They took 19.99 GBP (and not 19.99 USD) from my credit card and then refused to answer any emails and closed the chat room down when I tried that. I have no access and no response from them at all. Seems like a fraud to me and I will be asking credit card company to proceed against them. Sites like this give the industry a bad name.
