Difficult to tell exactly what is going on from the tour but I would take the claims of 2 updates per week with a pinch of salt. I had a membership here just over a year ago and if I remember correctly only saw 1 new update in the entire month.
Looking at their list of latest updates I see about 12 new ones added since I was last there. On the home page they list the latest update for Monday 11th February as "Barbara D - In Black" which I already have in my Glam Deluxe folder so makes me wonder if there is some recycling of the dates going on here which was a trick they got up to on the bonus sites.
The only 2 bonus sites I got that time were Ema's Place and Helen's Planet both of which I reviewed. They have a lot more bonus sites added to the package now so I guess it would be well worth a month's subscription especially if you like the look of some of the models with solo sites. If you like Avril A/Ema her site had over 200 photo sets but it was all very softcore, actually less explicit than her Met Art sets.

Well I've been joining adult sites for over 10 years and I don't remember it being standard at any of the sites I've ever joined. I rarely stay at any site longer than a month anyway so generally couldn't care less about the recurring rate.

Very sad news indeed, he has always been one of my favourite photographers and had a very unique style. DDGirls (previous name for Digital Desire) was one of the very first sites I joined when I first got online back around 10 years ago and to this day his site remains one of my favourites. Condolences to his family, friends and colleagues at Digital Desire. R.I.P.

I also got locked out of MPL with no explanation. Apparently I had exceeded an unknown download limit which at the time wasn't stated in the Terms and Conditions. I got a fairly quick response from their webmaster, the block was removed and they even added a couple of days to my membership for the inconvenience so I couldn't really fault their customer support. I would be surprised if they don't sort you out quickly.

Not that I know of but it's certainly possible since I used to get up to it in all kinds of places in my younger years. It would have been frowned upon to bring a girlfriend back to my parents home for sex when I was younger so invariably ended up going out in the car and parking up somewhere or going for a walk in the woods or fields of long grass.

I would guess from their point of view it wouldn't make sense to send a promotional join offer to excisting full paying members if indeed you are paying the full price. I don't very often rejoin sites and looking at the date of my review for Young Legal Porn its been 15 months since I had a Diesel membership so I guess it pays to play "hard to get" :)

Depends on the definition I think, even the softest of softcore sites like Only Tease could be considered a Uniform fetish site which I have certainly joined but if you're referring to BDSM content I've never joined one of those sites specifically but had access to that type of content like on House of Taboo in DDF Network.

Don't get me wrong Marcus, I certainly don't doubt the problems you had last time and it seems the webmaster was very quick to dismiss them at that time and accuse you of wrong doing even by his own admission now it seems. I really hope you have a better experience this time around. Personally I think all the models in this network look great and I love solo model sites and I'm only sorry that I can't support them with my hard earned money due to the fact I don't have time to sit in front of my computer saving photos one at a time.

It's good to read an impartial review on this site from a long standing PUer without an axe to grind against the site. I would quite like to join this site but as I'm only interested in photos and like to collect full sets the lack of zips is a deal breaker for me. If I knew I would be able to download the photo sets with a programme like Firefox DTA I would still be tempted but I think the webmaster doesn't like download managers either. I think the webmaster expects us photo collectors to "right click save as" on every photo and I haven't really had the patience to do that for years. Add in the regional pricing that bumps the price up to $32 means I'll probably be holding on to my money for now.

Thanks otoh, I'm afraid you won't see much editing here, that is their selling point that it's raw, uncut and unedited amateur content. Picture sets are usually anything from 100 to 200 pictures in size.
