Shown : 1-1 of 1   Type Site Feedback / Review Date Comment 1 Bangbros Network (0) V.poor customer service Don't get me wrong the content of this site is good and regular updates, however despite it 'splashing' 1080p videos over the front page to lure new members, it infact only has 780p approx (not 1080p).This is with a monthly membership. I have heard rumours that if you subscribe for a year you get 1080p, but i do not know if this is true (can anyone confirm please?). So firstly there is the false advertising. Secondly downloads for the streaming are for the most part very slow, for the largest 780p videos. Can be 'ok' if v.quiet time. Thirdly the download options are poor quality versions. Fourth and lastly I have tried contacting them on a number of issues and each time i have received a 'generic'/non personal reply - almost in reply to something i didn't ask. oh and this is definately last thing, but last weekdend they had server probs, and couldn't log in. This was case for whole weekend. There was no appology email/explanation email and i'm guessing we will not receive our fraction of the membership back/or added on.
