I was looking at a couple of the links to the company's other sites on the main page and then I go to check my email and it said I had subscriptions to them! I only gave Epoch my credit card info once, but I all of a sudden had 2 additional subscriptions, just by clicking the links! Thankfully, I immediately emailed my complaint to Epoch and they credited my account within a half-hour, which I guess speaks to good customer service.
