Emails to the customer support go unanswered. No response at all from this site. Glad my password is still working because I could not get it refreshed if I needed to. Have no idea if my cancellation requests are getting any attention. I get nervous about the membership and billing when the site does not respond like this especially at this cost! Upon joining I found a big SORRY. We don't have them yet. Unfortunately the payment method is also sketchy. I have "ticket" in just to cancel.
