I joined Twistys today. You can download streaming videos at 1080p (5K bitrate) no problem if using a decent download manager - I use IDM. I decided to upgrade to VIP after downloading a few videos just to see if there is any difference in the video quality - and there is none, not even for the bitrate size. This was disappointing because 5K bitrate for 1080p is just standard quality. So, save yourself $10 because there is absolutely no improvement in the video quality. You would only pay the $10 if your download manager cannot capture streaming video. PS the same also applies for Babes.com (ie, no video improvement) but for MOFOS.com you do get a better bitrate of 12K.
Looking at the last 2 months of scenes I calculated that they cost an average of 4.4 tickets and the scenes that I might have been interested to view were 5 or 6 tickets. I note that some members claim an average of 3.5 tickets per scene. So, that would mean I could purchase 6 to 8 scenes per month at an average cost of EUR14 per scene.
Beware! This site hasn't updated since early March 2015 and because it's a stand-alone site, once you part with your money, there is no other site to download from. I paid for one month and that didn't bother me too much because I managed to get some new updates from when I last joined; however, one member joined for a year - ouch! And with no updates in sight and no offer for a refund or to join another Kink site, that's unacceptable for such a high-price site.
I was only interested in 2 sites: Helpless Teens and Sexual Disgrace. The files are quite large - about 1.5GB to 3.5GB. Download managers don't work to accelerate download speed and the normal download speed was only about one-third the speed I normally get, which makes for a very long download time: about 45 minutes and more. This is unacceptable when a site has such large files. Unfortunately, I didn't think the movies were all that good anyway.
I agree with Maggie's review about Penthouse: a great site and I was pleasantly surprised by the content. However, one annoying feature of the site is when using a download manager, the site times out very quickly. If you wait for each movie to download in the queue, after about 2 or 3 movies, the site times out.
I joined this site about a couple of hours ago because I had a reduced offer and thought "what the heck" if I can't download. Good news is that you can download the movies. You must have a download manager; I use IDM. On the selected movie, in the "Settings" button, just select HTTP for your streaming option, click on the movie to play it and IDM will then give you an option to "Download this video"; left click and save to your directory. Enjoy.
Just downloaded some of the 4K videos and at 22,000 kbps these scenes are phenomenal to watch. Who needs 3D when you can have this quality and clarity, especially if you have a 4K screen. The files are big: typically 3 to 5GB.
If you decide to join "for free" through the 2-day trial period, beware that you must give at least 2 days' notice to terminate. In other words, you will end up paying the full subscription rate of $26.99 for a whole month (+ 2 days). This is deceptive.
If you join through this site - like I did - you don't get access to the DDF Network. For a couple of extra dollars, I could have had the entire network!
Have you noticed that recently you cannot enter this site directly from TBP? You can only enter from one of the other niche sites and then join for $19.95 per month.
I received an offer to rejoin for US$10 and I decided to take a punt. I was very pleased with my decision because most of the previous issues I mentioned in my previous review have been addressed.
What I noticed after my initial review is that the international site is radically different from the Spanish one but it now appears that the difference between the two is slight. The biggest improvement is that you now have access to over 1,300 videos (as opposed to the previous 320) on the international site.
Also the download issue has been resolved and I had no problems with using a download manager and getting excellent download speeds. Hooray!
I noticed that now I have access to all 1,300+ videos, there is a better balance between American and non-American pornstars with the latter definitely in the majority. In fact, from the last time I was a member (back in June) there have been only a couple of scenes using American pornstars. That's great news in my opinion because if you're looking for fresh talent, this site uses a good mix of Spanish, Russian, Czech and Hungarian girls.
This is not a site if you are looking for sensual scenes - in that case go to X-Art, SexArt, Wow Porn - but for me Cumlouder delivers exactly what I want: the girls are hot and guys are easy on the eye (though it seems to be always the same four guys) and the scenes are intense.
Where this site needs lots of improvement is its search ability. Pornomaniac said a previous review (29 Sept 2012) that some Spanish sites are not showing on the international one. I have checked and they are all there but not necessarily with the same name for each sub-site. Also, when you search through each sub-site, you only see the last two years of activity. If you want to access the older stuff the only way to do that is search by the girl's name and that should show you her entire portfolio. But be careful how you do that: you must type in the girl's name and not use the list of pornstars' name because the latter doesn't always show you the entire portfolio of scenes. If you search by the girls' name as I've mentioned then you will find all the scenes from the Spanish sites on the international one. Needles to say, this is quite frustrating.
