present on the other sites as well I believe. But, that leaves about 18 GB a day of stuff that can be downloaded. I just think the additional sites bring nothing but positivity to the site. However, the download limit is low and if one is new to the site, it can be a burden trying to get a massive amount of content for their dollar in the 30 days. But, the content is so great (especially in the 4 years ago and above) that it's worth it.
Shemale Club brings together a mix of different content and provides it in a professional manner. Nothing is really amateur about the site besides the design and navigation which is not a huge quirk. With that and the addition of models from all sorts of different areas of the world, the site hits high on many marks. Daily updates and the addition of a few extra sites adds to the merit. However, a daily download limit and repetitive nature of the scenes can be overbearing or outweigh a good model base. But, the site brings enough to the table to keep a membership going after 30 days and makes the higher than usual price of $35 worth it. Additionally, active communication between staff and members is a plus and shows care. Overall, this site is one, if not, the premier site to get TS models in excellent shoots.
Word through the grapevine is that this model will be doing a solo model site soon. I'm sure it will be just like all the others from this sites network. This model is so stunning, I think she may be my favorite right now in terms of models from the Americas (N and S). Wow, I've been going back to this site on and off the past few weeks to check out the updates. I've noticed one thing, they are updating daily which is almost unheard of in the world of TS porn. While they appear to update with a photo shoot and maybe the matching video shoot a few days later, it's still creating a large amount of content. Plus, the updates lately really appear to include some awesome new models I've never seen anywhere and great models I only thought were exclusive to certain sites or other companies. Also, it appears the site is really intertwining solo and hardcore shoots for updates which should please everyone. I am really tempted to rejoin really soon due to all this. This and the fact that you get Private Transsexual as a bonus as well. One thing that's holding me back is the price, I wish it was the usual $29.95 almost every other site does. I kind of disagree with the overall score with Maggie. This site is one of the only places that provide an extremely large of not only solo scenes but hardcore with shemales. Not only that, the bonus site to Private Transsexual gives you access to even more solo content which is HQ in my opinion. Overall, the price is high but it provides a lot of extras and quality HQ scenes plus a good res with pics. This was like the second review I ever wrote and my quality of reviews were not as good at the beginning. Unfortunantly, with this site as well, I wrote the review a few weeks after my membership and I could not remember all the facts. However, I do remember the daily download limit and it being the standard 4 GB's and not 3 GB's. While it is a con and I should have mentioned it, I don't think a limit should sway someone completely away from a site. I've been to quite a few TS sites and I can tell you that this site is one of the better places for exclusive hardcore content of North and South American TS models. The sheer quantity and navigation of this site (from what I remember) is worth a visit from anyone completely interested in shemale content. To each it's own though, if a limit would sway you away completely, then that's up to you and I respect that.

Yes, a lot of sites have a download limit. 4 GB is usually the bare minimum. Most go a bit higher. It's usually said to be put in place so people don't destroy the bandwith using download managers 24/7. However, I think it's also put in place to have users download less so they stay loyal longer. Moreover, once you do go over 4 GB you have to wait 24 hours. But, usually, which I don't remember with this site exactly, if you download to just below 4 GB, it usually resets at a certain time so you can download again. Hope this helps.

This site has it all. Knowing where to begin can be a bit overwhelming. However, browse a bit and one can find out what exactly they are looking for in a little bit. Categorize videos and pics by type or just find a hot model and start there. The models are mostly South American, but I've seen a few from the USA and they even throw some Thai Ladyboys in there! Good stuff.
To begin with the actual content, let's talk about videos. The videos are plenty, ranging from everything to everything. But, to be completely blunt, the bread n' butter of this site is the hardcore scenes. The solo scenes can be good but I noticed the majority had no ending cumshot, which can be quite anti-climatic, if you know what I mean :) However, if that does not bother you, there are still a lot of them if you just want to scope out these models in a video. And to mention models, boy, is there a lot. This site is where I really found out which shemale models I truly love and got a good amount of content of them. I'd say at least 80% of the models here have more than one video, which is a great fact.
As for the pictures, they are pretty good. All can be downloaded in zip format. They show good range of the model and the outfits usually vary nicely. A cool feature with the newer sets is a flag of where the model is from is shown on the picture, I just like this for some reason. But, the largest asset is that there are plenty of pictures to go around. I'd say almost all of the models have at least one photo shoot, and I've even seen some on the site go as high as in the twenties. Good news, folks.
One of the neater things I noticed were some of the videos and photoshoots were made on request of certain members. - Videos look good with ranging resolutions (WMV: 1280 X 720 and 864 X 480 with varying bitrates averaging around ~2200 kbps).
- Photos are done well at ~ 1280 X 804 resolution with a non-intrusive watermark.
- Site design is well made with above average navigation including a search engine, user tags, voting system, and comments.
- Quality customer service if needed.
- Photo and video files are properly named for easy downloading without having to rename files.
- No mosaic if you are worried about that. It is authentic Japanese models as well if you are worried about that too.
- Probably the only place you can get Japanese shemale content outside of buying DVD's or joining a Japanese DVD site that may feature shemale DVD's for download (I have not found much myself).
Cons:
- For a newer site that is finally getting adjusted, the site still holds some technical problems such as the photo resolution should be higher. 1280 is just extremely low these days.
- There is a lot of chitter chatter amongst the camera man and the models during scenes. Plus, (which was stated in a earlier review would be fixed), there is still photography flashes sometimes present in video shoots.

Bottom Line:
Shemale-Japan is a site that is finally coming in to it's own. In the beginning, the camera man featured (Named Hiro) was inexperienced and it showed. However, during this time he did managed to create some decent footage but the lack of experience did show. But, he has obviously gained this for the updates now and the site has improved. Can I say it has improved dramatically? No. Why? Because of some key areas that I will explain.
The video work is not as great as the other videographers that Grooby offers from their other sites. The videographer here clearly loves Japanese shemale models and the excitement shows. But, I believe this has created an aura of which he is doing things in the scenes that he wants to see. For example, he talks a lot to the models during a strip scene. I dunno if it is direction because my Japanese is still low, but if it is, this should be taken care of before a shoot. Plus, there is a lot of fondling and POV handjobs and blowjobs. While I understand there is a niche for POV porn, I don't believe this is the vision of Grooby because it is only shown on this site. With this and the constant touching of the models, the scenes become camera man centered which I believe takes away from the viewer in terms of what they want.
However, there is some great footage that is captured. The hardcore scenes are extremely well done and I have yet to see a bad scene captured here in that category. While I find the stripping scenes to be somewhat lackluster, the masturbation scenes can be pretty good. The videographer has captured some great cumshots with some even at several angles and tends to keep quiet during these shoots. However, sometimes the camera is stagnant on a tripod with him obviously taking photos which can take away from the scene a bit. But, all-in-all, the masturbation to cumshot scenes are the better scenes shot on the site.
The photography is well enough but the resolution is just downright low for a site these days. But, they are available to download via zip and the lighting is actually good. While the shoots tend to be shot in a hotel room or bedroom, they offer a wide variety of positions and angles. While the setting could be improved, the outfits offered range from cosplay, glamour, to standard and are well done in these terms. Overall, I can't say the photography is all that bad, they just need to offer a higher resolution.
The site has improved in many key areas since they first started. In time, the site has come across a lot of quality models that will probably never be seen anywhere else outside Japan. Hiro has gained experienced and it shows but some things I consider big no-no's in scenes come across in a few of his video scenes still. But, the niche is so unique and the models are so different when compared to the standard ones from Thailand and the Americas, that I have to recommend the site at least once for any lover of TS material. With even more improvements, it could get even better.

The sad fact is that Grooby will always update their content like this and they fully believe that this is what people want because they have been doing it this way for so long. It's a shame for the people like me and you who prefer one update with a full 10-20 minutes strip to masterbation scene ending in cum shot opposed to their way of updating with smaller lengthed videos involving just undressing and bj's. But, I can see others wanting the other way as well. It's all open for debate for sure.

Honestly, I always knew I'd rejoin this site. While me and the webmaster seanchai have seemed to 'bump heads' in the past, it was by no means that I did not like the site or it's content. Honestly, to be doing a shemale site strictly with true Japanese TS models is very proactive and I commend Grooby for taking on this task. Getting Japanese TS DVD's to the USA are about $30-$50 USD a movie which contain 3-5 scenes and you can pay Grooby about the same to get plenty of the same models that appear on these DVD's. While I still may not like the updating style that this company does, I still understand why they do it and seanchai did make a comment how once a site is up for so long, the masterbation to cumshot videos become quite high in content. I have only joined this one site from grooby (I'm waiting for some extra money to purchase their grooby ticket thing making sites about $19.95 a pop) and when they were fairly new, so the content was so low by the time I got all of it in about 2 weeks, I was waiting for updates and waiting my last two week stay for a nonexistant cumshot video pissed me off at the time.

As I said in the review, there is about an average of 3 videos per model and there is a certain trend. In the first video, the model just does a interview and strips, usually just showing herself hard and some close ups. The second one is usually a interview again, stripping, then the model gives the camera man a bj or a handjob. However, most of the time (about 50 to 65%%), the video cuts off before a cumshot. The third, which is mostly a solo scene, is a masterbation scene with the model. But, once again (maybe 50 to 65%), the model masterbates but the video cuts off before a cum shot. As I said before, not every model cums and if this webmaster wants to go in depth and have me tell them which videos don't I can tell you which ones if they want to get down to the nitty gritty.
There are no mosiacs here, however, the videos are shot in japan. The camera man is japanese and the language spoke is japanese. The videos are actually not bad, they are shot in an amateur POV style with the solos and blowjobs. But, the hardcore is not POV and an outside person is brought in. The hardcore scenes are actually quite good but are not a whole lot but they site is still relativity new. Okay, this site could be something big. However, there are a lot of things that need to be improved. The biggest quirk I have is with the videos. There is a trend that is goes for each model with an average of 3 per model. The very first video a model does for the site usually starts with a small interview, then a striptease, and finally the girl will get her cock hard. However, the video always cuts off after this. This may be a sad attempt at getting the user interested in more videos from the model and work as a kind of 'teaser' but it is frustrating. Then, the second video that's updated for the model is usually always a blowjob or handjob scene with a POV perspective from the cameraman. These are hit or misses because sometimes (most of the time) the videos will get cut off even before a cumshot. I don't see the point of even showing these videos if they don't even result in that. Then, a third video will be posted. This is usually another solo video with a masterbation scene. However, rarely do these scenes end with a cumshot, they get cut off once again! But, the cumshots that are provided are great. You don't get the expressionless and stationary cumshots most South American and even Thai shemales provide. You can really tell these girls are in pure ecstacy when they cum. The Hardcore scenes are average, however, there are a small number of them.

I know a lot of people over the year that are into TS content were or are looking for a site with quality hardcore content. This site has been revamped and taken over by Grooby. Since then, it seems the site may be a great place for hardcore content. After looking at the tour, all the stars appear to be the extremely popular starlets that get tons of attention on the other premium solo sites. However, the thing that gets me personally is that I've seen so much content of these stars already, I hope the updates come with some up and comers eventually. Don't get it twisted as far as knowledge, it appears that you have quite a bit yourself and I would not take what you say with a grain a salt :) One of my favorite things about Shemale Strokers is that he is revamping old videos and making them better which a lot of sites don't do. On top of this, he is adding new ones in better quality as well. However, I would never go so far to say that even his best videos that are considered 'HD' can compete with the two sites you mentioned in terms of video clarity. Yes but the price was at $24.95 which means this site was $10 less than those sites for a long time. However, being $5 less is still better than going up to the price that the other two sites that you mentioned. But, there is something one has to realize when it comes to this site and both Shemale Club and Shemale-Yum.
Shemale Club specializes in all aspects of content and therefore should be a site that has a large variety of content when it comes to overall types of scenes. Argument: Shemale Strokers (please read the name of the site?) is a solo shemale site only featuring full masturbation to cumshot scenes and any other content you are getting from this site is considered bonus material. Therefore, of course Shemale Club is going to have hardcore and more/better of it. So, basically there is no basis for an argument when even comparing these two sites. Yes, both contain TS models but the vision of the sites are completely different. Basically, that's like going to a site like Met-Art and expecting hardcore scenes.
Shemale-Yum: The guys at grooby bring TS models from mostly the Americas and that is what basically Shemale Strokers does. Plus, I can see where many would like to compare this site and Strokers because of this. However, Shemale-Yum has a different vision as well. This site features TS models but attempts to range the material by including many different types of shoots which may include masturbation scenes but also just stripping, hardcore, lesbian, and fetish. But, Shemale Strokers is once again a site dedicated to just solo masturbation scenes. However, I think Shemale Strokers is one of the only sites featuring these types of models that does it right. You know you will get interviews, stripping, masturbation, and a climax (cumshot) during each video while Shemale-Yums solo scenes are a lot more scattered. So, I see where the sites are more closely related to each other but I'd say they are still different in many ways.
I do understand in a way where you are coming from and I agree the price going up is a bit unsettling. However, the site is still cheaper than both those sites. Plus, the new videos are like 100% better than what was offered before and the director gets these models to do a lot of kinky shit that most sites featuring solo material do not do which is probably the largest reason to join this site. But, I'd say both Shemale Club and Shemale-Yum are definitely premier sites in the TS niche; I just think all these sites being in the TS niche is the only major comparison one can make.
What a huge bummer! This site which used to charge a lower price (change must be quite recent) than most TS sites featuring great quality content appears to have upped their price to $29.95 and added a pre-check cross sale when you go to sign up. Just giving everyone a heads up about the bad news. While I still hold the same feelings as before about the site with a more decent price, this is still unfortunate news whenever a site tends to do this. If anything, sites should be going down in price :(
