Reported fault to Videobox and got the following reply: Thanks for contacting us. We endeavor to fix any technical faults immediately. If you're experiencing slow download speeds from us but not from other sites, the problem lies in the network of our ISP. We are constantly collecting data to improve out network flow, but there's no simple solution as we have little control over how packets travel through the Internet. Most other download questions are answered on our Video Download FAQ. If you're experiencing a problem not answer on our FAQ, we will have an engineer investigate it immediately.
