I got an email copy of the live chat, with a cancellation confirmation #.
But there was no separate email confirming the cancellation.
Not in my inbox or spam box.
Also, the New Sensations site apparently does not have any way to check on your account details: when your account will expire, the next billing date, whatever.
Sloppy.
But if I am charged for membership renewal, I will dispute the charge, because the live chat email is proof my membership was cancelled.

But $99.95/6 months for X-Art, even if it comes with the unknown SuperHot, seems very expensive.
I'm wondering how many subscribers are paying those prices, especially since the updates for X-Art seem to be very slow.
Maybe one new update per week, or less. X-Art had a lot of gorgeous models in the past, and the videos and photosets were high quality glamour, but they seem to have priced themself way too high to join.
The Best Porn states there is a new review of X-Art "completed on May 22, 2020 and will be released in less than a week."
It's now June 02, 2020, and the last review posted was released Oct 2, 2019.
October to May is about 7 months, so the latest posted review is only 7 months old.
I'm surprised they did a re-review so soon, even if they have not released it yet.
RabbitsReviews shows a link to join X-Art for $9.95 for the first month, rebilling at $19.95/month.
But the link connects to the X-Art site, and when you hit the join page link, it shows a join price of $99.95/6 months for a sub to X-Art and SuperHot, recurring at $99.95/6 months, and a $40/month sub to X-Art and SuperHot.

Anyway, the price used to be around $100/year recurring for X-Art.
